The closing procedure had its hiccups to no fault of mine. I am still waiting to be contacted by Pulte's outside vendors to correct a couple issues. Pulte has responded and fixed what they could do. All in all, I love my home.

Quality seems a little above average, I am not unsatisfied but not fully satisfied. I understand that with new fast construction there's going to be issues. First, had concern when one of our paid upgrades wasn't implemented and we ended up having it removed as to not delay our closing. Beer bottles under our tub in the dirt, then my husband recently went in the attic and there was another beer can. It's going on two months since closing and still haven't received any follow-up call or email from Pulte asking if there are any issues. Our back fence is against the street and substantially ...

We are generally satisfied. But Pulte as a company has communication issues with customers and within the organization as a whole. It is an absolute necessity for a new home buyer to stay on top of the entire home building process as much as possible and document everything (Special Requests, Exceptions, NSO's, etc.). The actual subdivision supervisors (Wayne, Scott, & Alex) and the sales representative (Chris) were outstanding and all deserve 5 stars.

Quality of construction is good, but not great.. Old style of models, not contemporary. not much design upgrades/customizations available. Post handover warranty team is not much helpful. bit over priced for the product they deliver. Customer service is not great

I recently purchased a home, and while the overall structure and layout are great, I’m somewhat disappointed with the finishing touches. The contractors that do the caulking are terrible at their work. It has taken them multiple times to caulk our main shower, without leaving holes in the caulking.

Overall not bad but many things not completed and they said they would complete after closing. Still waiting on items to be finished. House was not properly cleaned and dusted prior to moving in.

Build quality is par below with cheap material quality. Interior paint is definitely a joke! The apartment I lived before was built in 1960 and had a better paint and wall quality. For 750k this built ? Wow. I don’t recemmond because of the quality of the house

Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes ...

We purchased a new Pulte home this year. I have purchased 4 other new homes previously by other builders. Tho Pulte builds a nice home, we’ve had more issues than expected. Things that should have been identified prior to posting it for availability. Plumbing issues with 3 sewer backups in the first 2 weeks. Drain lines apparently has construction debris in them. A leak between the wall that required a lot of work and remediation to fix. I’ve noticed other issues that will be addressed to Pulte once we’ve confirmed the most urgent ones are fixed. The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Overall construction is good. Fit and finish is ok, the subs workmanship is mediocre. Sink in guest bath not level, front door threshold not sealing properly. Kitchen cabinets are low quality and constructed poorly. Microwave oven broke twice (poor design), use a different supplier. For $600k I would expect better. Design center was not very useful, poor job of helping you understand the finished product and how it will look.

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

Ryan and Tyler made this extremely expensive experience bearable. The home purchased was a “Move in Ready” home so the buyer did not get a quality review until the day of closing. Known as the Celebration Walk through, there were many items not worthy of celebration. The house flooring was really dirty and there were paint drops everywhere. Before you move in everyone seems very attentive. Of course all they are constantly asking you to do is give them a high score on the survey. Once you take ownership good luck getting any assistance with issues. I've been in my house 5 weeks and still have blue tape on walls for problems that have yet to be corrected. Text messages go unanswered. Scheduled repairs are no showed leaving me at home all day wasting my time. Master bath shower leaks water all over the floor.
