Buying experience was great. Yard grass was not that great, grass was sick and poor quslity

Home is decent quality, however it feels fragile and not as sturdy as other homes. Walls are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Do not go with Pulte Mortgage as they are unresponsive and were pretty negligent during the process.

Quality is not worth the price A/C units should be on the roof for noise control not on your porch Hot water system should be circulating and not wasting water and time waiting for hot water

Overall experience is good however when you buy please ask about the details on what’s there on surrounding as for me I noticed no one mentioned there is a gas line going along with my house and the my area not being accessible due to that even though it falls under me part n parcel.

Could have left the only wall space in the bathroom clear so you could put a cabinet Instead of the towel rack. Make the washer quieter as it is very noisy and pipes bang against wall. Could have had the dryer door open on the left side. Pay attention to how many times front door jams.

The day we moved in, realized the Gas leaking, water not softening , nails all over pavement and flattened our car tires twice, tripping the circuit breaker and many more.

We feel that some SOD is dead but keeping getting told that “it will come back” so we shall see

Overall is okey better than other construction companies but still have issues and companies make shortcuts on materials/process but that's everywhere.

The sales experience was great. Initially, we enjoyed meeting with our design consultant but since we have moved in we realized she should have provided us more information. Specifically regarding our flooring options and choices since this was by far our biggest ticketed item . Our construction manager provided amazing communication throughout the entire process but once we did the walk thru and received our keys … all her cared about that we would give him a great survey score. For the over-inflated price paid for a Pulte Home, we expect a better quality workmanship on the build with far better attention to detail in the build both interior and exterior.

We absolutely love our new home and living in Waterways, but as we actually live in the house, we are definitely noticing a lack of quality management in the build process. From walls not being painted very well, to cracks in moldings and trim work not being cleaned up properly and repainted. After one month, we have has three cabinets replaced and part of our island repainted. All of these issues are minor, but the construction manager acts like we are being picky when we highlight some of the things that he should have caught prior to closing. I do feel that for the price that you pay for these houses, the attention to detail and pride of construction should match what is being sold to you. Unfortunately, every time we have asked for something to be fixed, we are treated like we are being a nuisance, rather than a concerned customer. If we were not trying to get moved in when we did, I would have preferred to push back the closing date to ensure things were done properly, before moving in. ... More

A number of small architectural design issues such as light switch locations, the non-use of 'dead space' in the Primary Bathroom, etc., add up to create some permanent disappointment. The lack of ability to address these issues during the construction process was highly frustrating. Perhaps the architectural design department should be staffed with people equipped with better real-world experience. The response time for repairing a major electrical issue was extremely disappointing and the discovery of the solution creates a high level of skepticism regarding similar lingering issues that have yet to surface. ... Paperwork was smooth. Need more precise move in times and more work needed on finishes it seemed rushed

We had blinds installed yesterday and discovered that the craftsmanship of the windows/framing is sub par. The window/framing is uneven. We have a sizable crack in the structure above the garage. Range/stove is not working. Baseboards not painted in some areas. Painting around outlets is not clean. Discoloration on driveway concrete. We've only been in the house for one week, so hopefully we won't find any more items. Pulte Mortgage made some material misrepresentations. We decided to go with B of A - better terms.

There is a room for workmanship. We haven't raised any question or issues, so can not comment on Responsiveness yet.

Overall experience was quite good - really appreciated and trusted our project manager through the process. Pulte had a big push to close homes before the end of December resulting in a rush by a number of contractors, not having sufficient time for appliances and only one day between walk through and closing so some paint touch ups were missed and the tape is still on the wall. On site Team has been wonderful and very responsive, contacting Pulte for follow up on an electrical issue required multiple follow ups from our end to get the issue resolved, but again, on-site Team was terrific.

Builder, sales and closing team are great. Home quality is good. Pulte home pricing is on high end when compared to other builders.

We are enjoying our new townhouse. It is lacking storage space, but we’ll make the most of it by putting in our own shelving in time. We felt the closing was rushed even though many things in the house that were not ready. The floors seem to have lots of remnants of paint, glue etc. which should have been cleaned up prior to closing. The carpet on the steps also has some raised nails that are not fully hammered into the floor which has resulted in some painful moments as we discovered them. Other than that, our wish is that there was some more green space left in the community, a bigger pool, and that the second exit which we had initially been promised by our sales agent, now apparently only for emergency vehicles, would have been a reality. There are sone issues that can’t even be explained. Door trim that is uneven with the wall. Bedroom closet doors that are so big they scrap on clothes abd I have to “hide” behind to get to part of the closet. very poor design.

Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

Tankless hot water heater doesn’t work. Been in the house 3 days and can not get hot water! Plumber came to work on it and still doesn’t work! Many issues need to be resolved! Lovely house but not satisfied.

There seems to be no quality control in place. So many things needed to be taken care of after we moved in.

Some of the service are over priced and no service for even small customization.

I moved into my home in July 2023. I love the house. Only issue is that alot of things were not completed prior to closing that was written in the inspection notes. Having these issues fixed after closing as been a nightmare.
