Pulte has two great responsive Field Managers, Brandon & Alex, they were there to correct and still correct issues. Know exactly what you want and get want you want so when your home when it is completed, you'll enjoy. If Pulte doesn't have something you really want, don't settle, get it elsewhere so you can enjoy your home when you move in.

Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

Many issues and no one taking the heat for them. Still have items that are not finished and I moved in two months ago. I understand the crazy times, but too many errors were made.

My overall experience with the Pulte team ( sales personnel, mortgage team, customer care manager, field manager, etc.) was nothing short of a well planned buying experience. The Pulte team was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thus, affording me the opportunity to purchase my townhome with confidence.

We really wish that we had more time between our celebration walk and final walk through. Only 50% of the items printed out were fixed or addressed. The very final step of the closing was scheduled for November 30. Our appointment was at 11 and we did not close until 5:30 in the evening. There were over 35 closing scheduled for that day alone. Other buyers were also there on the 30th because they couldn’t close on the 29th. Not sure if a Pulte was trying to close by the end of the month figures. But many people were very frustrated. May want to stagger them out more thru out the month.

All aspects of the build were great!

After the closing of this house, problems started to appear. Doorbells, internet cables, air conditioners, and other minor problems were resolved, but they did not keep their promise until today. AC still has problem. I don't know when they will come to check and resolve it.

Please learn from us and also our entire street and avoid Pulte at all costs. Not only is there sheer incompetence at all levels, but extreme rudeness and screaming from the area construction manager is an absolute no-go. For the rest of the team, the ball was dropped every single step of the way. We are not only talking about delays (because many of them are out of their hands), but simply overpromising and not delivering. They couldn’t keep up with any list or email. Made mistakes with contracts and every single step of the construction process. Construction quality is sub-par and 3 months into closing they have yet to address all concerns. They made a horrible mistake in our living room when they had forgotten to put a floor outlet in. This was sheer negligence from management who didn’t oversee any of the work (we have proof). The entire newly constructed house and brand new flooring, walls, and cabinets were covered in concrete dust downstairs and upstairs. There are numerous other items to be voiced here. Have a look yourself and talk to any neighbor at Winslow at Brookstone and you will find that this experience is not isolated, shared, and felt. I am seriously surprised Pulte hasn’t had a class action lawsuit yet, I could certainly see one coming their way with how horrible their customer service and quality of work is. I am aware of the problem builders are having retaining workers and getting materials due to Covid, but the buyer is the one paying for this shortcoming. The quality of the build and workmanship is very poor, and the companies response to correcting these issues is lacking thus far. The warranty folks have stepped up and are trying to resolve the issues and I am hopeful they will make things right. It is very frustrating to spend you time waiting on worker to show up and correct problems that should have been done right the first time.

STARTING WITH THE SALES PERSONAL WHO HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL. ALSO THE FIELD PERSONAL HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONSNY AND IF NEEDED WOULD COME TO THE HOME AND SOLVE A PROBLEM IF NEED. i THINK MY HOME IS GREAT.

Issues discovered after moving into unit in November still not addressed in January. sent emails also with no response. I feel one issue is the bedroom widows, Bedroom gets as cold as 60 deg.

If I were to build another home, I would certainly consider having Pulte build it for me again.

Unfortunately this builder isn’t much different than many of the others where you have to perform their inspections for them. Too many issues get missed and the end consumer gets stuck having to deal with them, all so that they can make their monthly quotas.

Customer centric. Flexible. Teamwork. Efficient.

Before closing everyone was so eager to help in so many ways. After, it was rather difficult to get anyone to help until Dave came into the picture a month later. Things are starting to move now.

Building a home is an exciting yet stressful at times process (as I am sure you are very aware if you have ever built a home). Paul our project manager was great the entire time and Kyle with the service division was great at getting some last minute items after we moved in taken care of. No matter the home builder, you will have little hiccups but your team handled them very well. I would strongly recommend Pulte and their team if you are looking to build a new home!

There were so many issues after we moved in. We still have some and most importantly our upstairs usually get warmer as compare to our ground floor. Cannot figure out what going on with heater issue though they say it’s fine.Not expected so many issues will be facing after moving to a brand new home. Also we are not satisfied with the quality of materials used ( especially bathroom ) and workmanship ( exterior and interior issues).

Everyone seemed nice until they started delaying the date of closure. We had to wait 3 extra months. It feels like the house was rushed. Two days after we moved in, the cloth rack in the master bedroom broke (this had the same amount of clothes that I hung in my apartment) that speaks a lot about quality. Less than a month after move-in, the stairs has cracks already, the drywall in the basement has dents (noticed this on day 1), the vent was not open, had to call them to come fix it, part of the exterior design fell off (still waiting for them to fix it), the guest shower head is falling off (this was noticed 2 weeks after moving in, and no one has ever used that shower). This just goes to say that the quality is substandard and the workmanship is questionable. Unfortunately, I am not impressed at all. However, I'll say their customer service reps respond promptly. its just sad that a house that is barely 3 months old has so many issues already. ... More

Very responsive and pro-active; had a tight completion schedule to meet and they met it! Only minor issues had to be addressed post-closing, and they jumped on them very quickly and completely . Our builder Shaun was definitely looking out for our interests and kept us informed all along the way. Outstanding job by the whole Pulte team!

Overall happy with the build quality and materials, but very unhappy that I have been waiting over 5 months for a window which was broken. This is very poor performance from Pulte.

My husband and I were ready to retire and had checked out other builders. Their work was not even close when it came to the details and options provided by Pulte as well as great customer service. From when we chose our home to move in was just a little over 6 months. We purchased a spec home which was about to start being built with all the bells and whistles and upgrades that we loved). Pulte made it pretty easy to buy our forever home.

While our salesperson and field manager were very nice and pleasant to work with, we were very disappointed in the workmanship on our home. For the price we would have expected a much better job from the trades

The list of issues is extremely long. I will save everyone the time and just say, I will never build another home with Pulte.

Our overall purchase experience was quite positive. The home is beautiful and the community is nice. The sales team was great in helping us through the process. The craftsmanship so far seems at the level I would expect or better. The materials are quite good. The post sale follow up items have been very slow to complete (2 months so far), so that is an area to improve. I would recommend a friend or family member to purchase a property from Pulte.
