The process from signing the sales agreement to the final delivery of the home is impressively well managed and organized. Every step is clearly defined, which helps buyers feel confident and informed throughout the journey, though the quality of materials and construction focus only on meeting the basic "code" requirements. From a construction standpoint, these standards represent the bare minimum necessary for compliance, rather than a particularly high standard of quality or craftsmanship.

During our home search we saw many homes but there was something holding us back to a final commitment until we step into Pulte Home in FootHills Preserve. This was our last home on our list and we almost miss it ! But as it goes down we met with Jennifer the sale agent who was fabulous and as the saying goes we fell in love at first sight with the move in ready home she showed us , it was everything we wanted.Jennifer was friendly yet professional and took care of all until closing , the construction manager Garrett made sure any concerns we had were addressed and answered all our questions. The entire experience from buying to mortgage, closing went smoothly. I must add that the mortgage agent Cristin was extremely helpful as well and would recommend Pulte Home . Everything was done as promised

Contracting process was straightforward amd transparent. Workmanship is great. Financing process - while being a little redundant in request for documentation - still exceeded our needs in terms of incentives, options and flexibility. Thank you Pulte!

This is our second new build by PULTE. I would not use another builder. From our sales rep Gita, to our construction manager, Kris, along with all the contractors…everyone was professional and able to answer questions. Now that we have closed, we are pleased to work with Gianni, who quickly gets any issues resolved.

Overall this is a wonderful home. I don't like the interior white wall paint it washes off showing the sheetrock. Positives, the interior termite piping is an amazing addition to the house

I'm a seasoned home buyer having built many homes during my adult life. Pulte was great in having a good selection of floor plans which would meet our needs. The pre-selected design packages reduced our stress of having to choose everything in the house. Customer service thus far has been responsive and all Pulte employees have been very nice.

The Pulte home buying process is a seamless pleasurable way to purchase a home. From the knowledgeable staff, home options, community amenities, on through closing, the experience is uncannily convenient. Happy we made the move with Pulte.

Our experience with Pulte has been mixed. While the design and community are appealing, we’ve run into several issues that have made our first months as homeowners more stressful than expected. Communication around landscaping was especially frustrating—no clear plan was ever provided, and our feedback was not incorporated. Additionally, the mortgage rates offered through Pulte’s preferred lender were significantly higher than current market rates, which created unnecessary financial pressure. We’ve also had several construction-related problems, including a plumbing failure that required us to escalate concerns in writing, a roof leak that caused damage to our bathroom, and ongoing gate access issues in the community. These are not the types of problems you expect to deal with in a brand-new home. On a positive note, the warranty process has been solid so far. Most of our issues have been addressed or are in the process of being repaired through warranty claims, and communication from the onsite team has been timely and professional. It’s reassuring to know the problems are fixable, even if there have been more of them than we anticipated. Overall, while the warranty support has been good, the number of early issues has made the new-home experience less smooth than we had hoped. The homes are well built but a bit close together and on the expensive side. That being said we are excited to be using our home next month.

We had a great experience from Chris our sales person to Greg and Brendan, our building supervisor. Everyone kept us posted and answered all questions we had in a timely matter. I would recommend Pulte to anyone wanting to build a new home.

DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME!!!!!! We have been in this house for 2 months and it’s been horrible. We have had a gas leak. We have doors won’t close properly and hinges that pop and crack, flooring on first floor getting repaired/replaced for the second time, and major crack in the foundation. I wish I would have never bought this nightmare!!!!

first the quality of paint is very bad , with small accidental touch hit any dry wall a patch of paint falls on the ground the closets fittings are too weak , the allginments are not straight the location is good , regarding the quality need to work, the flooring wood is not sticked well , few of the them hallow

My husband and I have had houses built a couple of times in our lives, and usually it was a big headache! Having this house built in carriage estates with Pulte homes was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had! The building manager communicated and worked with us throughout the whole process. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.

Quality to phone and finish it ok. Mortgage/closing is pathetic.

Pulte made the entire home buying experience stress free . Molly , our sales rep was professional, friendly and responsive. Our construction supervisor, Nathan was communicating the entire way . If we had questions both were responsive and trustworthy. The home was delivered on time and looked great . Overall Experience: The journey from initial purchase to move-in was lengthy but mostly transparent. We stayed on top of every requirement and did our part, which helped keep things moving. Toward the end, however, the process became more difficult and less coordinated, which added stress during a time that should have felt exciting. Quality & Value: The Lexington model offers competitive quality compared to other builders in Davis Ranch. The layout and design are strong, but there were several items left unfinished that should have been addressed before closing. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished final product. Builder Team Experience: Our experience started on a high note with the sales consultant—an exceptional young lady who guided us with transparency and care. She consistently checked in and made us feel supported. Once construction began, our manager was upfront and communicative during the three major checkpoints. However, after the final walkthrough, we were disappointed to find the home had not received its final cleaning. It was handed over in a condition far below the standard we saw in Pulte’s model homes, which was a major letdown. That level of presentation is what convinced us to buy, and we expected the same care in our own home. Advice to Future Buyers: Stay engaged throughout the entire process and hold the builder accountable—just as they hold buyers to every requirement. While we’re grateful for the opportunity to own this home, there were several incomplete steps and overlooked details that shouldn’t happen at this level of investment. Touch-ups and cleaning were neglected, and that left a sour note on an otherwise exciting milestone. ... More

It was great doing business with you guys

Within 48 hours of moving in we had to have them come and tear out a shower wall because it was installed improperly. When I went back to the sales office to find out what to do, the sales agent said ‘it’s ok, it’s under warrantee’ like it’s no big deal to have to tear up a bathroom upon moving in to my new home because I don’t have to pay to fix it!!?! We were todl that they would replace several dead plants after things cooled down but when I asked about it a month later they said it was not their problem and I had to argue with the lady about it - they still aren’t replaced After our last rain storm I noticed that the drainage from our backyard was going under our garage porch opening up a big hole. and it looks like the water may be working its way under our foundation. They said it was the landscapers problem and they weren’t responsible - although the landscaper explained to me that they had nothing to do with the poor drainage issues. Again, I had to argue and fight with a very rude woman who told me they considered the matter closed. I subsequently had their onsite Foreman come over and he finally agreed that it was their fault/responsibility and when I called the very rude lady back, she still gave me a hard time about it. This is my first and last new build as this house is now my "forever" home. I am still waiting for many issues to be resolved. Most of it could have been avoided if the subcontractors cared about workmanship and quality. Too much of a rush to just get it done no matter if the outcome was obviously sloppy or neglected. Not allowed enough time to really inspect the house before closing. The construction manager trying to get issues addressed on the actual closing day! The newly assigned warranty manager is a positive as he took the time to listen and spend time going over all the remaining issues that need to be resolved. ... More
