The processes was great thanks to my realtor but the house is ok. The tile is not lined up properly in a majority of the kitchen area, seems like it was rushed which it probably was. The tile in the shower is also not lined up very well. The paint was supposedly redone but the redone paint inside and outside had a lot of issues the bump out accent colors were covered with the main house paint and the paint inside had a bunch of areas that don’t match. When this was supposedly redone the painters left lines of pain on the carpet in the bedroom. The fence had a bunch of wiped off mortar and ...

Build quality is not a 5 rated. it just average. all house have same issues, even till the issues not fixed at closing day itself. Grass is also not good quality. lot of other issues with homes.

We are among several new homeowners who do not yet have our sod. We were somewhat disturbed to see completed, but yet unsold homes get sod prior to our lots. It is not a good look for your company. It is not the way to treat your customers.

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.

The quality of the work is not as expected. There are numerous issues, including uneven drywalls with visible hiccups. Additionally, the painting has not been done properly; touching the walls reveals marks.

Our 2nd Experience with Pulte

This is our 2nd home with Pulte. We bought the first one in 2013 and it was a great experience. We needed to purchase a 2nd home in a hurry. My how things have changed. We had no choice to design or customize the 2nd home at all. They now have HOAs. Frankly the quality is definitely poorer with us having to call their customer service to fix this and that multiple times. They are still better than others. Small issues with newly built condo

I’ve had a few issues with quality of materials and craftsmanship. Bathroom door hinge screws all stripped out. S so the door fell off. Two interior door handles fell off. Had issues with water sensor triggering. So A/C wouldn’t work. I’m sure there are more issues to come. Also, warranty work is only done 9am-5pm. Guess when I work??? So they won’t come to fix things when I’m home.

At first the builder seemed eager to help and address the issues with our brand new home. He seemed especially concerned that his first review vis survey received 5 stars. Now it’s been over a month without all issues resolved and we are now noticing some quality issues, especially with our cabinets. We were told “scratches and dings” were not covered after 30 days. However the issue is. It scratches and dings, more like cheap quality laminate on cabinets. They said we got a cabinet repair kit to fix it ourselves but we never received one. Buyer beware. Electrical and landscaping don’t meet standards

The use of a plastic raceway attached to the wood with only one screw does not meet the standards I was taught. Especially with an open attic above it. Outlet Abs switch locations leave much to be desired. Landscaping is the biggest fail. No planting diagram is provided, but the irrigation system is a total fail. The controller supposedly is WiFi enabled but doesn’t work. Sprinklers are buried too deep or at angles. The sprinklers themselves use a special tool that isn’t provided ($0.40 cost in bulk) and worst, no education on how to maintain the sprinklers is offered

Little Disappointing Experience with overall build journey.

Each time I reached out with concerns or issues, pulte customer service team was prompt in their response. They acknowledged my emails and calls quickly, which I appreciated. There were noticeable imperfections with the finishing touches, such as paint splatters on fixtures and inconsistent grout lines in the tiling, which detracted from the overall aesthetics of the home. Some of the materials used seem to be of lower quality than what was promised. Construction Manager Tim has been proactive in addressing and resolving the issues I've raised.

During the home buying process, as an attorney who handles real estate transactions, the process was a bit unconventional as there were no attorneys handling the deal, but the process went smoothly overall. However, our window is cracked and we are missing a screen and there has been no response from Pulte. We have a baby on the way and we have not received any communication on when this window will be fixed or even acknowledgement of our window issue.

From start to finish, there was miscommunication, incompetency, incomplete information from Pulte. They said they would fix things and do things properly, and this was not the case. Within all the Pulte departments, there was poor communication where we showed up to close and we couldn’t even finish closing as Pulte was waiting to hear back from someone about something needing fixed….which Pulte builder construction manager was well aware of needing fixed in advance- and due to them doing things last minute and rushing, we had to sit and wait at Pulte offices to be able to finish closing. ...

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Overall we are happy with our new home. During construction there were many times windows were left open, allowing rain to come in. This resulted in drywall and wood needing to be replaced. The drywall used is very cheap and very thin. Tile work is exceptional! There was a problem with the septic line upon move-in which required a plumber and the county to tear up the sidewalk and clear/reconnect the lines. Our biggest issue is the yard. Poor workmanship and lack of quality control

We are disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of quality control, more than the quality of the materials. I expected the materials to be a little more high end but overall they have been satisfactory.
