Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

Repair of discovered defects taking too long to fix Missing appliances and fixtures is taking too long to fulfill. We have closed escrow 2 months ago and still waiting items to be fixed/filled out.

You were so excited to get our new home, unfortunately it’s been nothing but disaster after disaster since we have moved in. We received our keys in April, we still do not have a stove microwave combo and it is June. The tapers did a horrific job as there are lines in my ceiling that could be confused as off-white beams. Overall experience was good, however there are certain things in my home which are still not working like some power outlets. They will say that just keep a note of it and call the after sale service to resolve the issue. My point is why not have it properly looked before handover the keys. These are some major things which people use and can't wait for a year to get it resolved. Also when we ask anyone near the house who are still working on remaining house, they simply say now we are out of the house can't do much, you need to talk to the after sale service. I was in overseas and could not get the inspection check. Site manager has did the inspection and checked everything is good, but I have issues with door locks for garage door, bedroom door, and ground floor bath door has closet lock, and some other issues were reported via email to site manager but no response. Not satisfied because if pulte can’t take care of minor issues then I doubt for major.

While the Pulte sales and the Pulte title groups were exceptionally good, the finish quality and the HVAC work in the home was sub-par and in some cases incomplete. Calls for warranty work were also sub-par.

I believe, given the state of the housing market, and the supply chain issues, it weakened Pulte’s ability to provide the product and quality home that we were expecting. It has been and still is a challenge to get a good quality finished, and completed home.

In all fairness, we had a concern which was to have possession of the keys by a certain date, Pulte tried its best to relatively get the keys in our hands though not exactly the date expected but close. I expected Pulte to be more responsive to complaints that are being discovered after closing, it's actually a disappointment for me at the moment. I expected better quality work than what was delivered, being an experienced individual myself in the field of construction. The quality of the home built out was to put it mildly some of the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Very disappointing to have spent so much money for the final product. Started a punch list for items to be remediated in the future.

Sadly the quality of the subcontractors’ work was shoddy and needed a specialist team to be engaged to fix the myriad issues in all rooms of the house. The house was nowhere near ready on our “celebration walk through”. Covid supply chain issues aside, there were too many shortcuts taken in the building of our home. We still have unresolved issues 2 months after closing.

Everyone has been very nice and Daniel has always been helpful and has responded to our questions and issues in a timely manner. Our complaints are with the quality of finish work and painting that leave a lot to be desired. We know everyone is busy and on time schedules but this is the last home we planned to buy and really didn't want "projects" when it was "move-in ready", plus we invested a lot of money to buy the home! Dealing with paperwork online (with people in Colorado) was confusing for us... we are not up with modern technology and we were often very frustrated with the process. ...

We appreciate that we were able to move into our new house; however, many items were not completed upon closing. The builder has not been responsive to the work promised, and now we have to go through the warranty process. Lastly, the builder did not include the option of purchasing a refrigerator.

Our experience included a lot of ups and downs. We understand lack of craftsmen and loss of personnel had a lot to do with our experience. Responsiveness from our salesman after we signed the purchase agreement was pretty bad. We only received great response time when he needed something signed. Our new building manager and director were awesome, but there are still some items in our home that require attention. Everything was great except for the fact that we have not yet received our appliances we purchased through Pulte. Also, no one has communicated when we might be getting them. Both Sales Agent and Field Manager were very responsive to questions and concerns. Calls were returned promptly and property was available when I needed access to meet with decorators. The field manager was amazing to work with; he kept his word and delivered on his promise. He seemed to care about the Pulte name and brand; ensured that constructions and inspections issues were addressed satisfactorily; and permits and certificate of occupancy documents were in order prior to closing.
