Overall, the process went relatively smoothly, but the closing did feel somewhat rushed. If given the opportunity, I'd aim to address concerns and identify any issues before the house closing, rather than relying solely on emails and support tickets. While I appreciate the ability to comprehend the issues, it seems that the actual resolution can be a bit challenging. During the home buying and building phase of the process, Ana and Trevor were outstanding. They provided timely updates and even answered my questions when they were not working. Unfortunately Pulte post build process and customer service as been sub-par. I’ve been in my home for just over 30 days and there are lots of issues. My water heater circuit breaker constantly trips even after the plumber and electrician have inspected it. On move in day, I couldn’t lock my front door. Several outstanding items during closing were not taken care of. Paint splatter everywhere, chunks of caulking on base boards that were painted over. Missed caulking areas. Even the homes to both sides of us still had blue tape on them after closing. Do not buy from here if you are looking for quality.

Overall we’re happy with our home. The process ended up taking 4 months longer than they told us it would when we signed the contract but it was during the Covid supply chain period so I’m guessing most of it was out of their control. They were good about providing updates along the way and being responsive. When it came time to close, as with most new builds I think, there were quite a few things that weren’t up to par. The 2 things were touching up the baseboards & leveling the pavers on our patio as promised in our initial walk through. Baseboards are still not done & the supervisor of the pavers looked @ the patio & stated it was so everything had to be re-done. They came out removed all the pavers then replaced them back the exact same way. A J at this time has told the work is acceptable even though it just as bad as it was to start with....not with Pulte Homes

Pulte sales team was great and got us set up fast and efficiently. Our construction manager was attentive during the construction phase but after it was a challenge to keep on them to finish the necessary work after closing. The build quality is passable but often find it wasn't done with any level of craftsmanship. Landscaping left much to be desired. Sod placed in the dead of winter has died and have been trying to wait for a reply. The sod dying and not taking is leading to some soil erosion and grading issues. I hope they respond soon to resolve this issue.

Homebuying experience is good sales consultant is helpful in showing houses, builders are not able to reapond properly when there are issues in the first 30 days of closing Builder gives so many false hopes for the open issues , but never reapond after closing

There are always issues after closing. Most are minor, but there isn’t great customer service or responsiveness after closing by construction manager. We are an afterthought. There should be a person on the construction side to make customers requests feel important post closing for all issues, especially the non warranty issues. Dropping the ball here is what dropped the score.

Unfortunately, I wish I could give 5 star reviews. While the manager was great, all the issues have began after we moved in. The quality of the products isn’t great, some caulk is already falling out, 6 weeks after we moved in and some of the items that were out in the punch list still not finished plus new issues came up. I think the house building process was rushed and the could have been a better quality control.

Kept me out of the loop majority of the time and periodically checked in to see how things were going, however, never actually followed up on anything. For example, asked him to fix a bedroom door that wouldn't close and he said he would come by that week and he never came. I asked him at move-in to remove some stickers from a window and 2 weeks later I went up to him in person and asked him to come right then to remove the sticker, but he never remembered to come on his own. Closing date was moved two different occasions. July 21 to August 28 and then to September 28. Issues that were brought to light weeks before closing have still not been addressed or resolved. Customer care only sends emails, no phone correspondence.

This is the second home we built with Pulte. The quality isn't the same and there were minor changes that impacted overall quality and value. Cabinets were made cheaply, front steps are no longer concrete but small TREX steps, porch is barely wide enough to walk, garage is ridiculously small and you need to pay extra to get a larger garage. My third row SUV BARELY fits! Cars are larger nowadays and families have bikes and cars, golf clubs, snow blowers, lawn mowers that need to fit in a typical garage and they don't! After closing on Jun 14, I’m still waiting for some repairs to be done. Kitchen cabinet missing baseboard, missing crown molding, etc. The pending issues is taking to long to be resolved.

Very disappointed in the overall conclusion and move in experience. Also, there should be two elevators in each building not just the one, with the amount of use they get.. Very unorganized. Once in, did not find the cabinetry nor the shower doors to be of good quality. Also, have reached out to have questions answered and no one at the Management company has returned my phone call. Rather dismayed, as I had heard good things about Pulte.
