Paint work was not high quality or complete, some jobs not complete around home.

Overall our buying experience was good from our sales agent Melissa and Luisa our customer service care representative! Due to several delays and supply issues, our building time frame was heavily impacted, Communication could have been a little better. Very Disappointing was the lack of workmanship and attention to detail regarding structural walls, sparkling, painting, door frames and outlets when we moved in. Though Luisa our representative is handling these issues attentively, we are inconvenienced by contractors coming in and out to fix! My experience has been mostly hood. However it’s been a month and I still don’t have a front panel for my cabinet face for below my stove top.

Framing & Flooring work has been disappointing so far. Expected a lot more from Pulte.

We love our unit. Overall we are satisfied. Finding lots of details that need fixing upon move in. I feel they were rushing in places even though our unit was delayed by months and it shows.

Over all it was an okay experience. The workmanship seems rushed and we don’t feel like it was detail oriented due to it was a bigger company with many units that were being worked on all at once. With staffing changes within the company, as buyers we suffered insufficient communication which lead to some complications with our overall process.

Love my home but slow to respond on finishing items

My overall experience with Pulte has been fair not great. I'll start with the positives then go into the negatives. The staff at Pulte Mortgage do a great job of staying on top of the home buying process. I've been in my new home a little over two months and it's starting to feel like home after living in hotels and an apartment for almost a year. They build a solid house but the overall workmanship toward the end was a rush job to get the house closed. John, my construction manager is the contact person for the company and he does an excellent job of trying to make the customer happy but he is only one person. The thing that leaves the biggest pit in my stomach is the kitchen upgrade. Right before closing; in fact days before closing I found out I would have mismatched appliances. Most women, the kitchen is their space. Although, I'm no Martha Stewart as far as cooking however I paid for an updated kitchen. This is a supply chain issue, however Pulte knew for months about this issue and didn't inform me. Having mismatched appliances in a kitchen may be cool for some else but not my style. It is equivalent to having different tires on a Lexus. You have tires but some thing doesn't look or feel the same. I would have been willing to purchase my own oven and microwave to have matching appliances. Just a thought for future purchasers. ... More

We have been in our house for about 7 weeks and the biggest thing I noticed is how best up the cabinets got during the remainder of the build. Our cabinets have so many knicks and scratches. Also, two of the side panels of the kitchen cabinets have what looks paint overspray on the bottom. It looks absolutely awful. It's disappointing because they don't look like brand new cabinets. Pulte should consider covering the cabinets after install to protect them.

I had a great experience through the home buying process, however after closing the experience left much to be desired. None of the walk through items were completed prior to closing. I had to drive through a snowstorm to get to closing as they did not move, only to get to a dirty house with none of the punch list items completed. It has also been a bumpy process getting things done on the punch list and for new pop up items. Most of the people I deal with are great, it's the processes in place that don't seem geared towards the home owner. It's like once you sign on the dotted line the great customer service ends. ... Building quality not bad, quick response to requests

Our foreman on the site, Andre was very responsive and looked over everything very well. He answered our questions and had items fixed fast for the closing.

Better customer service after closing to complete warranty work

Professionally executed build process. Good team.

During this time of shortages of material and labor Pulte was able to get our home built- just later than expected. We had 4 projected closing dates. It seemed that the focus was on getting the building done more than on the home buyers at some points. When we closed there were some issues and the important one was addressed but some of the other items are still waiting attention. We do like the design and basic quality of our house and would buy from Pulte in the future

Quality of work was not what I expected

Unfortunately having a home built at this time is a challenge. Trades have not been consistent with following up. We still have not had our termite barrier done after more than a month. There are still red tape marks in and around the house. We found our microwave does not work properly after being in this house less than a month and we have to wait for a service to come and decide to fix or replace it. The MBR is designed so you can see all the way into the master bath from the front door even if the MBR door is slightly open. The water in the kitchen sink takes a long time to get warm water nor does it get hot. We were not allowed to choose our own front landscaping and the list given were not planted. I was in overseas and could not get the inspection check. Site manager has did the inspection and checked everything is good, but I have issues with door locks for garage door, bedroom door, and ground floor bath door has closet lock, and some other issues were reported via email to site manager but no response. Not satisfied because if pulte can’t take care of minor issues then I doubt for major.

In this crazy time with supply issues and home prices continuing to rise, we feel we got a great house in a new community. I think building with this builder, although we knew supply issues were a concern, they were able to keep the construction going and delays were minimal. Happy with the process. Erick our project manager answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.

While the Pulte sales and the Pulte title groups were exceptionally good, the finish quality and the HVAC work in the home was sub-par and in some cases incomplete. Calls for warranty work were also sub-par.

Overall the experience was a good one. From the moment we met our sales consultant to the very end at closing, everyone maintained a professional and courteous attitude. We chose to finance with Pulte mortgage and besides some minor communication issues everything went well. The closing was smooth and much better than I was expecting. There have been some issues with the quality and workmanship of the home. Seems like they were really trying to get the house complete and sold and some things were missed. Since closing I've had to submit at least 4 warranty claims, but to their credit, all warranty claims have been taken care of very promptly and professionally. their field manager is super friendly and try to offer help for everything they know. However, the sales promised to refund $500 for replacement of microwave, however, the house closed more than 3 mont, still not receive it, asked couple of times to their sales, either no response or no helpful information.

Painting was not done properly don’t look like s as new house Stones on the fire place falling apart Electric outlets not working Concrete pavement infront of the house not done properly I was told at closing that pressure wash will be done and they would clean all the leaves accumulated in the back, it was never done I had to do it myself by spending $500

We absolutely love our home, but there a still a few issues that still have to be fixed.
