Sales agent was great and helpful but after moving in there were many quality issues to the home. Ceiling seam was wrong so my ceiling bubbled up and when they came to fix it they left a dent/hole on the wood floor. Our wifi upgrade took forever to get done. vintage took over a month to get someone out to install WAPs and when they came out the installer did not even know why he was there and did not have the right things. sometimes the lights take awhile to turn on after the switch has been flipped and our shower rods have randomly fallen off in two bathrooms when nothing is even being ...

Sales Rep (Darla C.) awesome to work with. Pulte Construction staff better than Fair. Sub-Trades horrible workmanship and no pride in quality. Unfortunately as bad as the workmanship is from Pulte, it is much Better than other home builders in the local and adjacent areas.

Buying a model home comes with surprises such as if something isn’t working you have to rely on homebuyers warranty rather than builder. Many issues not ready. Ie. mailbox keys, smart home. Etc Smart home isn’t very smart.

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. The person who manage the building here was very nice until I signed his review which he begged me to give him all 10. He told me that after the move in if I need help touch up walls etc because furniture hits the walls etc. and I’ve called him four times and still nothing done. The builder put the time and money into running Cat 6 cable to every bedroom tv but not to the built in office...only a PC can take advantage of Cat 6 speeds. Also, the backdoor opens into the dining room table so that they can save a few bucks on the door type. The builder ran the AC with a missing filter because he didn't know it needed 2 filters. Another dumb problem is that the house roof drains right down a steep hill causing obvious erosion issues. The other common problem in the neighborhood is that the builder doesn't know to set garage door openers away from sunlight...so openers ...

The warranty department is naturally trying to get out of doing work that the trades should have handled. We have AC pipes installed too close to the foundation and it makes incredibly loud noise when the freyon cycles. It was raised during our final walk through but it couldn't be resolved at that time. My wife and I have purchased two homes with Pulte about 4 years apart. The first experience with Pulte was excellent the second experience was not so great. The customer service seems to have dwindled over the years. We have had several issues with the home and trying to resolve them have been a challenge. I am not un reasonable person however I expect major issues to be resolved timely and correctly. Everything was great until we filled out our 5 star reviews that they all begged for. After that, everything takes a turn because nobody cares anymore. They got their good review and now it doesn’t matter - maybe a public review will spark some initiative. We moved into our new home 12/08 and discovered a leaking valve on a toilet 12/21. Construction manager wanted to fix it but because of “liability” gets told he isn’t allowed, and we need to contact customer service. Overall nice constructions although a little shoddy on some things (crown molding, paint, pavers, etc.) also, some of materials used are of the lowest quality (switches, outlet plugs, bath fixtures). Warranty department is also slow to respond and requires multiple phone calls/ emails to get a response (if they respond at all).

Pulte builds cheap quality homes. After moving in I definitely felt that in terms of value proposition, it is not worth it. The homes are built with cheap quality materials and finishes.
