Sales agent was great and helpful but after moving in there were many quality issues to the home. Ceiling seam was wrong so my ceiling bubbled up and when they came to fix it they left a dent/hole on the wood floor. Our wifi upgrade took forever to get done. vintage took over a month to get someone out to install WAPs and when they came out the installer did not even know why he was there and did not have the right things. sometimes the lights take awhile to turn on after the switch has been flipped and our shower rods have randomly fallen off in two bathrooms when nothing is even being hanged on them. the pavement on the driveway and road turning in is super uneven and has pot holes. the loft door is not sealed properly and when it’s windy the wind can be felt and heard whistling in. ... Sales Rep (Darla C.) awesome to work with. Pulte Construction staff better than Fair. Sub-Trades horrible workmanship and no pride in quality. Unfortunately as bad as the workmanship is from Pulte, it is much Better than other home builders in the local and adjacent areas.

I sent my request to have issues fixed within my 30 days warranty and no one ever called or emailed me back.

Buying a model home comes with surprises such as if something isn’t working you have to rely on homebuyers warranty rather than builder. Many issues not ready. Ie. mailbox keys, smart home. Etc Smart home isn’t very smart.

In general so many issues with painting e port finishing a on the walls,stairs, windows, and garage floor. Disappointed

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. Why construction guy take survey from customer directly and why they won’t show up when we have issues in home

The buying home experience was good, but right after I moved in, the house’s master vale already was leaking and I submitted a ticket to repair, but no one called or responded. Quality of material was doubtful.

The person who manage the building here was very nice until I signed his review which he begged me to give him all 10. He told me that after the move in if I need help touch up walls etc because furniture hits the walls etc. and I’ve called him four times and still nothing done. He told me im not going anywhere if you need my help well I haven’t seen him since. Im very disappointed in the situation and so are my neighbors. Im also very disappointed with the HOA taking a long time for my fence request while other homes are not even going through them and just putting their fences up. Communication is poor. You need to ask multiple times to get a response.

The builder put the time and money into running Cat 6 cable to every bedroom tv but not to the built in office...only a PC can take advantage of Cat 6 speeds. Also, the backdoor opens into the dining room table so that they can save a few bucks on the door type. The builder ran the AC with a missing filter because he didn't know it needed 2 filters. Another dumb problem is that the house roof drains right down a steep hill causing obvious erosion issues. The other common problem in the neighborhood is that the builder doesn't know to set garage door openers away from sunlight...so openers only work at night if the house happens to face the sun. The AC system in my house also didn't have sufficient refrigerant gas causing high humidity which will lead to mold if unresolved. They also cut corners in not painting the garage. ... More

The warranty department is naturally trying to get out of doing work that the trades should have handled. We have AC pipes installed too close to the foundation and it makes incredibly loud noise when the freyon cycles. It was raised during our final walk through but it couldn't be resolved at that time. I was left with the impression it could be resolved via a ticket and i am now fighting the good foght to get it foxed while my daughter is struggling to sleep in her room - shebnow sleeps with noise canceling in her ears. I did speak woth a pulte AC tech and he agreed it was too loud andtl they are actively fixing two other homes with the same issue. To make matter mildy worse we may be liable for a tree that was clearly struggling at the time of move in. I would love to give 4-5 stars across the board and want to recommend some of our friends to move here too, bit can't do so without the AC issue resolved. So, close to a ln incredible build ... More

It is now over two months since the closing and the punch list items still have yet to be addressed. We closed in good faith having been promised that the items would be dealt with quickly. They have not been addressed nor is there a projected time frame when they will be addressed.

My wife and I have purchased two homes with Pulte about 4 years apart. The first experience with Pulte was excellent the second experience was not so great. The customer service seems to have dwindled over the years. We have had several issues with the home and trying to resolve them have been a challenge. I am not un reasonable person however I expect major issues to be resolved timely and correctly. I would say I have a very difficult time getting ahold of the right person to discuss issues or have a concern addressed. Good quality material but no ownership of project manager or there bosses all they want is close house and show number’s. Hope they fix this soon.

Would not recommend. Poor response time to issues. Quality is terrible for the price of homes.

My home was not ready for closing. There were too many items that needed to be repaired redone or fixed. Now it’s a slow and difficult process dealing with the home warranty and vendors entering my home for things that should have been complete before the closing.

Still having issues needing follow up. However, overall experiences where fair. Exp. Rusty on refrigerator door, two different vanity doors, window screen not sized properly, etc.

They don’t care customers after closing. Make sure to get things done before sale.

Everything was great until we filled out our 5 star reviews that they all begged for. After that, everything takes a turn because nobody cares anymore. They got their good review and now it doesn’t matter - maybe a public review will spark some initiative. We moved into our new home 12/08 and discovered a leaking valve on a toilet 12/21. Construction manager wanted to fix it but because of “liability” gets told he isn’t allowed, and we need to contact customer service. We have been contacting customer service off and on with empty promises and zero follow through since then. The plumber called once and rudely says, “I’ll be there in 30 minutes” when neither of us are home and we were not given ANY heads up to expect him. Now they tell me they have no appointments until the 10th. So, they want me to deal with an unusable bathroom for 3 weeks?!!! Beyond that, Morgan at “customer service” is one of the rudest, worst customer experience reps I’ve ever talked to. I would fire my employees if they ever spoke to one of my clients the way she spoke to me. No empathy, no sincerity and just a deal with it attitude. Great neighborhood, beautiful home, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER. Buyer beware. PART TWO: 1/16/2023 we find water pouring out of our master window, down the wall and onto the baseboard and carpet. We call the emergency number like we were told to if anything like this happens.. Emergency line tells us its MLK day and everyone is off, somewhat understandable. Tells me that they will send the info to the manager and have someone reach out the next morning right away (they said manager was Ariel) By 10am we still hadn't heard from ANYONE so we made another call. We were told that a manager needed to review, and they would pass the info on. We waited 2.5 hours for a call back and received nothing as usual. Called and spoke to Elizabeth at customer service, she is beyond rude and does nothing to even try and help. She told us someone was already working the file and she had to refer us to them and she would have them call us. We asked for their number and she told us, "I don't have it, they work in the field." Then she continued to tell us this person would call us within 24-48 hours to check our leaking roof. 1 to 2 days just to have a customer service "manager" come out to look at our issue? Quality of materials bad

Overall nice constructions although a little shoddy on some things (crown molding, paint, pavers, etc.) also, some of materials used are of the lowest quality (switches, outlet plugs, bath fixtures). Warranty department is also slow to respond and requires multiple phone calls/ emails to get a response (if they respond at all).

Pulte builds cheap quality homes. After moving in I definitely felt that in terms of value proposition, it is not worth it. The homes are built with cheap quality materials and finishes.

Take too much time to respond and too many repairs after closing
