It has been over 2 months and you still have NOT fixed a dangerous, disgusting area next to our driveway. Also the walking paths on the Pulte side of the development are broken and dangerous to say the least. All you do is promise and “guarantee” the work will be done and still nothing. When someone is seriously injured I will be happy to testify against Pulte. I am sure if we were executives with Pulte you would get it fixed. The Toll Brothers side has perfect walkways with lights that work and are not laying on their sides. Also the Pulte sidewalks are high lighted with dog poop bags and ...

I recently purchased a new home from Pulte, and while I appreciate the design and overall layout, I have experienced several quality issues since moving in. These include walls not being square, some doors not latching properly, misalignment with the microwave installation, and grading concerns in the yard. The home is nice but the "turnkey solution" I was sold was not true. Pulte takes no responsibility for items outside of the structure such as irrigation, landscaping, sidewalks, etc. Extend your walk-thru times past the scheduled 1 hour and pay close attention as your building manager tries to speed you through the process - Pulte will not repair items if you find them after signing off on the walk-thru. Pulte has design flaws all over the house, especially with cabinet doors banging into walls, the refrigerator, other cabinets, and the front door handle bangs into and puts a hole in the wall, etc. Lots of problems with installations, plumbing, air/heat

Horrible Construction Manager and sales rep

Since we are a first time home buyers, we wish we have known or did many things different while dealing with construction manager, he verbally promised to "take care" of the issues I had with the house on the closing day, during next week after the closing but their attitude changed as soon as the house is closed and was very unprofessional later on. had talked to warranty and they said I will have to note the issues down for the one year warranty one time fixes. Should have not closed until everything is fixed, big mistake.

My home was a “rush” job to close on 40-50 homes at one time. I’ve had nothing but frustration and aggravation from the day I moved in. The finishing is horrendous and I don’t even know where to begin. My white tile floors have residue from grout and tape that cannot be washed off. A crew was sent in to hand clean the mess but it did not solve the problem. I’m still waiting for the floors to be acid washed. That is only one of the issues. The grouting in the shower floor was so bad I actually cut my toe on it. The cabinets throughout need a facial lift because mitered edges are separating. ...

Warranty Program is Difficult

Our home is located in Eagle Run, Calabash, NC. To obtain warranty service someone must be home. This makes it difficult for us to obtain warranty services. We installed a lock box and are willing to let service people enter the home. Post closing we have noticed several areas of shoddy workmanship. We are fixing them ourselves.

Solar system not activated even after 3 months. When contacted pulte homes via email for help, even though we got a auto-reply we will get back to you in 48 hours(indicating email address is correct), there are no response after that. Multiple emails sent with no response from Pulte Homes.

We have multiple issues with the house. First was the A/C which was blowing out cold air from the return. Found that the duct work was backwards. Typical issues have risen since purchasing but the final walkthrough was horrible. Pulte Construction Manager was at first very responsive to things, generally; but, 3 months after purchase, Crickets/non responsive. Still finding defects! Kitchen cabinets are cheap builder grade (wish I inspected these before buying! We experienced numerous issues, and the response time was very slow. Some of the problems remain unresolved. They provided many excuses, but honestly, most of them seemed unreasonable. You need to be assertive with your requests. I believe the main office is unaware of what is happening at the local sites, as it is a large company operating nationwide. I doubt the people at headquarters understand the situation here.

I moved into my Pulte home about two months ago. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there have been several issues that I believe are worth mentioning: 1. Leaking shower – It took nearly two months to get this addressed, though it was eventually fixed. 2. Material quality – Some of the finishes feel quite cheap. We did everything remotely. From the design choices to the final walk through. We didn't see the house until after close. We are very disappointed with the placement of internet/cable connection and the electrical outlet placement in both the living room and bedroom. The internet/cable connection and the electrical isn't next to each other in either room. Very very disappointed. I believe the project manager should have noticed that and had it corrected
