I’m grateful to all those who took their time to contribute to the build of my home. Although there a few minor fixes here and there, it’s been a pleasure to be welcomed home and feel home with a beautiful home design. Thank you.

They kept in close contact and provided information about the progress of the home. Some issues that have occurred were not followed up on promptly. The paint on the front door is already faded and peeling. Service did not come out on the date stated and there has been no further communication. The windows are difficult to close. The hot water was not hooked up to the master bedroom tub.

Commitment towards closing on time

We were very happy with our purchase. We feel our home is lovely. We probably would have liked more about what could have been added - such as “ we could have known about closing in our deck.

The communication through the entire process was fantastic. From when we first visited the site and toured the models right to the closing on our villa. We were living in Connecticut through the whole process and had to rely mainly on e mails and docu signs to handle deposits, loan process, and building progress. Everyone we worked with were helpful, patient, and answered any question we had for them. It made the long distance a non issue. Excellent people!!

Paint looks awful . cheap, flat paint with - drip/runs, missed areas, paint on floor and grout. None of our outside doors close correctly, doorbell doesn’t work. Carpet is poor quality with little padding. Just a rush job and cheaply done over all. Been in our house less than 2 months- very disappointing

Our experience with Pulte is great!

They build a decent home but the follow-up on punch list items and defects is lacking

Overall it’s a beautiful layout, but too many issues and delays.

A Great home buying experience

House had a lot of imperfections in the paint job, flooring buckling, spackling of outside stairs had holes in it and concrete perfections on the outside stairs leading to front door. gouges in the garage floor.

I recommend Pulte above all other builders. Great selection that other builders don’t give.

The staff I dealt with were great and quick to respond (Ashlea & Dylan). But the workmanship of the home was subpar. It seemed rush and sloppy in a lot of aspects, especially for the cost of the home

Pulty builds a quality home for a quality price in a quality community period. Everyone gets what they they ordered with no surprises

After my family and I moved into our home, we noticed a long list of issues including a huge leak on the left side of our house that still has not be repaired. We have sent emails and called our project manager as requested and have not have the issues resolved.

Whole process was great. Once construction started, communication was great and house was completed in time frame expected.

The sales manager was horrible and rude. The craftsmanship was atrocious

For the most part things went very smoothly. We love the end product!

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

Prompt at taking care of issues after purchasing the house. If we found a problem...Pulte still takes care of you. They don't leave you. Every process is smooth. Very happy with buying a home with Pulte.

During final walk through there was paint splatter on the floors, paint on window frames, ceiling paint on walls and vice versa. It seemed that things were rushed in the final weeks leading up to closing.

I want it to be known that my review is being written in a world devastated by the current climate of our nation and world as it relates to COVID related issues that either slowed down and/or played a role in some of the poor craftsmanship of the house and closing process. So with all that being said, our construction manager was extremely responsive and fixed issues rather swiftly. Overall the experience was swift, transparent, as well as very detailed in regards to what we were getting. Delays and cleanliness of house upon closing left a lot to be desired, but again, we understand the current market of backordered materials and personnel being out due to COVID. ... More
