Overall a good and happy experience, some minor issues we came across after closing but are being corrected in a timely and professional manner. Suggestions would be to change out the air filters as soon as possible after closing, register appliances and begin a list of items that need to be addressed for the first year warranty.

Pulte was great overall and we love our new home

The experience was generally good and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There were instances of poor communication as we got into the escrow process between the Title Company and Pulte which made things a bit stressfull. Overall, all parties did their best and we closed on target. Now that we are moved, we noticed some cosmetic and electrical issues. Some issues were easily corrected and others have taken more back-and-forth discussions. Overall, Pulte Customer service has been rectifying the issues as quickly as possible.

I choose HG due to the lovely unforgettable mountain and lake views, area, private gated community. I initially thought the home was too small but that’s me coming from a 3757sq 5 bedroom 2 story. Now living happy in 3 bedroom 3 bath empty nester. So getting and choosing your home and giving the earnest money was easy and flawless. Being able to pick options and going to the design studio was the best. But of course we chose an area that had never been lived on so we digging from scratch. The long long delays of completing the home was the horrible part for me. I lost a lot of money living in temporary living waiting months past the initial estimated move in. Then waiting more months after the second estimated date then not receiving an estimate date to delays with utilities coming to install meters my goodness it became very stressful. But then…sun broke through the dark clouds and we signed papers and was hopeful for ours keys. Well there was one more delay and keys were not given for almost 3 weeks. We had to resign our closing documents one more time and 6 days later the VICTORY CALL came. They said GO GET YOUR KEYS CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW HOME! When I say those were the best words to my ear ever. I almost ran there to get my key that’s how much energy I was suddenly filled with. All the hell was over and I was thankful. I thanked and blessed them all for building my home with great quality and perfection. Some things could have been upgraded but the quality of the build is everything. I would after everything go back to Pulte because I’m happy and highly satisfied with the quality and how they toured me through my home to show me how everything works and the aftercare is beautiful. They have come when I called and they followed up to ensure things were still working to my satisfaction. They even paid my rent and storage due to that last month delays. It was a long road but if I knew I would be this happy at the finish I truly would do it again. Thank you Pulte. Thank you Eric . The man that took all the crap from us all and remained calm. Thank you for that and all the consistent communication I received from you in them last few weeks. Be blessed. And thank you for building my beautiful dream home. Mike, a member of the construction team, is exceptionally helpful and willing to assist with any task at hand. However, I believe Pulte should consider enhancing its sales and mortgage teams to effectively sell houses. In my personal experience, I purchased solar from them, but when I inquired about my sales receipt from the sales team, they seemed unsure of how to provide it.

The house is really good and no issues with the quality

My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.

I put a deposit down on my Spec home in December of 2021. The house had a completion time frame date of March-May 2022. During the time of the construction, I had several managers overlooking the project. The first one I never heard from, the second one I did speak with a few times. He told me what the delays were once May came and went. Around August, I was told the house was waiting on 2 things to make it complete. Around the the second half of August, I was told the missing items were in and installed so a walkthrough date and closing was set for September. I live in California so I have to travel 3000 miles to get to my new home. When I was in NYC en route to Florida,I received a call from a third site manager telling me the house is still not finished. Come to find out that there were 4 items not 2 that still needed to be installed. I continued my trip to Lake Worth to see the house. I met with the 3rd site manager Javier who showed me the house and kept me abreast of the progress to completion. He went out of his way to meet with me and walk me through the property. I really appreciated that. He has offered to come back and walk me through the house when I move there. He was very accommodating. I was able to sign what ever papers I needed to sign at Pulte's office in West Palm Beach, a day before I went back to California. I eventually closed on the house the end of September. As for my sales person, she always sent me updated photos and responded to my calls and emails. Very helpful when I was on site. Before we buy we need to check the agreement with builder and prices

EVERYTHING is an extra charge!!! Be careful with the upgrades. They are super expensive. If I knew that ahead of time I would not have built with Pulte. I could not get colors or designs that I wanted!

I trust Davor to do his best and provide a high quality experience, and I have zero complaints about his aspect of the home buying experience. Naseem on the other hand was difficult to interact with, did not follow through, did not provide accurate information and was not appropriately responsive. I am not the only individual in our neighborhood that has this opinion, and I truly think that he needs to be better trained if he is to remain. I do not normally voice complaints, but working with him did not benefit my experience at all.

The sales consultant, Lisa, and construction manager, Charles, are awesome and worked hard to ensure my process was smoith. I had a horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage and wouldn't recommend using them (although the incentive makes that difficult). The mortgage process is why I didn't give 5 stars. Lisa, Charles and the rest of the team deliver consistent 5 star customer service.

If we had to use Dayna, sales, again for anything we would not buy, build or even think of owning a home. Working with her was the worst experience for us. She continued to call my fiancé by my last name and Jose when that isn’t even his first name either. Matt, our builder, we would work with him on any home at any time. He was amazing and followed through every time and timely.

Pulte Homes and their sales office were fantastic, along with their walk thru team. However, Pulte Mortgage was the worst company I have ever dealt with and would never do a loan through them again. As a Realtor and someone who has purchased many homes, I have never had a worst experience.

Just The finishing touches to be a bit better but they were/are very good at helping resolve any of those issue.

My sales rep was amazing. There seemed to be a rush in trying to close so they were fixing minor things after closing. When you do a walktheough, you should take notes of those areas because the contractors seemed to miss some things or just remove the tapes without doing it. I gave up after a while of finding issues. However, they are minor issues like paints. The master shower floor had stains that I've been trying to get out even after a month. Make sure you look at it during your walkthrough. This is my 4th home and the experience wasn't great. They have great standards and you really dont need that much options unless you want too. Not sure if it's the materials but you can hear everyone, no matter which room they are in. The sound is terrible. I’m more frustrated with the electrical system/workmanship of my house. I feel like I’m not getting my money worth. I should not be dealing with so much issues with my house. I am having to take too much time off from work to wait for service staff to work on my house repeatedly with failed results. I bought a home with Castlerock home builder in October 2020 and I have not requested anything from their house warranty till today. Something is seriously wrong with Pulte Electrical system service.

This was my first experience with Pulte. The overall build of the house is exceptional.

Since we started the process to buy our house, we want to highlight the work of Jose, Project manager, who was very kindly. He helped and guide us in every step of the process, keeping us updated every single minutes. Jose always was there to answer our question and concerns. He deserves five stars for his valuable work and determination. We were so happy to work with him.

Loan department is horrible! Had to go with my own lender because pulte never responded! Almost lost all of my deposit thank god i didnt, and they didnt want to give me closing incentives because i didnt use their lender! How if they never reponded at all.

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

House is great so far, minor issues as expected. This is not our first build the first difference is no grass was not installed in front yard as part of build or even offered. Back yard grading was never finished told to wait until spring so we will see. Fine finishing details not quit up to par I.E. both sliding doors caked in dirt, Paint left behind was all left open so no it’s unusable and I have to dispose of now. The driveway is ridiculously small for 3 car garage option for no reason plenty of room and maybe a 1/4 yard more of concrete. Took too long to build and craftsmanship was subpar

Overall with the protect manager was excellent if I would buy another property with PULTE yes construction quality a plus.
