Jennifer was great. Quality? One example, there is a hole in the wall beside a switch plate. I could go on.

The sales part of the purchase was incredibly smooth. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff at the design center was very attentive and helpful. The construction aspect was not so great. Trying to get anyone's attention regarding build issues or repairs has been difficult; this remained true after closing. Either we get a very delayed response, or no response at all to emails, calls or texts. We're still trying to get help with problems that we pointed out during construction. Sales and Title experiences were very good. Building and maintenance management were below expectation. To my surprise the maintenance personnel does not even greet customer (me) when meeting; this was a first. Inflexibility seemed to be a norm. Making promises and not keeping them also seems to be a norn. This was the 3rd Pulte home we purchased. The good experiences with the other two prompted us to go with Pulte. But this management does not compare.

Overall satisfied. Good floor plan with experienced workmanship. Especially, the construction manager, Stefano, was really kind and helpful. One thing I did not like was the completion of our house was delayed for 1-2 month from what it was originally scheduled. Other than that I am satisfied except for some low quality material used that will cost me to upgrade.

This was my first experience building from ground up and during the start of the process I felt rushed or pushed into signing without going through all the features and options the house had. I now wish some of the features I should of picked. After living in the house for a month now, I am noticing some unfinished worked...unpainted walls, poor worksmanship cover ups, little things here and there. I do enjoy my house and don't know if I can every buy another house that has been pre-owned.

Our experience included a lot of ups and downs. We understand lack of craftsmen and loss of personnel had a lot to do with our experience. Responsiveness from our salesman after we signed the purchase agreement was pretty bad. We only received great response time when he needed something signed. Our new building manager and director were awesome, but there are still some items in our home that require attention. The garage isn’t finished, our floors squeak and creak worse than our old house that was over 50 yearly old. Holes were left in the walls, the carpet is unraveling, our stone isn’t complete on the front of the house, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is a dud we can’t install a fan because the electrical components weren’t installed correctly with the build. We had a gas leak and a water leak due to the craftsmen rushing to complete the job. Our home wasn’t properly cleaned and some cabinet drawers are lopsided and the spacing for the cabinets isn’t consistent. We also have air coming in through the back door and the desk in the Pulte planning center is also lopsided. Couple of things wrong do to miscommunication

The overall process was smooth. The customer care representative (Jose) does respond and raise work orders for any issues in the house after close of escrow. He also promptly follows up with the vendors. They try to resolve 80-85 % of the issues raised and not all the issues. Overall the process is okay and would recommend Pulte to other home buyers.

Smart communities that seem to attract like minded people.

The builder was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is staying on top of the small details (molding, painting, etc.) some of that was poorly done but the house in general was beautiful.

Zach was amazing to work with. Very thorough and always answered quickly!

I prefer to have big entrance door.

Overall, we do love our home. It's a beautifully designed home and the perfect space for our lives. Generally speaking, the workmanship is okay. You can tell there some things that were quickly done with little attention to detail. But compared to what I have heard/seen elsewhere, I don't think it's truly that awful. The nature of the pandemic has affected our home coming together and getting our appliances worked out has been messy, but I feel our construction manager has done the best he could given the circumstances.

Everything was great except for the fact that we have not yet received our appliances we purchased through Pulte. Also, no one has communicated when we might be getting them. We have reached out multiple times but have been ignored. This is not how this should be handled. I expected more from a large company like Pulte.

Quality of materials and customer service is great, but construction workers workmanship is not the quality O was expecting. Work was sloppy and things were not addressed to my satisfaction in the end. Home is beautiful, but if you look closely at the trimwork/paint...it's sloppy!

Everyone on the team that I communicated or came in contact with was very professional and responsive to questions and issues I encountered. I didn’t like the turnover rate of the financial department which led to duplication of requested paperwork and other issues which could have caused a delay in closing.

Pulte needs to be better at choosing the GCs who build the homes. The workers who did the work on the build for the GC were average at best and on final walk through, a lot of issues were pointed out that the Pulte Field Manager repaired before closing. In the end what the public sees is the Pulte name, but if average work is being done on the build, the public doesn't see the GC, they see Pulte.

Problems with the appliances installed and slowness of kitchen aid to send technicians. Questions regarding the humidity and the HVAC. These matters relate to Pulte’s choice of brands and not testing each thoroughly before settlement.

Both Sales Agent and Field Manager were very responsive to questions and concerns. Calls were returned promptly and property was available when I needed access to meet with decorators. The field manager was amazing to work with; he kept his word and delivered on his promise. He seemed to care about the Pulte name and brand; ensured that constructions and inspections issues were addressed satisfactorily; and permits and certificate of occupancy documents were in order prior to closing. Workmanship, on the other hand, was lacking. As an example, owners are admonished to have a whole house humidifier. Yet none of the prep work was done for the installation. So, it will be more costly, time consuming and inconvenient to install one. Manufacturer's grade products are likely not the best. My furnace is so loud, I feel like I'm sleeping under the motor of a running train in Grand Central Station. I could go on ad nauseum with complaints. The long and the short, however, is that, from all appearances quality and functionality were sacrificed for glam and expediency. ... More

Overall good experience. There are good points and not so good points with new builds as there are with established homes. Pulte is very responsive to the customer issues. Field Manager Joe took care of us and Adam is super with our warranty calls.

The house had a lot of issues before closing, some of then were supposed to get fixed and they never completed them, we had to submit a second request.

Very easy process and very helpful guiding me through this whole new experience. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. There were ups and downs with the building of my home. Pulte was very quick to respond to my concerns. My home was being built during COVID so things were always on back order and very hard to get supplies. Some things were not explained clearly at the design meeting so that caused a few issues with the design of my home. I was unable to get some of the things that I really would have liked to have in my home because I was told what I wanted was standard and comes with the build. It was not standard and I missed out with getting those specific items. I was not happy to the fact that Pulte only puts in basic lights and faucets and carpet in your home. All Chrome. If you want to upgrade it costs double the price if you had it done yourself. So keep this in mind if you are planning on building with Pulte. I have had to change out faucets, towel bars etc in all three of my bathroom. This is my first time building a home. Things do go wrong!!! The finish is not so good.I see cracks at the cabinets, screws showing out in the cabinets. hard wood squeaking sounds. paint comes out pretty easily.

Overall a poor experience. The quality of work was average with many flaws still existing after closing.
