Our experience was good overall and we recommend this builder.

From the sales team, field manager, to mortgage, the whole experience was bad. Through the long and delayed process, we had 2 sales people, 3 field managers, and 2 loan officers. Communication within the pulte team is non-existent and communication with the customer is equally as bad. Utility location is inefficient and materials used to build are cheap. I do not recommend Pulte

My wife and I enjoyed the whole process. The sales and design teams were very knowledgeable and they made it easy to design and build our home. The construction project manager was extremely talented and easy to work with making the build process a great experience. The post construction team was also very good at what they do and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home.

I am very greatly thankful for all the communication and help they provided. It a great experience.

The Pulte team from sales, purchase, design, builders, mortgage, closing and partners is outstanding. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and countless options available with all models.

The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

Second house with Pulte. Totally different experience this time. We knew there would be delays due to worker shortage and supplies. Our house did get delayed and we were ok with with. There is a total lack of communication on everything. We closed with our house not being complete. We have a work order to finish the house. It has been 8 weeks and we have had a couple things done. But now Pulte has stopped with completing our house.

The experience was great however, we did feel that the construction was rushed and the attention to detail was not there for what we believe it should have been.

We are the lucky buyers of a quick-close home that had already been configured by another buyer. Although we did not go through the full customization process, Pulte treated us well and we are happy with the new home. We did have some difficulty working with their in-house mortgage team and ultimately had to go with an outside lender. Other than these hiccups with Pulte Mortgage, we are very pleased.

Quality of workmanship & materials: We are really happy my wife and me. We are just waiting Adam fix some things in our home like the ventilation panel garage and other few things Adam already know.

Ok ok type, but this builder are on time always.

I had an overall excellent experience buying my home through Pulte. Initially I prepared myself reading through other online experiences, some good and some bad, but my personal experience was excellent. I attribute this to the abundance of accountability that everyone I worked with at Pulte had. From our Sales Team Contact Dennis to our Field Manager Robert, it felt as though everyone wanted my experience to go as smoothly as possible. I felt as though I had someone with my best interest at heart on every step of the way. Stay in touch with your superintendent. I am in my home almost 2 months and I have never met or spoken to mine. Received only one response during the build

Many items were left incomplete, even though promised, the week of closing and remain that way a month later. We should have held out and made Pulte live up to their end of the contract.

Shoddy workmanship. Tile is not level, molding around all the doors was cut too short and filled in with caulk. Some of the molding around kitchen island is unpainted. Missing grout in grout lines on floor. It looks like nobody cared about their workmanship.

I am very please with my new home and the professionalism of everyone involved.

Communication during the building process has been a huge issue. When we pointed out poor workmanship throughout the process, we often got kickback or we felt we were a bother to the building supervisor. Our house is beautiful, but we constantly finding issues with poor workmanship and we get little or no response from building supervisor. After talking to neighbors that claimed to have the same issues we discovered we were often lied to (they fixed things at their house we were told nothing could be done vise versa)

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.
