The home is a typical track home. The quality is decent. From the time of purchase we have been changing out the cheaper fits and finishes and installing better quality. The superintendent Carson has bent over backwards to help in any way possible. The neighborhood is great.

Overall, we are very pleased with the home and its quality. Sales and construction process went very smoothly, however some warranty work has been slow to respond for repairs.

The RDU warranty are slow to act as it's been approaching a month and no word on timeframe to schedule and complete. The HOA mgmt company are equally poor in their response; simple straightforward requests get no response for weeks. Also, their communication and coordination of the paving was awful.

Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

The closing procedure had its hiccups to no fault of mine. I am still waiting to be contacted by Pulte's outside vendors to correct a couple issues. Pulte has responded and fixed what they could do. All in all, I love my home.

Quality seems a little above average, I am not unsatisfied but not fully satisfied. I understand that with new fast construction there's going to be issues. First, had concern when one of our paid upgrades wasn't implemented and we ended up having it removed as to not delay our closing. Beer bottles under our tub in the dirt, then my husband recently went in the attic and there was another beer can. It's going on two months since closing and still haven't received any follow-up call or email from Pulte asking if there are any issues. Our back fence is against the street and substantially ...

I had a great construction manager during the construction of my home, but once his survey was done and initial issues were remedied, I was given a second manager who took over. He did my 30 day inspection and took down all of our issues and havent seen or heard from him since. I will be reaching out to the old manager if i dont hear from this one soon.

New home owners need to make sure they write down all of their change order numbers and colors and Pulte comes back and takes care of all of the little things that you didn’t see when you move in, be persistent on that. Other than that Patti and Jeff have been very awesome with all the help that they’ve given us

I bought the house sight unseen as I live in another state far away. For what the builders offered it seemed like a good investment and the pictures from my real estate agent of the house looked decent. So I took a chance and went ahead with the purchase. About a month after I was able to take a vacation to stay at the house. Overall it is pretty nice and seems well built. Being a track home there were some attention to details that were overlooked or missed but were/are taken care of by the builder.

We purchased the Firewood model because it was the only builder in the area that had first floor master. I would have preferred the laundry room on the first floor instead of the 2nd. I would have liked to be able to see the prices for the material at the Show Room earlier than selection day. We were allowed to see the material but had no opportunity to ask anyone prices until Selection day. The flat paint used as standard will come off with 1-2 wipes if it gets stained. You most definitely will have to repaint if you don't upgrade the paint - which I wouldn't recommend because you can get ...

This is our second pulse home. The quality of the end product is significantly less the second time around. Examples. There are fifty pieces of tape locating blemishes in the paint. There is one tile in the master bath with a different color of grout. The attention to detail just isn’t there.

The hardworking sales staff was been exceptionally responsive to our concerns throughout the process. The design staff was a pleasure to work with. The building manager was responsive to our needs. There were some delays and lack of communication with the appraisal process. Perhaps not 5 star but a good experience overall and one that we were glad to have had.

Great floor plans and prime location. Process of building was good, but attention to detail by subcontractors was seriously lacking. At this price point, we expected much more from Pulte. Overall, great people to work with and happy to call this Pulte house a home.
