Pulte are really good with their commitment. They take responsibility for the things they deliver. A few things that we don't like about was the charges they do have onto the upgrade options. They do provide the time frame for the closing which is really almost 4 months which really doesn't help if you are renting the apartment in your current situation. And qualities wise they always talk about the Pulte standards if you really find any defect or something that you really don't like with them.

On field manager was always available during construction to answer questions and try to solve issues. Thirty days after closing he is no longer responsible. The next person in line is not as available and issues are unanswered leaving us as new homeowners to solve them

I love my home but my experience has not been good with getting answer from the project people on getting answers. I was not left any paint for touch ups and have asked everyone they tell me they will check into it but no response. I moved in on 8/13/2021 it has been 2 month with no answer I have spoken with Javier and Julie and nothing.

We love the model we chose and the location is great. We are still getting settled and have taken on remodeling our basement to complete our home. Only wish garage was a little wider I don’t know not everything is great

Make sure you double check all your sales options from the very beginning. Mistakes can be made and you have to live with them. Our construction manager was awesome and easy to work with. We had a contractor come into the house shortly after it was built to do some work for us and he commented on numerous things that were done very well in the house, which made us feel really good about the purchase as he didn’t have to say that. When you go to Pick your colors and materials for the house it is a three hour session, get as much information upfront as possible from the sales people so you know ...

It took a while to get started but once we did the purchase part was fairly simple. We did have major concerns regarding our lot and the final look of it. Transparency was a huge issue. We were offended by someone from Pulte while trying to resolve the issue and ended up going to the city for help. Our sales contact was relocated after we bought and introduced us to her replacement. However, we had a single email from him and when we asked to meet he couldn't arrange a meeting as he too was moved! Our FM, Chris, was very easy to work with and cooperative. Great quality homes but communication was few and far between. There were delays due to Covid which is understandable and out of anyone's hands. However, the communication around updates and delays was difficult and unclear which made the process frustrating

The experience was ok overall, but the main detractor was the horrible mortgage process. Poor communication and a flood of last minute document request was extremely frustrating and made me want to abandon the sale altogether. I’ve since purchased another home two doors down and I am SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING WALKING AWAY FROM THE BUILD AND LOSING MY MONEY. The quality of materials is horrible. The pace of construction is slow. The craftsmanship is awful...and I MEAN AWFUL! It’s a home for my mother, and I wouldn’t live in it. They changed framers and it shows. I had issues with the sales department. One person specifically- then they changed me and I was with someone great. The house quality is great but some small issues after closing. The responsiveness during the building process and after have been great.

I was very happy with the initial delivery and construction of the home, but afterwards I have not been able to get significant issues resolved. This is partly due to Covid-19 , but we have issues in the home that should have been caught before we moved in that we have had to live with for the last 1.5 months and counting. I am concerned that I wont be able to get them fixed after the crisis ends.

I feel that some short cuts were taken. The sheet rock wasn’t good quality. The master bathroom shower is poorly built and the frame is of poor quality. The construction manager Sefano is extremely good in taking care of issue that he can.

I feel the quality of our home we built with Standard Pacific (now CalAtlantic) homes was a better quality home. We had less issues moving in and the home was entirely ready when we moved in. However, Pulte told us they had a 7-9mo build time and it was done in 5, which put us in a bad spot with our lease. Then, they were scrambling to get everything done by closing. And when we moved in, there were still things missing or broken. Not the best experience and it didn’t give us much faith in the integrity of the home.

We feel that we paid top price for our condo, but the workmanship in the kitchen area is not the best and worry that with in a year there may be more problems.
