Over all the updates on the build was excellent. If something doesn’t get done by the move in date it takes forever to have the items fixed after that.

I really like the home but the communication from the field team completely stopped at closing. Driveway and yard are still a work in progress due to weather but I only know something is going to happen when someone shows up knocking at the door. A heads up seems like it should be in order ‘hey, don’t drive on the concrete for x days’ versus it just being poured, roped off, and no discussion.

The finishing on the house looks cheap, especially the painting job, it looks like workers got zero supervision and they really don't care on quality of workmanship, it was really disappointing...

All I wanted was for him to stop by and take a look at an issue with one of my equipment. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved due to the lack of concern from anyone.

It was tough to get a final move in close date. We were given 3 different dates that cost us 3K in rentals. Because we rushed the final close date (we found out at 3 PM that were were closing the next day), the house was not cleaned. There was paint on the floor, lots of drywall dings, and other issues we didn't think we'd have with a brand new home. We didn't get any followup until we pressured our main builder contact. Was cleaned up after two months of being in the house. The air in the loft is still not working, we have one drawer and blind that is unusable in the kitchen.

Our home buying closing was remote from the State of Washington. The actual closing went smoothly. The issues we have addressed have not been responded to our satisfaction. We have gutters that totally leak and overflow when it rains. The toilet in our master bedroom does not operate properly. Molding in the master bedroom shower is missing. Be sure that you know what you’re going to get for your final product. Our home was to include a two car garage. Due to poor grading of the lot, extra stairs were needed to get into the house through the garage. And therefore two cars do not fit in our garage. And Pulte is not willing to compensate us for the loss of value for our home.

Appliamce s are look like the lowest price ones and cqbinet drawrrs are falling out because they used wrong size od screws used. Third time and seems like it will keep happening until all replaced by longer screw sized.

Mortgage team stretched the time unnecessarily, they were keep on asking the same documents multiple times. The hand over/construction manager team doesn’t fix the items properly as they promised, the issues are still existing. The sales team Ms Sara is the best employee and she was 100% supportive. No one visited to hear back on open issues since the closing.

We just built a home through Pulte in Estero Florida. We went with Pulte because it was either them or Lenar in our HOA. I think the process went very well but certain things that we have experienced recently are the reasons for the mixed review. Check out your landscape.and irrigation very poor workmanship. Sprinklers set to run extremely long. My first water bill is over $350. The cleaning crew did a very poor job of cleaning up the place. All the floors were dirty and some of the tile still have glue on them hard to remove. Overall the potention is here for a good home, quality of workmanship need to be observed and corrected before delivery to customer, The staff is nice.

Pulte does a great job at selling a home, but that’s where the experience seems to end. With countless issues and no response in repair or communication, Pulte seemingly only works on the front end. Quality is not a high priority and neither is fixing quality issues. They were responsive in the selling/buying process, but once it’s sold they go MIA. We were also having a fence put in and a contractor did damage to our yard. When confronted about paying more to the defending company to fix it, the construction manager told us to find a new fencing company instead because f fixing the problem. ...

Sales and contractor as well as design studio is not sync in between. So lot of communication gap. Material used for build this home is not as expected, lot of material things are not finished in our home. No proper finishing of base board paint grout and door handles. Our first floor is totally vibrating a lot when walking slowly. Our floor is EVP still we fill when we walk it is not properly installed.

We have been living in our house for over two months now and it is still under construction fixing things that should have been done the week of closing. Quality of trades are poor, tape removed from our walkthrough without being touched.
