From the moment we met the Pulte team on property all throughout the loan process to the closing. The company was classy. We are pleased with everything and everyone we dealt with. Zach was fantastic showing us around the property and finding a home that we loved. Christina and Todd helped us every step of the way with the loan process. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Numerous emails sent back and forth to get all the details situated. We are grateful to have gone with Pulte!

The Estates at La Cuentista come highly recommended! From the super convenient and highly commutable location to the quality of the build and our amazing construction manager, Eric... We cannot say enough great things! As with any new Pulte build, you can customize from the ground up or you can fall upon a great deal with a move in ready spec-home. No matter which way you go, you will be amazed by the thought and workmanship put into the build. All Pulte homes in our community come with an open, spacious floor plan and living area to accommodate any size family as well as a great space for entertaining. Pulte uses quality materials and contractors as high end finishes and offers a superior warranty. I was skeptical about getting warranty work done after our close date but I am amazed with the simplicity and commitment they have in ensuring everything is perfect. Becky is our contact for warranty work and she is extremely prompt to respond to our concerns and always follows up to ensure open items are taken care of. Our kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space and the bathrooms are also nicely appointed with countless finish options. Two of my favorite standard features about are home are the high ceilings (total jaw-dropper) and the Taexx Pest Control lines. If you've never heard of Taexx but hate bugs inside the home, look it up and you will be impressed! And the topper of it all, La Cuentista is a gated community so it's super safe, quiet and impeccably clean! It is also close to a number of top rated public and private schools. They build on time and delivered a quality home as promised and nice to work with Pulte

Our overall home buying experience was great. The build quality is great, we purchased a town home that was built as a model home, so it had been completed for a bout a year before we moved in. It was reassuring that home had sat through a year’s worth of Western Washington weather and did not have any issues. We had a 3rd party home inspector inspect the house and there were no major issues found. The site construction manager Jeff, was very helpful through out the entire process. He met with us for our pre closing inspection walk through and explained all of the features of the home and the attention to detail that went into every phase of the building process. Jeff was quick to answer all of our questions and continued to check in with us after we closed and moved in to make sure there were not any other issues that were discovered. Confidence in the builder and the quality

We have moved 4 times in 3 years and Pulte has been the best. We have had 2 bad experiences with two other home builders. Be careful of who you buy from!

Excelente construccion y atención

From the initial appointment to after closing, Pulte has shown that they care about the people buying and living in their homes. With thousands and thousands of individual pieces of construction materials coming together through dozens and dozens of workers and trades, issues are bound to happen with any home. Pulte has sought at every turn to keep us informed and make it right. We love our forever home. The Pulte homeowners on our street have the best construction and the least amount of problems.

Andra and Steven were so pleasant and kind to help walk me through getting my house built just the way I wanted it. If I had a question or needed anything from them they were back with me with in a very short time. I will totally tell anyone I know looking for a house to got to Pulte. I love my house and I did not have any problems at all. My house was built even before they time that I was told, which was just awesome.

I can’t say enough positive things about my overall buying experience with Pulte from the Sales office, the loan team to the building management and construction. Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Things went smoother than I expected and my home is top tier. It’s all in the details, thoughtfully constructed and designed. It’s obvious the home is built with quality and care from the crown moulding and pictures in the hallway to all of the unit details. Everything feels spacious due to the 9’ ceiling to the master bath and massive walk in closet. I’m living in luxury at its finest on the top floor with a stunning view of the wooded pine trees. I feel like I’m in a floating treehouse. My home checks all of the boxes. I cannot imagine a more perfect home for me and I’m so thankful everyday for all of the amazing people that have helped me thru this process in ensuring my hopes and dreams into a new home is as wonderful as I had envision. I recently purchased a new Pulte home at the Northbridge Community at Babcock Ranch. I have been here for 5 weeks and am very happy. The whole process from the purchase to the move in and the follow up has been excellent. I have dealt with responsive and professional people including Jim L and Alex C. I have no complaints or any reservations in recommending my community and the Pulte representatives I have dealt with.

Had an amazing experience with my new home build from Pulte. Sales agent Angela and construction manager Carlos always kept us up to date with the progress. The build quality is great and we're very happy with our new home.
