Home quality is very good, price is a bit expensive but its worth it Construction manager Jacob was amazing throughout the building process

Minty fresh house, everything works dandy. Had a few issues, missing screens, small siding tears from a mower, dead tree. All are either fixed or will be. Very thorough walkthrough from construction mgr (3 hours). The interior lights are waaaaaay too bright. 1100 lumen. Like looking at the sun. I hired an electrician to install dimmers & rotating spotlights. Highly recommended to hire one.

From sales, to mortgage application, insurance, design and construction management, and warranty maintenance, all were splendid. The house was built in 4 1/2 months with the latest in technology and design options. Though everybody was great, special kudos go to Tom (mortgage), Hannah (sales), Ann-Mishoe (design), and Shane (construction manager). Wonderful team and best experience ever, but this is still ongoing with attentive and expeditious warranty care after closing.

The construction supervisors were always willing to spend the time to provide updates and answer questions.

Michael (the warranty person) has responded to any of the issues I had with the new house with light speed. Great guy. None of my issues were big but he is my go to guy. Thank you Pulte and thank you Michael.

The sales staff were wonderful and extremely helpful Our site manage who did a system walkthrough was very helpful as well (Wayne) I only have a few issues. The entire house has soft close drawers, except for some reason in the primary bathroom. The cabinet doors are soft close but the drawers are not. The other issue I have is measurements. The rafter joists are inconsistently spaced (at least in the garage so I couldn't hang storage bins, poor craftsmanship there.) Those things aside, we love the house and the neighborhood.

Good finishing home but grading was not done so great

The whole process was seamless and the team at Pulte made everything so easy to do. They were informative and answered all questions. Ensured everything was lined up, ready, and solved any issues that happened before and after closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Howard has been great from a sales perspective and made sure we were comfortable through the full process. Justin has been the best construction manager I’ve ever worked with. He’s responsive and executes as needed. In a perfect world, these two gents would be training your whole organization.

We chose Pulte Homes based on my personal experience working in the homebuilding industry and their reputation in the market. We were extremely disappointed by numerous issues throughout the construction process and in the end result. We have been in the home for 2 plus months and still have warranty work taking place. This is our 4th new build in Phoenix, and by far the worst experience. Manu of our new neighbors feel the same way, sadly I would not recommend.

Some minor issues here and there, but all in all, good experience.

Decent experience. Personally I expect better for the price paid. The workmanship is pretty good. Overall, I would recommend Pulte, but make absolutely certain they are aware of your expectations… It might do some good.

We started our home buying process with Gisabel, who was very attentive and answered all our questions. We really felt that she went to bat for us and was a great resource through the process if we had any issues with other teams. We started our home build with Kris who provided weekly status updates with pictures included. This was very helpful for us and made us a part of the build process seeing the home go from dirt to completion! We then were transferred to Shelby for the finishing touches, and we could not have been happier with her work! She really took care of every small detail as if it was her own home and made sure that the home was perfect for us. Everyone was so helpful! The was my best experience in buying a new home.

Jose listened carefully to our concerns, answered every question with patience, and accommodated our requests whenever possible. He communicated updates clearly and promptly, making sure we were always aware of any changes, including those related to timelines. Because of his commitment, there were no surprises, no confusion, and no sense that we were “just another number.” Instead, we always felt that Jose genuinely cared about our home and about our satisfaction with the process. What stood out most was Jose’s pride in his work. It was clear to us that he treats every home he builds as though it were his own, striving for quality, detail, and excellence. His workmanship, work ethic, and integrity are rare and invaluable traits in this industry. If you are getting an offer and would like to take a day or two to get back, get a written confirmation on the offer lock to get it, else you might loose thousands of dollars overnight like I did.

I did not purchase from the beginning, therefore my home was already designed and in the building process before I began. Overall the floorplan and location were great, the initial contacts for purchase were amazing. Construction and Financing individuals made the appropriate statements as questions were asked to help along the process. Financing became tedious the closer we got to closing and ended up pushing back my closing date, which in conversations with neighbors, seemed to be a pattern. Construction made many comments to reach out with any questions, only to push those questions off once things were official. Warranty response has been very good to get things fixed in a timely manner once things were discovered. The housing market is in a crazy space at the moment and prices are not in the buyer's favor, so to have any concerns with the amount of money being spent is frustrating. Pulte has come through in the end thus far in my experience. These surveys are pushed out quickly, and it makes me leery as to utilize my perspective with such a short amount of time in the property but I am hopeful that things will continue on the positive path with my Pulte experience! ... Buying my Pulte home was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first Pulte home, and I truly felt supported by a team that values professionalism and integrity. Marki, my sales agent, was a gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and set a great tone for the process. The design studio experience was also helpful, and I appreciated that Pulte still offers this option when many builders no longer do. The only challenge was visualizing how paint colors and finishes would look on my chosen elevation. As someone in design and tech, I’d love to see Pulte use digital tools or simulations to help buyers see how their selections will come together. Jeffrey, my field manager, was excellent throughout construction and even after closing. He was responsive, informative, and made sure any post-closing items were taken care of. When we first walked into the model home at the Briargate sales center we were wowed by the tall ceilings, numerous large windows & open plan. We returned a number of times to check quality of materials and construction and were never disappointed. Once we “pulled the trigger” all the Pulte people we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable & competent. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was hesitant to build a home at this time in my life, but after speaking with Sam, I felt more comfortable. He answered concerns and was very enthusiastic to include my family in the process. Nick was also helpful and communicative in the process.

Bad ! Will not buy again with Pulte.

Garage terminations unsatisfactory. HOA process unpredictable at the moment.

Don't just sign the contract and take things for granted until the pre-closing walk-thru. We visited the site on a regular basis and asked our construction manager a ton of questions about things that did not look right even to our untrained eye. Fortunately, he was diligent and responsive and did his best to set things right, in spite of being overworked with 14 houses under construction to supervised at the same time. Initial workmanship on framing, drywall and trim finish were below par. Be sure to engage your own building inspector. We paid for independent inspections for both pre-drywall and pre-closing stages and it was well worth the expense as it uncovered a number of major and minor deficiencies in overall build quality.
