We absolutely love our new home. Our house is such good quality and so beautiful. We’re really thankful to our Pulte builder Phil for how he went absolutely above and beyond, noticing even more details than we did. I love my new house even wwe still have a little bit of the mess around the house inside and outside from construction but we love your costumer service from Mary and Anisa they are the best they make this deal happen for my family I can not thank you enough ladies but in general costumer service is the best by far.

We came to Nexton in need of a move-in ready home due to a very bad experience with a different builder in another neighborhood. We met Meghan and she was like a ray of sunshine who immediately helped us find the beautiful Pulte home that we are now living in. The quality of this house is head and shoulders above the one we had been waiting on that was being built. We have had one issue with the house since moving in and the Construction Manager, Ryan, immediately showed up to take control and make sure it was made right. We couldn’t be any more happy with our new home from Pulte. From the start they are upfront about costs, choices, and answered any questions we had about the community we were buying into. Personally our home took almost a year and a half to build from signing to closing. That however was during the post Covid supply chain shortages so delays were to be expected and Pulte did there best idea to when it might be completed. Build Quality is great. We got to watch each week what was being done and you can tell little details such as using spray foam behind electrical outlet boxes so they don’t wiggle or have any give in them later once the drywall is up. A little thing but coming from a house before that when you would go to plug in a cord and the outlet would move/ bounce and thinking that was normal and now having a new quality home I appreciate the small things. Now that we are in our new home Inevitably things will come up. Pulte when you move in goes over your new home top to bottom as well as leaves you a welcome packet with vendors names and numbers and if issues do arise you can call them directly or if you choose you can call pulte to help but it seems simpler to just cut out the middle man and use the vendors. They are quick to come out and address any issues that come up. I have had to call for a plumber due to finding a small leak under the sink, I took a look and could see it was a faulty gasket. Called our plumber on the paperwork and they were out within a day or two and fixed the issue no issues about a bill or just had to sign a paper saying they completed the job and it was sent to pulte. I say that because its NOT a pay us and then send this in for a reimbursement type thing, no just sign here no bills, no issues. So from start to finish I couldn’t be happier about our experiences with Pulte. I recommend then to anyone looking for a quality home at a fair price. ... More

I would definitely come to Pulte again to buy another home

I was very impressed with Pulte, from the quality of their homes, the impressive array of customization options, the building process, to the sales agent, mortgage staff, and title company. Appreciated having everything we needed in a one stop shop. Would highly recommend Pulte to anyone that asks!

We are beyond grateful for helping us get our new dream home

Josh, our construction manager, helped to make this experience great- he kept us updated, was honest, cared about delivering a solid product and worked through any problems with us.

After hearing worrisome stories from friends moving here, we were expecting lots of issues. WE have been here for one month and have yet to find an issue! Zack, the assistant property manager, has been excellent in responding to our questions and addressing any concerns. Well done Pulte!

Too much cost for the upgrade options!

We met with Jordan in March and put our home under contract. We appreciated how she went through the options with us and helped us select what was important for us to receive in a home. From there, Tyler took great care of us. He kept us informed throughout the process, made time to meet us at the property on separate occasions, and properly set our expectations of when the home would be completed. We believe we have received a quality home, delivered at a good value. The home came in within our budget, and seems to have been well constructed. While there are a few items we would have liked to better understand at the outset (such as window options, the look of the front exterior with or without an extended garage, colors, etc.), we are pleased with our home and rate our experience as top-tier. ... Very easy, everything was up front.

When I found the Pulte community of new townhouses in Sudbury Ma, I was so happy! We purchased on of the Ashton design, and we are so happy. Quality workmanship and the crew we delt with are super nice and very helpful. Value was also great for what we got. We would buy a Pulte home in a heartbeat in the future. Thank you for making our dream come true :)

Angel was exemplary. He kept us updated on everything including pictures every few months. He was truly a professional and we could not have been more pleased with him! We are very happy with our new home. We would highly recommend him for anyone building a home!

PULTE, home buying experience was made easy by the professionalism and friendliness of the PULTE agent Troy. Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered no problems at all for me highly recommend Pulte.

The construction was professional and up to industry standards and delivered with in the promised time. Eric did excellent job in keeping us informed and regular updates and helping us resolving any issues or explaining the process. Overall work was very professional. I will rate 10/10 for the whole construction process and execution.

Our construction manager Tucker was the best! He kept us informed from start to finish . Zach our salesperson was extremely helpful through the process working diligently with OUR lender. I would rte both of them 10 out of 10. As for the Pulte mortgage people I would rate them minus zero.

Dustin, Diane , and Allyson were always on top of issues, they replied to concerns in a timely manner, and they work well as a team. When you build you will always have issues come up. They did a fantastic job of fixing them. They are each experts in their field and do a wonderful job helping you figure out options for your home.
