Our site manager was great! He communicated weekly the status of our home build and was always available for questions.

- Relatively high price - Low-to-medium quality - Countless mistakes/issues, big or small - Lots of delays (both material and labor) and lack of coordination - Poorly maintained construction site * Trash, food debris and alcohol containers inside the construction site * No proper isolation between completed site and under construction site - Lack of prompt response when questions or issues come up both during the construction and shortly after to resolve leftover items - They don't seem to take your concerns seriously until you make it a big deal by contacting your sales consultant in the sales office (when all the visitors can see/hear) - Poor selection of the pool builder as you can only use that company if you want to build the pool along with the house ... I was expecting luxury house as they advertised or at least similar to the model that they showed us the final finishing product is so bad - the design and features are great!

Periodic updates about the build process, quick response to all the queries, smooth closing process, Good quality, quick addressing of issues after closing.

Craftmanship and promptness has declined from 2 years ago.

This was my first experience building from ground up and during the start of the process I felt rushed or pushed into signing without going through all the features and options the house had. I now wish some of the features I should of picked. After living in the house for a month now, I am noticing some unfinished worked...unpainted walls, poor worksmanship cover ups, little things here and there. I do enjoy my house and don't know if I can every buy another house that has been pre-owned.

The location is nice and it’s quiet with beautiful Mountain View’s.

Overall the experience was okay. I love my new home, but getting here was a bit challenging and seemed to have too many bumps in the road. Not sure if it was COVID related or a common issue.

As a new homeowner I was terrified of the process, but the sales consultant made me feel at ease, explained things as thoroughly as possible, and when I decided to switch financing to Pulte Mortgage, it was the best decision ever made. The team there had understanding, compassion and treated me with dignity. My field manager is the best!!!! He was timely, respectful and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better 360 degree experience!!!

Such a quick and wonderful experience. I am blown away by how easy this whole process was. The staff is responsive and helpful.

Still front porch gutter is not in place and I don’t see any commitment..

The project manager (foreman) To, kept us updated on the work completion time. We did our walk through and all that needed to be tweaked were done by purchase. Some other minor things needed to be addressed after and all was done in a timely fashion.

Our experience included a lot of ups and downs. We understand lack of craftsmen and loss of personnel had a lot to do with our experience. Responsiveness from our salesman after we signed the purchase agreement was pretty bad. We only received great response time when he needed something signed. Our new building manager and director were awesome, but there are still some items in our home that require attention. The garage isn’t finished, our floors squeak and creak worse than our old house that was over 50 yearly old. Holes were left in the walls, the carpet is unraveling, our stone isn’t complete on the front of the house, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is a dud we can’t install a fan because the electrical components weren’t installed correctly with the build. We had a gas leak and a water leak due to the craftsmen rushing to complete the job. Our home wasn’t properly cleaned and some cabinet drawers are lopsided and the spacing for the cabinets isn’t consistent. We also have air coming in through the back door and the desk in the Pulte planning center is also lopsided. This is the worst home buying experience I've ever had. Once we signed the contract, all communication stopped. No updates, no information on when the build would start, nothing. Once we moved in, we hired an independent inspector look at the house. He found issues with the roof, HVAC, and some other minor things. The roof is yet to be repaired. HVAC came out and worked an entire morning re-wiring the A/C unit and thermostats. A/C wasn't even connected. We had no heat, no A/C. Once they were able to fix the A/C unit, they realized the thermostats were configured where the upstairs thermostat controlled the environment for downstairs and vice versa. When we moved in, the stove wasn't connected to the gas so no cooking for us. There were things identified by the foreman which have still yet to be resolved. ... More

Pulte homes did a great job starting from beginning to the end. They are making the corrections right away when they did a mistake. I hope they should avoid major mistakes in the future for other potential buyers.

Well designed functional homes.

Our new construction home buying experience was awesome. From beginning to end, we always felt as if we were the only customers Pulte was working with. Communication from everyone on the sales team, field team, to the actual closing, was pleasant. There was always someone available to us through every single phase of the process. We absolutely love our new home and had a great experience with Pulte.

Pulte and the team did an excellent job. The home was completed within the original timetable even with the COVID 19 delays. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this builder without hesitation.

We purchased our home in Dec 2020, at the beginning of the supply chain squeeze. Pulte was great about keeping us informed of our progress and new estimated completion dates as the materials shortage caused delays. In the end, their estimates were right on, and they were willing to give us "placeholder" appliances just so we could have our home on time. Overall, our experiences with our Sales Rep and Building Manager were both great. They do what they can to make your dream home happen, and I feel like we're friends at the end of this process.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE MASTER BATHROOM

Not a fan. Many corners cut. Not responsive, promises made and no follow up.

The build of The home seemed okay when we walked through it, but the actual finishing of the home was terrible. The painting was atrocious and the house was left a mess. Grout work and tile was done poorly. Front door threshold brick doesn’t come up to meet the actual threshold and needs to be redone. Crumbled cement corners. Doors are hung crooked and outer doors don’t lock without pulling/pushing hard to close; strike plates don’t meet. No attention to detail. Although the issues were supposed to be resolved several times, they were not or you’re told to file a warranty claim after the fact. Super cheap faucets, fixtures, flooring (even though we upgraded), and toilets. Closed late. Very disappointing. ... More
