After closing on Jun 14, I’m still waiting for some repairs to be done. Kitchen cabinet missing baseboard, missing crown molding, etc. The pending issues is taking to long to be resolved.

Very disappointed in the overall conclusion and move in experience. Also, there should be two elevators in each building not just the one, with the amount of use they get.. Very unorganized. Once in, did not find the cabinetry nor the shower doors to be of good quality. Also, have reached out to have questions answered and no one at the Management company has returned my phone call. Rather dismayed, as I had heard good things about Pulte.

Well it’s overpriced, every windows are not done correctly so you can’t install window shades and garage doesn’t come with basic paint for almost 500k house and this is our 5th brand new house and all the houses we ever purchased came with basic paint so doesn’t look like patches on the wall everywhere We took a walk with construction person and made a checklist and 50% of items were not done and at finally inspection we pointed out and he reacted as it’s normal than finally got it done. Would it recommend pulte to anyone- not really Let’s see what happens at end of year inspection now

This home building experience has been the least enjoyable of the last 3 I have been through. Quality control and workmanship were horrible and 6+ weeks later, I’m still dealing with all of the issues upon move in. I had to have a meeting with the Customer Care Specialist yesterday to go through the laundry list of punch list items yet to be addressed. This takes time out of my busy work schedule. Our ceiling seams and wall seams were less than professional. Pulte sent APV to address. The APV tech informed the only way to correct the ceiling mismatch was to have the complete ceiling texture reworked. It's been 2 weeks and no followup from a Pulte rep.

Pulte was 100% communicative and responsive during the home buying process. AFTER I moved into the home, there were a few issues that needed to be taken care of - one of which that was promised during the final walk thru - that still has yet to be delivered. Constant calls to the community customer representatives for repairs on items is turning out to be a nightmare and quite frankly is a huge disappointment. We have a beautiful home, but feel like the materials used were cheap. Main issues is how cheap the drywall feels. Things seemed to done at a rushed pace. Our deck has a ton of nails already sticking thru wood leaving a danger to our kid is. I feel like we have basement that we can’t use due to how much moisture I am still drawing out on a daily basis. Frustrated with the fight to have Pulte bury the bury they connected to our pump. We do love our home, we are just concerned with longevity of the house.

The overall design and layout were good but the quality of workmanship for the price is frustrating. The home is very loud when people walk and conversations can be heard through walls. The home doesn't feel solid. The layout works for our family but the quality could be better for price.

My wooden floor needs repaired. A miniblind needs to be replaced. Two mirrors needs to be repaired. My kitchen vent flapper needs to be repaired/adjusted. My patio light needs to be repaired. A lot of repairs are needed. Again nice home but its a new home that needs repairs.

It is very difficult these days to judge a homebuilder due to material and labor shortages. The build took close to a month longer than anticipated which caused it's own issues. The labor issue and building materials were a bummer though. We hired an inspector to inspect the construction on two occasions and even he said that the materials and the workmanship we less than average. At this point we can only hope that the warranty process goes much better than expected and we can feel a bit more at peace with what we ended up spending a lot of money on.

Working with the sales team was excellent, great communication and response time, and hence why I chose to build with Pulte. The build started great and promised excellent communication throughout the build. (Did not appreciate that they assumed/always sent a translator; I was born and raised in the US so unnecessary). I visited nearly every week and was able to have major issues addressed during the build (ie cailing tray not installed or wrong accent tile).
