During final walk through there was paint splatter on the floors, paint on window frames, ceiling paint on walls and vice versa. It seemed that things were rushed in the final weeks leading up to closing.

I want it to be known that my review is being written in a world devastated by the current climate of our nation and world as it relates to COVID related issues that either slowed down and/or played a role in some of the poor craftsmanship of the house and closing process. So with all that being said, our construction manager was extremely responsive and fixed issues rather swiftly. Overall the experience was swift, transparent, as well as very detailed in regards to what we were getting. Pulse home is good, People is nice,I like

I was told move-in-date would be either July,August or September. My closing date wad October 19-disappointing.

The overall buying experience is great however, the responsiveness post buying has been very slow.

The paint its really trash there’s stain and hole everywhere and also the appliance didn’t work either and its really hard to pls them

The people we have worked with have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Sales, Field Management, Customer Care… all here to make process smooth & efficient. Very satisfied. We love our home!

I have had great experience purchasing home with Pulte.

Construction process was thorough and detailed, however I wish the follow through after closing would have been better.

Location is great. Ask a lot of questions. No one person at Pulte will have the answers. I got burnt on my new refrig appliance, Samsung, kept blowing the fuse. Someone was to suppose to tell me about this before I moved in that Samsung and Pulte don't go together.

There are some major issue where during the construction. Our Master bathroom shower is not leveled correctly and water does not drain. in a month, issue has not been fixed yet and it seems they will need to rebuild half of the shower in order to fix it ;(

Specially communication everything was smooth

We love our house! The communication was great with the sales person Lamar. Building took 10 months from the time we bought in December to closing end of October. Construction manager was good. I wish we would’ve had more communication that sod was being laid vs not being told at all, although it was great to get it in (they needed someone home to get in garage for irrigation so would’ve been nice to have known). A little sloppy with painting, our floors were covered in splatter. We requested someone come clean it off and they didn’t get it all so I’ll need to request it again. I feel like they need a final walk through to make sure everything looks good for the client, ie cosmetic things like paint splatter, pen on floor, dust everywhere. Also didn’t have pressure in our main bathroom shower for a few days until someone came and checked it out. Apparently there was tape in there. Started great but with Covid we were pushed back seven times. Now we have struggled to get things finished even though we have lived here over a month. Overall the house is amazing but getting things buttoned up has been a slow process for us

Great team to work with, very responsive and staying on track.

The electricity in the garage does not work, the water heater does not work, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. the doors are made of paper, the walls of cardboard. The neighborhood is unsafe, cars are stolen all the time and people enter the neighborhood because there are no bars and they leave the gates open. a disaster everything

Pulte are really good with their commitment. They take responsibility for the things they deliver. A few things that we don't like about was the charges they do have onto the upgrade options. They do provide the time frame for the closing which is really almost 4 months which really doesn't help if you are renting the apartment in your current situation. And qualities wise they always talk about the Pulte standards if you really find any defect or something that you really don't like with them.

Stay on top of them. Promises at times fall short, then it is dropped into the warranty department to address items that should have been completed the first time. Do a thorough walk through. Take your time. Recommend pushing for an escrow if item are not correct prior to closing.
