Couple of things wrong do to miscommunication

Our overall experience has been outstanding. Our last community was Ryan Homes in Delaware. What a difference. So much better. It was so easy to work with Debi on picking options. Quality workmanship is obvious when looking around. When small issues came up, Michael and Dennis responded back and things got done. We are very happy that we decided to go with a Pulte home.

Extremely disappointed with Pulte customer service. They are non responsive and can not provide updates or ETAs. Many items were not completed at move in and little has been resolved after 3 weeks

My wife and I knew nothing about homes. Still, Pulte made things very easy for us to understand and held out hand throughout the entire process. After this I don’t think we would ever buy a home that we didn’t build.

This was the third home we’ve purchased, second one we’ve built, and this was by far the worst experience of the three. Communication was non-existent, deadlines didn’t matter, and the finishing work on the house could’ve been done better by a high schooler. The only saving grace is the location of the property, the schools, and our community. We have great neighbors and live in a great area.

Pulte homes customer service really stands out! Every one we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. From the sales team, to the mortgage team, the construction team and customer care team after closing. The home itself is wonderful. I'm a fist time home owner. I have now been in my new home for 3 months. We had some minor issues that needed to be fixed after closing, which were taken care of immediately. (Flooring gaps, Missed Drywall under countertops, and doorbell) Imagine a newly built home that is 99% perfect. Small things here and there that we fixed right away with great follow up!

The house is great overall and outstanding issues are being addressed. Great customer service.

Quality of Construction, Great Customer Service & Buying Experience

Home was supposed to be completed in March but lasted 7more months. The worst part is that homes that were recently signed took precedence because they paid more money. Unfortunately, for 6months, l was the supervisor since Pulte would not provide me with update and hardly worked on it. Even in some ocassion, l had to contact them about shaddy work and issues on the ongoing building. For instance, l came in on my weekly checks and found one room completely filled with water and had to let them know (this is just one of many). Building was mostly low quality and had several things not done properly including multiple curved wall among several items. I even tracked the progress of most homes on my street and took weekly pictures and have database which showed that i was literally put on a hold while priority was given to others. For instance there was one home that the original person who signed was frustrated and left and Pulte turned around and sold it for hefty extra money and so such a house became a priority. Remember when one time l was told that there was no materials to continue my home until l showed them a glimpse of the database showing the possibility of being descriminated. Within a day of saying there was no raw material and they do not know when they can restart my building - all of a sudden they found raw materials and immediately continued working on the building. Really a shame and am contemplating seeking legal advice ... More

Maybe built too fast, lots of problems found after closing. The maintenance department responded quickly.
