They should have better team . They planted a dead tree that never got replace , I have send an email regarding the water line for the kitchen refrigerator it has been fixed. A lot details around the house. I thought for a nice Community things would run different here from other communities. Overall neighbors are Kind and friendly.

There is no question that in today's market is quite impossible to receive a value comparable to the amount of money you pay for a home. Houses are built in a hurry and many times builders cut corners to maximize profit. My happy with the house but in less than a month living there I already spotted many quality of workmanship & materials issues that really makes you think is the house really worth what we paid for it.

Would have got 5 stars but my AC line wasn’t hooked up and leaked out into my walls and floor, doorbell didn’t work, oven was broken, melted parts in my dishwasher, grass was dead due to a covered up sprinkler head.

New to NC. Love the area and neighborhood. House lacks attention to detail but overall is better than average. Disappointed with recreational center and pool not being finished. Should have been done before social distancing came along. Have a few issues with the house that have been submitted but also aren't being addressed.

Quality seems great on the house itself. Seems like they cut corners with the way they grade the yards. Have had a flooding issue in the backyard since I moved in and I keep getting told every week that it will be fixed “next week”. The trees are put in with short little flimsy wooden stakes that do not hold up to Texas wind. Finally got them to restake the front yard tree with rebar which seems to have done the trick. As far as customer service they have been severely lacking in that department. I do love the home itself and do not regret my decision.

Some basics things not include. For a house 300 k , u can not have a bath tub, upgrade. That’s insane. Thanks pulte

First, we love the location and the house as a whole. The layout is great and the house has plenty of storage compared to our last home. We are completely satisfied with the products used to build the home such as the appliances, flooring, faucets, etc. That being said, we have had problems with the details of the finished product. Primarily details in craftsmanship such as flawed cabinets being installed and left as finished, cracked granite counter top, return flex duct in the attic not properly attached and sucking in hot attic air, just to name a few. Received a brand new home that doesn't look new at all. A lot of details missing, on top of a terrible paint job on both the inside and outside of the house. Entrance to the house was never pressure washed by the time we close on the property and lets not even talk about the terrible cleaning job both inside and outside the house. Truly disappointed, and already to late!

We have issues that need to be fixed. Bob Uphouse has acknowledged and we are waiting until the Covid Panic has died down. Bob has always responded to our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Also the house was not professionally cleaned before we moved in

It’s a little unfair to write this review in the middle of the COVID-19 virus and with stay-at-home in effect. I was so excited to move into my new house. I love the floor plan of the model I purchased; however, I thought many of the upgrades I purchased were quite expensive and I now I also have a list of issues I would like to have addressed inside the house. We reported a dying tree 2 weeks after we closed and the Pulte Customer Service manager refused to address the issue first saying it was recovering from its cigar cut ( it was not) and then said it was our problem and the HoAs problem. He basically told me he would no longer answer any email regarding this issue. The landscaping company found out about the issue, and their manager came out the same day, looked at the tree and agreed it was bad, and had it replaced a few days later.
