It was a very smooth process, good communication and we closed within 3 days of our projected date. Concerns have been addressed and taken care of! Would definitely recommend Pulte!

A lot of things are still pending theyvsaid they will honor each and every item all items are outstanding and no response to new issues.

Rushed through many items and it sometimes shows, including but not limited to not measuring for levelness and size. But great home warranty team and experience thus far.

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

First time home buyer and absolutely loved the experience Jill made the buying process a breeze and was super transparent and great to work with.

We absolutely love our home and would do it all over again. However, Pulte really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Since getting in our home, it has taken months to resolve minor issues throughout the house that should’ve been taken care of right away. Representatives stopped responding to us and we had to hound them in order to get the work completed. When you speak with them in person they are very personable and helpful, but they often lack follow through.

Our experience was negatively impacted by a weak construction manager who did little to oversee the pace and quality of the build process. Fortunately, our sales representative was great and has helped us mitigate the issues. Frankly, the rest of the story is the most important, as we see the response to the items that need repairs.

My rating speaks for itself.

Pulte’s website advertises one thing and then they sell you something cheaper in price just so they can save themselves money. The windows are cheap, the cabinetry is cheaply made. My house definitely would not win any awards. Plus, Pulte is so good at dumping added expenses in your lap.

I have issues that I submitted weeks ago and no responce yet, now i'm going to resubmitt them, if you want me number 9735581800

Zero Customer service once you close! they only care about the sale and not the customer.

Home buying experience was great with Pulte. I would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The process was good from the sales(Chip was great), design(Don't remember the lady's name but she was great), and build(Blake was good). Unfortunately due to us having COVID we were unable to do our walk-through so there are a few things not done. Now the home is done and we have been waiting approximately 57 days for a short list to get fixed. I have taken time off of work twice to meet the warranty guy and contractors at the house. He has been a no show twice...and miraculously the four or five contractors that were schedule also couldn't make it. I am supposed to meet him today on my day off...and have texted him twice with no response. Unprofessional, extremely inconvenient for my family, and simply uncalled for. Not Happy with warranty. ... From financing to final build, the Pulte experience was enjoyable. We felt taken care of the entire process and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a high quality home.

Our Construction Manager Jim was over the top amazing to work with, he made this whole experience an amazing one for us. We had multiple visits to our homesite throughout the construction process and he thoroughly explained everything to us. Our sales rep Jerry was top notch, we had a great connection with him right away and he was very accommodating. Pulte finished our build 3 months early but we never felt that they rushed the process, one of the things we appreciated most was having our home completed before our closing date, to include all of our final walk through items. From start to finish everyone went out of their way to keep us informed on the progress of our home. any concerns we had were addressed quick and in a courtesy manner. I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from everyone at Pulte.

Other than long time to wait for building everything else was great

Poor material quality for the price, worst customer service, and lack of options.

We did not receive the workmanship or quality we were promised and paid for. I am concerned that my home is not worth what we paid. This builder is non-responsive and everyone points to someone else as the reason they do not have time to finish things at my house and for the poor workmanship. We're still waiting for things we paid for but haven't received. We've received countless excuses and ignored completely when we've asked for a timeframe for things to be completed. They made us so many promises to get back to us but nothing has been done yet. I would not recommend this builder based on on the lack of customer service to get things completed, the quality of what we received and the fact that we have not received things we paid for. ... Working with Jim was wonderful. The building process was great. Love the house. Still waiting for our stove though :( Sales person was not the best and she kept changing things without our knowledge, which resulted in some of our requested options not being done. Pretty frustating.

I see many issues after my closing date and I discover new ones everyday. You need yo make sure that your craftsmanship is high quality. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have the switch of disposer in my cabinet. But why? I have unpainted portion of a wall. I had a door that was impossible to lock now I can lock it but door has a bad alignment now. Please make sure you pay particular attention to details.

Easy process up to closing and Builders respond quickly. I like my home built as expected like the model home. Lived one month and found few issues but I believe those could be cared for by warranty service.

From the beginning to the end of the process, we had the best experience with our Pulte Home purchase. Sales process was super easy! Construction process was not without a few delays (not unexpected during these crazy times) but they kept us always informed and it went A LOT faster than some of the horror stories I've heard from other folks not using Pulte. Overall, we could not have been happier! Thank you Pulte!
