From start to finish our home buying process was absolutely amazing. Pulte went above and beyond, especially Craig and Alex. Can’t say enough good things!! Thank you!!

I love my home but my experience has not been good with getting answer from the project people on getting answers. I was not left any paint for touch ups and have asked everyone they tell me they will check into it but no response. I moved in on 8/13/2021 it has been 2 month with no answer I have spoken with Javier and Julie and nothing.

Overall, everything has been a great experience but will say once they give you the keys you are going to wait a long time to get pending issues resolved.

workmanship is mostly good...lot of small issues that were not addressed appropriately.

While out site super is working to fix issues it has been an extremely slow, painful, and stressful process. It took 3 visits for our home to even get the correct attic insulation level. Tile work was absolutely terrible throughout and we requested a new crew from the get go but now a third visit is scheduled finally with a new crew to completely rip out and replace the entire wet bar backsplash. Our floors are one giant tripping hazard, and we requested this to be addressed at each stage, now we have had 3 areas “fixed” but now Pulte is paying for an ANSI “expert consultant” to come out and give a plan for addressing flooring issue. It would have cost everyone, but especially Pulte, less money, stress and man hours to just do the right thing and replace the floors from the beginning. It took 3 weeks to install our floors and due to our front door being knocked off of its hinges during that time trades came and went and whoever else walked on incomplete flooring, and more than likely shifted tiles that were not entirely set yet. At no time was our front door fixed or replaced, so for 2 months of during the final phases our home it sat exposed to the elements and whoever decided to walk through. We still don’t have half of our closing walk through items complete. Even simple items like pushing recessed light back in to the ceiling so it’s not hanging down and out of the ceiling. Overall there was a serious lack of oversight on our home and that sentiment is shared and echoed throughout our entire small neighborhood. We understand COVID has put a strain on the industry, but that doesn’t release Pulte from their responsibilities. Pulte and their reps are the end of the line for all items and does have recourse options available to ensure quality work that covers more than the absolute bare minimum. I also understand that our home price was raised to meet market value, but that should also mean that the quality of work should rise to meet that price point as well, we have had much lower price point homes with far more attention to detail and extremely higher quality control even at times of a shaken market. With our current experience I would never recommend Pulte to a family member or friend and as this will not be our last home, I am very hesitant to ever consider another Pulte neighborhood in the future. ... Shoddy build quality with an extremely low level of respect and care for your home. They hire the cheapest labor they can - many don't even speak English - and it shows. Truly a production style build process in which corners are cut. Communication is incredibly lacking and you are treated like you don't matter and aren't a part of the process. I would never, ever, ever build a home with Pulte again.

We do realize that this is a difficult time for builders and staff considering the supply chain issues; however communication, timelines and follow-through has been an issue.

Our home was 6 weeks delayed which was very hard since we were moving out of state and had sold our old home 4 weeks prior to closing. We've been in the house for over a month and punch list items are still not completed. The day we closed we came to a home that was full of workers, no supervisor and no deadline. The walls were still being painted 3 days after closing. We were unable to fully move in and settle which with 2 children and pets and working from home situation while coming from out of state was a nightmare. Very dissapointed.

Landscape needs improvement Distance between buildings too small in my neighborhood Garage door poorly installed .was subsequently fixed

Totally irresponsible delivery, so many things are missing or not done properly. Not at all satisfied with the quality and delivery of house. So many things in list that are not done correctly not even Able to keep track. I was expecting high standards from Pulte but none of them met. I have worked 20 house or more to figure out the quality issues before closing but they rushed the closing and with out fixing all the issues. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED even basic things not done correctly. They did pilot of new and inexperienced field manager with my house that's why the house was in disarray. Would like to have the outside lighting on at night and early morning extremely dark in front of my building however building 1 has their lights on

I'm very happy with the home. We had an inspector walk through twice before closing and there were no major issues. He commented he always enjoyed inspecting Pulte Homes because they were so well built.

The field managers were very helpful throughout the process. They gave us weekly updates of the build process with pictures. This was our first home build, and we would use Pulte again.

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

Over all , it's alright, but needs to concentrate more on finishing touches.

Warranty and craftsmanship could be better. It is a nice experience overall.

The follow up since I closed on the home has been horrible.

We are thrilled with our new home. The Pulte sales and especially their construction crews are some of the hardest workers in the business!

Make sure to get all problems resolved before closing/ or filling out the survey. You will get on the “we will get to it when we get to it” list

In my opinion Pulte gives you a home that's competitive price and nicely designed. I feel like they are well organized and make a good effort to satisfy the home buyer. They also have a design center that you'll find to be very helpful in selecting the many options that are available to you. If you have a warranty issue they respond with in a reasonable time.

The sales pitch was the best part! But the over-all quality of the house, specifically the craftsmanship, is very poor. As a company Pulte is worried more about everything else instead of doing a good job.

The process from beginning to end went very smoothly!

Overall, great experience with Pulte. Only complaint is that I have not had good follow up from customer service care center.

We had a very terrible experience with overall quality and management of our house construction. Nearly two months after purchasing and closing our home and we still have a long list of pending incomplete work that we are not sure whether they would be addressed or not. Shoddy work and mismanagement of the entire process. The quality of the cabinets and wood used was very poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone wanting to build a quality home for the price charged choosing Pulte Homes!
