Our build was a quick experience, but unfortunately we have discovered many issues with the way things were completed in the house after we have moved in. The lack of communication was and is a problem still.

The home appears to be built well. There were several small issues to do with general clean up and plumbing. The appliance supplier is horrible and had we payed closer to the contract I would have had second thoughts. We have been here for almost 2 months now and all is fixed except for the microwave.

Now that we have moved in we found a number of items that have not been built properly. Items that were damaged such as the front of my bathtub and then it was fixed and it was an obvious fix. Thanks we were told what happened such as cleaning the paint off of my patio never happen

Let me just start by saying we love our Pulte home. It’s beautiful, the layout makes sense, and it’s ours! However, not all parts of the process were ideal. The buying and material selection process were great. Our agent, Wayne, was so helpful and answered our million questions. My main concern is the quality of the workmanship of my home. There were so many issues during our walkthroughs where messy mistakes were made and not corrected. Our project manager seemed to brush a lot of these to the side in order to make the closing date and now we’re left submitting request after request through ...

We absolutely love our home and would do it all over again. However, Pulte really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Since getting in our home, it has taken months to resolve minor issues throughout the house that should’ve been taken care of right away. Representatives stopped responding to us and we had to hound them in order to get the work completed. When you speak with them in person they are very personable and helpful, but they often lack follow through.

They didn’t provide a copy of the rules and regs of the HOA, nor did they provide some blank forms for HOA approvals on upgrades.

They rush through the construction, which leads to a lot of waiting for them to fix mistakes or damages. Project managers pressure you to complete your first survey. They want you to say all is well, even though it isn’t, promising all will be fixed in a timely manner. Pulte charges full HOA dues even though all amenities are not yet available. Two months after closing they’re still fixing things because they didn’t do it right the first time.

The material is good, but the architecture and workmanship were not so good, with several errors and rework (pandemic times). In the house, there is an Irritating creak noise when walking on the second floor since we got the key (due to a rework, not well-done, baths tiles are misaligned). The Driveway blocks are uneven in some areas in front and back of the house. The lamp switches are not standard places, it is oriented by cost, not by the functionality or standardization, even with space to install it. Pulte makes high quality homes. Be diligent in asking about all options for your home including upgrades. We missed out on a few options due to our sales associate being fired in the middle of our purchase. There are a few things we didn’t know and were misinformed about. Pulte worked to correct some of the issues. They were responsive up until signing on the dotted line. Once you sign and purchase the home you become low priority and the communication is delayed and at times unresponsive to the issues that arise. Make sure on the final walk thought, the home should be completely finish before closing. I am closing on my almost two month now, the paint touch up in the rest room, and 12' wide concrete drive way need to be fix. With many phone call, the problem have not been solve. Very disappointed.

buying process was good. Option selection process good. Quality controll was not satisfactory. Too many issues found by buyer which should have been picked up by Pulte. Punch list slow fixes and not good followup. example stucco fixed but no one came back to paint. expensive fridge was installed poorly but fix made was poor and missed that top of fridge eqipment door was split and needed to be replaced

The quality of the workmanship and materials are not good at all. A lot of things before closing wasn’t done the right way. Horrible painting job, tile grout wasn’t done properly on the floors and bathrooms also the cleaning inside the house before closing was poorly done.

Both sales and construction people had very likeable personalities. However, sales person was not clear (misleading) on some items, both financial and scheduling. It appears they said what you wanted to hear. Construction manager was not forthright on issues and scheduling. Attention was not paid to details. Some items installed incorrectly or sloppily were overlooked. Some items paid for were just not installed by COE. Overall I love my house. The process was a disaster using PULTE’s mortgage company. But the builders were less than responsive. I sent a few emails but never got responses from the builders. The updates along the way from them were non existent. And the design center was the absolute worst. I went with bare minimums due to their lack of professionalism.

The customer service experience was great during the home buying process. Once you've closed and moved in, it's a different story. Prior to moving in, I hired a home inspector to perform an inspection. There were a handful of findings that were claimed to be fixed. The field manager was going to send an email with the pictures showing (roof, attic,) the findings on the home inspection have been fixed. We occupied the property in May. While the individuals (with a couple of notable exceptions) that we dealt with during the home build process were excellent, we experienced multiple delays in closing (four different close dates were scheduled). Even upon closing there were still several issues that needed to be taken care of and we still have a couple outstanding now. While overall the experience kind of what I expected, we were disappointed in the length of time taken to complete the home (over eight months) and the fact that when it closed there were still issues to iron out.
