My project manager did a great job communicating with me during the build process. However a week before closing we were assure things would be fixed by closing and they were not. Then we were assured they would take care of it while we were in the house. When we followed up we were told we had to put in warranty tickets. Now we've been in the home two months, our doors are not aligned, tile is crooked and chipped, and my floors are not level.

If I have opportunity to buy home again, I will chose pulte home again

Post sale customer experience has been really bad

Overall, we really like our house. We have been in our house for almost 6 weeks and the kitchen still is not complete.

This is the fourth house I have purchased in my life and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They moved my closing date up by 2 weeks even though I was assured I wouldn't close before mid-August (which was the time frame I requested) and the house wasn't even ready. At every level of work: cosmetic to structural the quality is poor. During inspection issues were noted with the AC not cooling properly. I was assured it was fine. It stopped working 3 days after I moved in due to a coolant leak. This was at 5:30 pm on an Aug day. the AC/Furnace warranty company wouldn't come out to my house until between 1-6 the next day. Even though I was told for 5 hours from the Pulte Emergency Warranty call center someone would be coming out that night. This is just an example of issues. I hired another inspector as I have no confidence in the integrity of this house and he found a support beam not attached to anything and no windows are sealed on the outside and none of the roof vents are seal as my chimney wasn't either and leaked. ... Great quality for the money

We love the model we chose and the location is great. We are still getting settled and have taken on remodeling our basement to complete our home. Only wish garage was a little wider I don’t know not everything is great

I’ve built with Pulte before (in Tennessee) and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Well. The Indianapolis area Pulte experience couldn’t have been more different. The framing/structure of the home is sturdy and well done, thankfully. My nitpicky, former custom builder father inspected that. But the finishes and sloppy craftsmanship is unacceptable. Here’s the shortlist of issues with workmanship: - Scratches on glass shower door - Lopsided spindles on staircase - Scratches on the luxury vinyl tile floors - Scratches, nicks, and dents in the kitchen cabinets - Tears in screen door (and it was installed upside down) - Crack in window glass - Exposed hole in the floor behind toilet - Windows were installed so high it’s impossible to buy ready-made curtains - Dents in exterior doors - the list goes on… Now, I expect there to be some fixes required. What is unacceptable is I closed nearly THREE months ago and NONE of the promised repairs have been completed. In fact, I’ve emailed the construction manager who was handling my home three times now with no response. He quit responding a week or two after my closing. Would not recommend this builder

The staff was great to work with. The sales consultants, the design team and field manager were all friendly, attentive and showed concern for our home buying process.

Kept us posted about the progress of construction but after 1 month for issues I have emailed few times to get work done and still waiting

Love the house and the community. When I call in for things that need repair they stay on top of it.

There is no supervision on the job site and the superintendent lies to you and says no its ok that is the way Pulte does there work! Then when the blue tape walk though comes around simple things like doors closing correctly don't then you wait 14 days for someone to come and fix them. the bath tub is so scratched up the worker said he cant do any more> Iam waiting another 14 days for someone to tell me the something I cant take out the scratches

Title company was not well organized and requested for multiple unneeded notarized signings. Many small issues with the house build (poorly sealed frames/baseboards, creaks, cracks, cabinet finishing/fit, etc.). Experience could have been better but still the design makes it very enjoyable.

This is the second home we built with Pulte and the customer service has decreased significantly!

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

The material is good, but the architecture and workmanship were not so good, with several errors and rework (pandemic times). In the house, there is an Irritating creak noise when walking on the second floor since we got the key (due to a rework, not well-done, baths tiles are misaligned). The Driveway blocks are uneven in some areas in front and back of the house. The lamp switches are not standard places, it is oriented by cost, not by the functionality or standardization, even with space to install it. The dark color and position of AC increase the energy consumption. It is impossible to stay in the garage in the afternoon due to a garage door dark color unhappy architecture definition. The model house had a driveway enough to park 2 cars in front of the garage, but our house almost there isn't a driveway, impossible to part a car and to put the car inside the garage we need to maneuver several times to park the cars due to a small space. We just don`t reject the house due to the price increase, in another way we should willing to lose the initial deposit. ... More

We financed through Pulte and it was one of the easiest loan processes we have ever had (this is our 3rd home). They were very communicative, easy to work with, and clearly valued our business.
