It would have been great to have a list of recommended vendors to address common things that a new homeowner is likely to need. For example, window treatments, handyman to put up pictures, fans, lights etc.

It was frustrating and disheartening to watch, after we had moved in, several homes in the neighborhood be completed, with driveways installed, while we waited. It is apparent to us that Pulte only cared about getting us Closed; after that we were put to the back of line.

Floor Plans are great!

Builder offers ideal floor plans while other builders do not. There were limited options to select from which made the selection process that much quicker. Would have liked to have seen attention to detail and follow through on overall product workmanship. Issues with scratched windows and sills, drywall unfinished areas that later were finished, painting blemishes, lack of insulation on second floor bathroom, stained sink hardware and multiple months delay on sod.

Jimmy and Shane were AMAZING! If it was not for them I wouldn’t have anything nice to say. Kelly was my original sales person, the few questions I did have for her which are basic questions i.e. what grade does elementary school go up to, what is the average home bill etc... she had no idea. I originally added a backsplash in my kitchen, she quoted me the wrong price but did honer the price she messed up on. She then emails me a month or so after letting me know that with my countertops not being granite there will be a part that goes up and showed me how it would look. I did not like the way ...

I built and bought the house in the winter so I have lots of details to be fixed that were not noticeable or fixable during that time. Since I already closed on the house, now I have to wait until they have time to come and fix them after they finish building other houses they have to close on first. It seems Pulte is in a hurry to sell and close on houses. I wish I didn't close until they got everything done.

Overall, the home is of decent quality, there's a number of details that weren't up to expectations. Lots of paint issues (lines not straight around door frames, uneven paint, missed paint spots, scuffs), those all had to be addressed at the final walk thru with some requested to be fixed very shortly after closing). They literally missed painting the entirety of the inside of a closet door. It just feels like quality control wasn't super up to par, like these very basic things that should've been caught by QC, but they weren't. Instead, the home owner has to point them out one by one to the ...

Be wary of what is or is not included in upgraded features. For example, we paid a ton of money for a walk-in shower with a spa package but we can now not fully use the jets without soaking the drywall outside of the shower because the upgrade didn't come with a shower door. The frustrating part is that the standard shower comes with a door so why wouldn't the upgraded one. No one will answer me.

To many major issues within 2 weeks after closing roof leak, 2 different granite color on island also water line crossed for filtered water connected to shower not fridge. Then had to cut hole in drywall to repair. These items should never happen in a supposedly quality home!!! I will give credit to them for getting on items for repairs thou warranty people been real good on getting repairs done.

Very disappointed in quality of workmanship. Also qualify of some materials questionable. Great example. We have been in the house less than 2 months and already replacing all the main level flooring. Cheap quality material and noticed many blemishes that were not addressed at installation. Even worse, as I was removing the flooring, there was little evidence that any dirt and debris was cleaned up before the flooring was installed.

While we love our home and our field manager- the outsourced help was the problem during the build and many times things were fixed fast and not right. We are still waiting on a punch list of about 10 items 2 months later, with no end in sight. If we ever build again, it won’t be with Pulte

The home building process was good. Had few minor issues before the closing which the field manager had taken into account and said he would get them fixed. But the field manager has only done a few and still lot more left to fix, but he does not respond to emails anymore.

Overall the house is great but there have been many issues and many warranty calls within the first month of ownership. The house was rushed to be completed and it very clearly shows. The field managers we worked with were great and I don't have anything negative to say about them. Our sales rep wasn't very responsive or helpful though.

Over all I am happy to have a home but they rush yo build the home and are sloppy with there craftsmanship. When we walkthrough the home with the site manager, he tells us to mark area with red tape and they will come back and fix it. They never fix it but the removed the tape as if they did. The site manager rushed us to fill out a survey. Saying the home was complete. He kept bothering us to fill it out. Once I filled it out. I didn’t hear anything back for him. We still have problems with the home. I font know what to do

Pulte is a cookie cutter builder. There is very little flexibility or customer understanding, Customer satisfaction takes a back seat to prepackaged home construction and no exceptions are granted, regardless of how logical the requests might be. All levels of management are virtually terrified to issue a "change order" for fear that their statistics will be negatively affected...but most of all that additional expenses might be incurred above the prepackage cost...even when the buyer offers to pay any additional expenses. Had I known their mode of operation, we never would have purchased ...
