Overall, it feels like corners were cut throughout the construction process. Attention to detail appears to have been lacking in framing, stucco, sealing, plumbing, and electrical work. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve put in for service request and I’ve only been in for two months. My Tesla battery nearly exploded. The whole neighborhood is going to have to replace their batteries because of the wiring issues.

Very hard to know what you are getting for your money, little flexible in design and build. Yard quality very poor. Some subs did subpar work.

I would tell buyers to hold off on completing evaluations until after living in home for a few weeks. My issues were dismissed or deflected after title transfer.

Framing isn't square, and the finish work isn't great. Do not believe that you will get a complete landscaped yard unless you're willing to accept all weeds in the back and standing water. Without a landscape warranty, they will simply shrug off the poor landscape job, resulting in the new homeowner having to pay thousands of dollars to correct the backyard.

Overall the experience was not what we expected. The home took 3 months to start after we signed the contract. It turned out that Pulte didn’t even own the lot and work had to wait until they finalized the purchase of the land. In the end they delivered late by 5 weeks. So many items that we spotted on the final walkthrough should have been picked up during the build process by the construction managers.

Shortcuts, cheap materials, poor craftsmanship. Flashing not appropriate size , still waiting to have it replaced and moved in 3 months ago. A/C- poor balance ventilation even after A/C company came to “balance” it. My shower leaks water, so need to get caulking. Some doors don’t latch or handles get stuck. The list goes on..

In my opinion we had way to many issues. Issues included, insulation, cement, electrical, communication, and follow through on request requests.

The layout is nice, and the kitchen countertops and floor throughout are nice. The people I've worked with are also nice. But I think that's where the positives end. The process from start to finish was very poorly communicated. The closing was extremely rushed and I'm not sure that's a good thing for a half a million property. 2 months in, I still haven't received things I was promised at closing, or things I paid for that were not included in the home. Generally speaking the house appears built to industry standards. Have not seen any of the City's building inspection reports so cannot say with any great certainty. However, preventing us from fully moving in, is inadequate final cleaning of the floors and damage cupboards that have not been rectified to date. Both, Pulte knew of after the first walk through. The tile surface is marred by an adhesive and the shelving in the cupboards were damaged during shipping and were still installed. We wouldnt recd Pulte as a builder. Numerous things had to be redone before move in due to shoddy workmanship first time or two. Wrong replacement door sent 2x. Still waiting on replacement. Pulte-provided refrig missing shelf we've ssked for 5x. Poor floor plan wastes a lot of space ( have the architects ever lived in a house?). Very short time alotted to make decisions with little recourse to modify unless Pulte needed to change. MAJOR months long hoopla to get ADA shower grab bars approved (even though we were paying). Upon moving in, we had outlets without power. Within one month after moving in, the air conditioner stopped working and needed parts replaced. The online service portal where service requests are made has a slow response time so I just ended up calling customer care to escalate these repairs. The customer care personnel is pleasant and helpful.

Lack of training for consultants that are selling the homes. Post build cleaning is not adequate for move in. Dusty , countertops dirty and windows dirty. Company pushes for a 10/10 in order to close on home. Comes back to fix or correct things afterwards.

For a brand new home I expected very little issue to see like small cracks. But there are so many issues that show there was no pride nor quality from electrical, installation of cabinets, to painting. They try to finish the work as fast as they can and close the house. After framing is completed, they give all of the remaining work to contracting companies. And they finsih their work with poor quality and the finishing look of the work do not look good and fine. The problem is they either donot have control over the contractors or they are lazy to properly coordinate with them. In the end, the construction team overshadows the issues and try to convince you that the item/product/structure itself look like this and there is no scope for improvement.

Both the salesman and the Engineer did a fine job but Pulte Management sold me a property and is now trying to take a portion of this land. Not only I paid for the lot, they want me to take on liability for a section of this property to be used for the benfit of the community.
