We had great experience with Pulte

The overall buying experience was good, where it falls short is on quality. So many little issues had to be reported after build Completion. Some of them taken care promptly but some not good response. I would expect the build quality and material to be of better quality. As a homeowner it is a hassle to be responsible to find these issues later and report then to get addressed.

First, I want to say that Tyler, the sales person we worked with at Pulte, is amazing! He represents Pulte very well and should be commended for all of the work he does. Even though he works for Pulte, he also does right by the home buyer, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful from the minute we met him and was always willing to answer our questions, send us pictures and help mitigate any concerns we had throughout the build. I also want to say that the mortage process was very easy and working with the Pulte Mortgage Team made things work seamlessly. As far as the workmanship, there have been several issues that could have been completely avoided had there been better oversight during the build. Because of the pandemic, there have been challenges with delays in materials and a shortage of skilled workers, which I completely understand, but there was very little supervision of the various tradesmen throughout the build. From initially putting the wrong trusses on the house to realizing that most of our impact glass windows have scratches in them but only after they were installed, led to an initial unnecessary delay and items having to be repaired after closing through the warranty department. With regards to Pulte’s warranty department, Matt, who we have been working with, has been amazing and has been making sure that all of the items needing repaired have either already been done or are currently scheduled to be completed and we only closed a month and a half ago. I do want to say that if we had to choose again to build with Pulte or another builder, I still would choose Pulte. We know that building a new home during a pandemic has come with many challenges for all builders and Pulte is no exception. Overall, a pretty satisfying experience!

Pulte offered options that fit our budget. Construction completed on time. Responsive to minor repairs needed within the first few weeks of living here.

My overall experience was very good except for Pulte Mortgage. I have bought many homes in my life and the experience with the builder’s mortgage department was atrocious. I would never use their mortgage company again.

It was a great experience to buy our first home from Pulte. We didn't need to interact with the builder that way - it was ready to move in - field manager Jason gave a good orientation one day and responding to all our concerns.

The quality of the Lumber, paint grade and paint workmanship is poor. The hard wood floor started chipping within few weeks of moving into the home.

The sales agent and site manager were great! There were a few things that kept getting over looked as far as workmanship goes, but overall we are satisfied.

My home buying experience was filled with a lot of emotions. The overall experience was a blessing thanks to my realtor & the lender. Other than building my home, Pulte Homes contributed nothing to making this a joyful moment. I wouldn’t recommend them due to the poor quality in customer service. All Pulte well s concern with is securing the contract. They put up a great facade! They build beautiful homes but the customer service is horrible!

My experience was overall good. The sales people were great. The builders were good. My only complaint was some of the upgrades (namely improved carpeting / pad) were less than stellar quality.

We’re forced to close on unfinished home with a promise that everything will be taken care. But was never finished. Initially kept sending people to fix stuff and then stopped responding and when asked for upper management. Sales agent said she is not going to give upper management contact. She said she is not authorized to give upper management contact. Project manager always kept making excuses and telling us that he is going to fix everything. House is graded so badly neighbors water running into out lot and staying wet all the time. Build 6 ft wall without telling us about it at pre-construction meeting. Project manager told us 2 weeks before closing that they will be building a wall with stairs access to the back yard but stairs were missing. After closing started denying saying that they are not going to build stairs. My 6 year old son fall from the wall yesterday. Luckily he was not hurt besides little scratches. There is no safety around the wall at all. I have tried contacting but no response and also wrote reviews on google Fb and other places. ... More

Everyone from sales to construction was very responsive and communicating any issues or updates. I know it’s a crazy market but was please with Pulte team for the job they did as busy as they were

Everything throughout the home building and buying experience was a pleasure. Unfortunately we had an inexcusable issue that seemed to be an issue with some other homes built but the response to those issues were beyond acceptable. They Warranty service team quickly addressed the issue and completed a full repair of the problem.

Overall our experience has been wonderful with good quality and a responsive team to work with.

My wife and I LOVED the experience we had with Pulte! This is our first ever home and, of course, we had a ton of nerves going into it. Everyone we interacted with made us feel important, and most importantly, made us feel at ease. Thank you Pulte!

Don't close until everything is done

Pulte gives very few choices and charges a premium for many things that we felt should be included in a house. Although I realize Pulte is not a custom builder, we were disappointed by the selections, workmanship, and quality of building materials.

the floors and walls in our front hallway and laundry room were ripped up due to water leak and have remained unfinished for almost a month.

I hesitate to spend any time on this survey because I completed a survey a few weeks ago and I took a lot of time filling it out and there has been no follow up about the feedback I provided.

The team was informative when we asked questions. When we asked for help and services, they readily provided service and assistance.
