I love my Jensen unit. It is just perfect for me. I was concerned that I would hear people in the adjoining units but once your in your unit you don’t hear anything! I’m very happy with my choice.

I love Lexington plan we built with Pulte. There is a lot of space, closets are big. House is keeping cool well during hot days, I noticed energy efficiency compared to old house we used to live. That 2 stories house needs only one AC unit!

Some minor kitchen cabinet adjustments noted after we first moved in were taken care of promptly.

This was the 3rd time we have a house built. Without a doubt, this was the best experience. Sale manager and field manager were great at their jobs.

We'd like to thank Jared for his dedication to the quality of our build. He made sure every detail from large to small was taken care of and made our experience a great one with Pulte. Even after closing he has been a great resource.

Our sales and construction representatives were very responsive and friendly and the condo is overall nice but we have had several issues. They pushed/forced us to use Pulte mortgage even though we already had our own broker. We applied, but ended up using our broker as Pulte couldn't match. That pushed the process back 2-weeks waiting for Pulte's underwriting review. Also, had many delays in closing as the condo was not appraising. Had to wait for more units in the development to close so there were additional comps. In terms of build quality, I wish we would have requested an independent inspection before we moved in to prevent a few issues. The day we moved in the utility room flooded. We have a ranch with no basement so this shouldn't happen with a new build. It took several days for Pulte to respond to our service request so I ended up fixing it myself. Once the HVAC company came out they said the entire system was built incorrectly. The drain is actually the highest point on the floor so water has nowhere to go. This is a major issue and should have been caught by the builder during construction. Also, the refrigerator wouldn't stay on as outlet was GFCI and kept tripping. The kitchen fridge doesn't actually have to be GFCI and the fridge worked fine when using a standard outlet. The master bathroom is designed weird, no shelving in the shower for soap / shampoo and nowhere to hang towels near the shower which means you have to walk wet across the slippery floor. Also, the light switch near the toilet is in the back of the room which is annoying at night as you have to walk to the end of the dark room to turn on the light. It should be next to the door. Overall, I would still recommend as it is nice to have a new build and our initial representatives were easy to work with. Just be aware that "new" doesn't mean that everything was done correctly. We have built two homes with Pulte. And overall they have a quality, well built product. The staff members that we worked with were fantastic!!!

The Pulte Team from start to finish were all extremely professional, helpful, and friendly and were always prompt to address any questions. Wonderful team to work with!

Has been a good experience but, now that moved in, the things that still need to be done are not getting done very quickly. I hate that window screens have small openings in them. Loads of little bugs come in at nite b cause they are drawn by the lights. Ugh.

Overall good. Build fit and finish could be much better. Grass not properly cared for prior to closing.

The project manager was exceptional (consistent communication & responsive).

Bought this home after coming to know Pulte homes are good at construction and they take care customers well. Realized that they are no more as the community was sold out and they wanted to handover the pending homes soon and move out. It was supposed to be inventory home with upgraded materials and we did not have a chance to choose any further. Had poor laundry flooring, handrails, poor paint quality (know that we had to wait for a year to settle down, but the paint that I got was very poor quality). More than a month now after closing but there were many pending items and still not fixed. There were many missing items in the build (tissue holder, towel holder, towel ring), back side door entry door was fixed right in front of floor air vent. Some of the fixtures (done via contractors) had loose fittings, improper workmanship. One would think the field manager is the one who pulls over all contractors and inspect what is in the build and what was completed however we had to end up in telling him many missing things. Not sure how they would keep their promise of coming back after 1 year to inspect and fix things once the home settles down. ... More

The builder needs encouragement, like any employee. They are very busy and can get side tracked with so many jobs going on at the same time. They are not self starters but if you make needs known sometimes they will work with you. For the most part they cannot custom anything. They have some phenomenal people working for them and that can make any organization great. We had some excellent experiences w/ some staff.

Very informative about the entire process and made it simple for me as a 1st time buyer.

Started off with a good experience, overall excitement and eagerness to move in. The neighborhood was oversold too quickly and then the delays started. Understandable for weather delays and supply shortages (who could’ve predicted the market and wood supply issue) what wasn’t understandable was the lack of communication and the excuses we ran into. For any issues or potential issues we brought up, we were told “it’s up to code” for delays we were told “you should’ve expected delays” on our walkthrough before closing-2 days before closing, we still did not have power to the house or AC- all things our neighbors had prior to 2 days from closing. The day of closing we did a walk through to mark where paint needed to be touched up and other issues. This should’ve been done prior to the day of closing 2 hours before closing. The house hadn’t been cleaned and the paint touch ups left paint on the tile floors and some on the carpet. Things were over looked and the home wasn’t cleaned other than vacuumed, prior to us moving in etc. We love the floor plan, but not the final product handed over to us. the townhouse we purchased was already built and available when we needed to find a new home. The color scheme was what I like which was definitely a plus along with the quick move in.

Pulte is a great builder. My husband was a top notch builder in Walpole so I know quality when I see it. Very happy with my purchase. Mariana the real estate Broker is lovely and helpful.

The most worry-free home buying experience!

I love my home. It is beautifully made with a lot of thought put in it. The wide open area and light that I particularly like. I do not feel cramped

With COVID, we had some delays in the building process, but our experience with our salesperson, Michael, and our field manager, Oscar, were the best!! Our lack of one star on the rating was due to our negative experience with Pulte Mortgage only. Everything else from sales, to design meeting to build went great. We love our home!

Pulte builds a great product and provides a super support to the homebuyers.

Great communication and transparency throughout the entire transaction. Follow up after closing is very impressive as well! Questions were (and still are) answered quickly and thoroughly, and any issues/corrections/touchups needed are being addressed. Overall great experience!
