Our experience with Pulte home was positive one. Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work and customer service. construction done on time. We love it. Thank you.

Make sure on the final walk thought, the home should be completely finish before closing. I am closing on my almost two month now, the paint touch up in the rest room, and 12' wide concrete drive way need to be fix. With many phone call, the problem have not been solve. Very disappointed.

After purchasing, Pre inspection list has not been followed up on.

David, who ended up running the project on the ground in the final months, was first rate. His predecessor was not.

You buy a box, nothing is included! basic base selection is dull therefore you have to upgrade and pay more! by the time you add all the necessities to beautify your place, you add & pay $80,000 more. Paint job not very good!

Well I have been constantly lied to by the Pulte team and they never return phone calls. The quality of the work is a joke and the Pulte quality video is total fiction and does not represent what I have seen and speaking to numerous neighbours they are all having similar issues. Simple issues become a total frustration in getting resolved. I am convinced that once the contract is signed no one at Pulte cares about me as the customer anymore. Items were changed after I selected because you changed vendors leaving me with no choice. I truly believe I will end up in a legal bahtle over the upgrades that are done incorrectly and Pulte is showing no interest in fixing. I know for a fact this will not be shared as quite frankly if I was a senior member of the Pulte team I would be embarrassed with this. But I also wonder if this is not the norm for your company and this is just a farce. Everyone went above and beyond when we worked with Pulte Homes except for one department. I would love to give them 5 stars if I can separate them with Pulte Mortgage and just give Pulte Mortgage a 1 star but since this survey combines both I have to make it a 4 star. I would buy another house and recommend Pulte Homes to all my friends and families because of the quality of their work and responsiveness to any inquiries and concerns. BUT STAY AWAY FROM PULTE MORTGAGE. Their response time is so bad I almost did not go through the purchase of the house. They left me hanging with questions and are very hard to get a hold of. If you've purchased a house already and are familiar with the process then these guys might work for you, I am just talking about people that are buying for the first time. Corey has done a great job helping us on minor issues with the house that need some attention. He was great at helping with installation of late arriving fish wash and refrigator. He really is commemorated to taking care of new home owners.

Pulte closes the homes with the appliances not working properly. They give little to no time to review the appliances on the day of closing. Leave us to deal with the warranty team after closing

Good intentions and continued follow up with vendors to finish or fix issues and problems with the build. We like our home and are very happy with Steve and Mike. Eventually we are confident all issues will be completed to our satisfaction. They communicate and keep us informed. 98 percent of the house is complete and the balance of items should be resolved soon we hope.We are happy with our new home.

Pulte have good quality homes I will advice you if want TO have home go to the Pulte company

Pulte’s poor communication and commitment disappoints us so much. They really need complete responsibilities and accountability to listen carefully and timely communicate. Most importantly they have to take action but not simply disregard or inaction. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience.

I was forced to close without issues been taken care found before and during the celebration meeting. I was given letter of completion from Vice president of Pulte with the list of issues that will be completed by Aug 13th. Field manager stopped responding to calls/ emails right after giving me that letter and I am still running behind the customer care for getting my issues fixed. Had a very bad experience.

I have very bad experience with Pulte . Before closing 3 days , we walk through house and we founded so many things which are not properly installed . At the day of closing , we walk again and we founded 20+ things which Pulte did not resolved till that day . THEY PROMISED TO US EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE . We make the agreement, after closing 15 days PULTE should complete the list . Today , 6 weeks after closing list is not completed, and they are apologizing all the time , with excuses and sorry for inconvenience. I can prove all calls which I made to PULTE TEAM ( more than 50 ) , emails ( more than 50) text messages ( over 50 ) and of course agreement which PULTE signed with me regarding all 20+ issues will be done 15 days after closing. The customer service rep were very responsive.

I would not recommend Pulte Home due to the lack of communications between departments.. Important issues were not solved prior to closing and had to close with no hot water and a filthy home.

Good quality home...good value for the price

Pulte's staff were very professional and responsive throughout the entire process, from contract to closing (and now during the warranty period). I would definitely recommend a Pulte home to friends and family. We love our new home!

We closed almost 2 months ago and we are still waiting on our refrigerator to be installed. We are currently using a temporary fridge.

From the outset, Pulte rushed the process. They rushed the closing of the house telling us “we need our numbers” and threatened to charge us more if we fell outside of their perimeters. We were unable to see the home at closing due to being overseas (again they had significantly altered the time frame a couple of weeks before closing). Upon seeing the house for the first time, the house and yard were filthy. A number of things like some of the shelves and the staircase were unfinished. The upgraded tile that we payed for looked as if an amateur had laid it after spending too much time with bottle of bourbon. Extremely responsive from the sales process thru building and now follow up.

Buying our new “first” home with Pulte was a great experience from start to finish and now that we’re settling in we enjoy it more and more every day.

Great over all experience so far. Some communication issues with things that need to be fixed but decent over all.

We’ve had so many issues. We were promised the home would look like a model home and it wasn’t. We are waiting response to get our issues resolved. Just felt like things were put together as quickly as possible knowing things could be fixed. On top of that we have plot issues. Our plot is smaller than what was supposed to be according to the plan.

Are garage door was painted the wrong color I told pulte about it and nothing was done.
