- The real estate agent was excellent in his service (Mr. Chris). - The bank was very bad; they were still asking for documents on the day of closing (I don't understand). - The materials are by the type of property purchased. - The workmanship was not good, as we had flooding in the yard and alley almost every time it rained. We requested a solution, but nothing was done (we are worried that it might get into the house). - We have some minor issues related to painting, drywall, and electrical work, but they have not been resolved either.

There is a long list of issues, including faulty Procom Ethernet cables, large divots in the lawn that make it unsafe for play, water leakage in the basement and sunroom, and missing items from documented change orders, among other concerns.

My house has an unknown water leak in the floor that Pulte is struggling to find the source. Investigation continues but based on a number of other quality issues I would never recommend a Pulte home.

I don't recall any positive moments throughout the process. Quality questions/concerns were flat or ignored throughout the process, to say communication was poor would be an understatement, having to push closing because of multiple instances of negligence by construction teams, replaced damaged grass with dead grass after rutting up front yard fixing the damaged driveway, and no walk through with anyone except the completely incompetent and rude construction foreman who couldn't answer a single question just finished it off.

We were moving from out of state so just really felt like we were forgotten or intentionally pushed to the side because of that. We had delay on top of delay, which we understand happens in construction and wasn’t 100% Pulte’s fault, but they way they handled it left us feeling very discouraged and nervous. We had a really poor experience with our sales guy who called us every day before putting the earnest money down and then rarely heard from unless prompted by us during the building process. There have been a few issues with Pulte. The first day we moved in the AC was not working; the water heater was not working correctly for the whole month of June and almost halfway through July. The plumber came out anywhere from 5-7 times and finally got it fixed. The master bath faucet, when running the water the water splatter out. The oven was not preheating like it should. Pulte sent someone out and they informed us that the oven was good but that the electrical wiring was not hooked up correctly. So then an electrician was sent and they fixed the problem. Communications with the construction manager is utmost important in the whole home purchasing process. Our experience with Tony was horrible. We were told by Tony that the foundation was going to be poured after the New Year holidays 2024. It was poured right after Christmas 2023 without our knowledge and as a result things were missing. This is July 2024 two months after our closing, we are still not able to enjoy our new home because there are still things that need to be fixed.

the build quality is horrible and the home was not even cleaned properly before i was given the keys on the day of closing. the build quality is such that , i keep finding some or the other stuff wearing off every single day. the construction manager doesnt even respond after closing. the island was never painted properly. just another sloppy substandard housing community which cramp into each other.

We relocated from Wisconsin; thrilled to move into a brand new home. However, we were hit with a sobering reality that a new home doesn’t mean that the builder put any care into the home. We moved into a home with broken cabinets, literal holes in the flooring, pealing paint, pools of water in the lanai, electrical sockets not properly installed, improperly installed doorbell, mismatched windows, parade of ants, cheap appliances, and a sheer lack of care for the build of this home! We are left heartbroken for selling out beautiful home in Wisconsin for THIS! Would not recommend Pulte!

Quality has always been my main concern owning a property. There has been uneven patch up padding on the carpet, bathrooms exhaust fans and air condition vents are loud. We were told that there is nothing that can be done “It is what it is.” I feel that it’s all about making a profit!!!

We purchased a home from Pulte as we liked the floor plan and overall our experience with Pulte has been very disappointing. The home we brought is over $1.3 mil , for that much we would expect better quality of material, workmanship, better finishes and overall a much better looking neighborhood. I think the main problem is that the Construction Supervisor is new to this type of house, so the subcontractors took advantage and did subpar work! Overall it is a good build, it’s just that all the little things have added up. It started with the HAVAC system wired wrong it took two appointments to correct. Gutter system installation was and remains incomplete. Promised a “Smart” home with Google nest thermostats instead Pulte installed old Honeywell T6 thermostats. Most requests for warranty service have been submitted twice.

If you are buying standing inventory it will be "as is" and told that nothing will be fixed before move in. We were told contradicting information and even lied to regarding our landscaping, sod and irrigation. Conduct a personal inspection and hire a cleaning crew before you move in. Inspect your driveway, garage and yard for nails, metal, cigarettes, razor blades and such before driving or walking in those areas.

The details inside the house were not cleaned up. Trim is in terrible shape. The walls needed more painting as spots were missed. Whoever they sent out to fix the problems would just half work what needed to be done. For a $437k house, I dont feel like im getting my moneys worth.

Disappointing experience with Pulte Homes. Little customization options were available even when willing to pay for basic changes such as adding tile to a room instead of carpet. Do not think that they care about you, because they don’t. From the beginning rude salesmen, craftsmen ship is shoddy. The only person that did a good job was a guy name Wes and his Boss. Buying a Pulte home wasn’t fun, and I already have my home up for sale.

We love our FLOORPLAN. The process caused so much unnecessary stress and frustration though. Our sales rep would tell us one thing, then lie and say she never said it ( though i had all the proof ) miscommunication was a constant issue.
