Overall I’m pleased with the new home but certain things should have been done prior to closing. Certain paint did not match in some spots. Still waiting on the stainless steel refrigerator and it’s been almost 2 months.

The sales process was good. The construction process mostly trouble free. The financing process was a joke, totally awful. The settlement company was useless, archaic and time consuming processes. Responsiveness to issues after moving in has been awful.

I had on issue that has not been resolve i had an rv gate install by pulte and the cable guys or who ever thats their cable box installation decided to install it righ were my rv access is at so i talk tp pulte personal but had had no luck getting my problem resolve

Overall I love my house. The process was a disaster using PULTE’s mortgage company. But the builders were less than responsive. I sent a few emails but never got responses from the builders. The updates along the way from them were non existent. And the design center was the absolute worst. I went with bare minimums due to their lack of professionalism.

The customer service experience was great during the home buying process. Once you've closed and moved in, it's a different story. Prior to moving in, I hired a home inspector to perform an inspection. There were a handful of findings that were claimed to be fixed. The field manager was going to send an email with the pictures showing (roof, attic,) the findings on the home inspection have been fixed. We occupied the property in May. I sent a follow-up email to the field manager and I am yet to receive a response. I understand they are busy but it's almost two months, and yet no response. ...

While the initial process was fantastic- we were soon shifted to another sales agent and a CM who was very unresponsive to our requests and issues at the beginning. I had to go above their heads multiple times to try and get things accomplished- This company will NOT share anyone above them with you- so you have to investigate yourself. While our home is beautiful, there are so many small things that really added up. While the individuals (with a couple of notable exceptions) that we dealt with during the home build process were excellent, we experienced multiple delays in closing (four different close dates were scheduled). Even upon closing there were still several issues that needed to be taken care of and we still have a couple outstanding now. While overall the experience kind of what I expected, we were disappointed in the length of time taken to complete the home (over eight months) and the fact that when it closed there were still issues to iron out.

It would have been great to have a list of recommended vendors to address common things that a new homeowner is likely to need. For example, window treatments, handyman to put up pictures, fans, lights etc.

The Good Throughout the entire process, Linda was kind, helpful, responsive, and did everything she could to answer questions and guide us through the process. We had a great experience with her. The home is filled with thoughtful features, a finished crawl space with lights and power, a whole house fan that can cool the entire house down in an hour, plenty of lighting, timer lights on an the outside doors, and great insulation that makes the home stay cool through the heat. The person in charge of building my house - Zane

Zane made the whole experience a great one so did the title company. He was always responsive to texts and willing to help. However, I was delivered a house with some issues, which I believe is unacceptable. When I reached out to Pulte, they had people over within 2 weeks to take care of the issues.

It was frustrating and disheartening to watch, after we had moved in, several homes in the neighborhood be completed, with driveways installed, while we waited. It is apparent to us that Pulte only cared about getting us Closed; after that we were put to the back of line.

Pulte built our home quickly (but not too quickly) and the frame quality was above standard. The final finishing touches required lots of re-work and they were correcting them until our closing day but they were able to get everything done. There were some small things we did not catch but overall, our home is excellent and we are happy with it. There were inconsistencies between what we were told pre-build and then during the building process but you just have to keep checking in and making sure that everyone is on the same page.

The loan office individuals were very helpful and quick to respond. Our project manager Rich did a good Job in keep us updated on the process. Some repairs items could have been prevented if the project manager/customer services manager were given more time to review and walkthrough property prior to pre close walkthrough. The customer services manager has been responsive. The warranty issue process of getting things scheduled or vendors showing up unannounced was a little frustrating and I think could have been improved with coordination or systems on the back end. Builder offers ideal floor plans while other builders do not. There were limited options to select from which made the selection process that much quicker. Would have liked to have seen attention to detail and follow through on overall product workmanship. Issues with scratched windows and sills, drywall unfinished areas that later were finished, painting blemishes, lack of insulation on second floor bathroom, stained sink hardware and multiple months delay on sod.
