Building process from start to finish was great. Pulte kept us informed with the progress of the house.

I had a great experience purchasing my new home. Ben in the office, and Jack, my builder were amazing. They kept in constant communication with me about my new build. Even with all of the supply problems that COVID brought, Jack was able to get my home completed right on time and with impeccable work. This was my first home purchase. I had lots of questions, and Ben was always so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I’m very happy with my experience with everyone at Pulte and with my beautiful new home. Thank you Ben & Jack!

I have a good experience during the sales process. The sales person wasn't pushy and was very responsive even after I signed the paper work and paid my deposit. I went with Pulte Mortgage and also found the various people that I communicated with at Pulte Mortgage to be very responsive as well. However, post closing is a completely different story. I have a number of issues. My fridge is in the middle of my kitchen and has been for almost two months because it cannot fit because the upper cabinets are too low. There doesn't seem to be any urgency on their part in trying to fix the issue. The customer service folks that you are suppose tor reach out to are not very responsive. I understand that sometimes things can take time to resolve and I have been very patient, but, at a basic level, you should be communicating with your customers about why things are taking time to resolve and when you expect to address the problems that have been raised. This is customer service 101. In this case, crickets. Overall, I'm very disappointment with the workmanship. There were glaring issues like cracks in the bathtub, newly installed towel racks falling off the wall, unfinished wainscoting, missing screws from switch plates, unfinished work on the siding, issues with the roof, garage door not working properly, AC not working ... I could go on. And, these are the things that I identified within the first month of moving in. God knows what's to come. In addition, the trades handled the materials roughly (there was clearly no care). Most, if not all, of the doors and frames have some kind of damage. There's also damage to the cabinets. I can't tell you how many non Pulte contractors have entered the house and commented on the glaring imperfections in the drywall (... I mean really obvious stuff that anyone that cares about their work would see). If I had to do things over, I don't think that I would go through this process. If you're someone that values workmanship and quality you're better off renovating a home or building from scratch, which will give you the opportunity to work directly with a reputable and reliable general contractor that's interested in doing good work. ... Everyone that we directly worked with was great. We love our house location, style, and layout. However, I feel like for the price we paid, the quality does not match. It seems like corners were cut to put cheaper material in where just doing it right the first time would have been better. When you find beer bottles in your home during the construction process you really question who is actually building your home. I think for the price point, Pulte could have done better subcontracting trades.

We love the house, however, the quality of craftsmanship was not what we expected. They were prompt to address the many issues that were noted during the build process.

1. Vents making noise and pulte says they cant do anything. Cant sit in that room and do anything. 2. Bath flushs, and shower making so much noises that you hear on whole house. If someone goes bathroom in night, flush can wake others in different room. Bad Bad design 3. Staircases railing making noise, Windows put on wrong spots 4. After closing super bad customer service.

I was just excited about the entire build process with Pulte. Right from the start of the home selection process, through the interior design session and the actual build the Pulte team were always very helpful and constantly providing me with all the information I needed. The quality of the home is very good and I feel I got real value for my money invested. I can only offer great recommendation for Pulte as a valued home builder based on my experience.

My superintendent, Walter, is the best. He was there every step of the way during the process. He explained everything perfectly, and any minor issues that arose because of the bad storm, etc Walter was immediately available to help and get it resolved. He is the best.

Very satisfied with home buying experience and overall happy with the house. Only problem now is dealing with warranty representative. Unresponsive and denies fix for obvious defect. Asked for appeals process. No response.

The home is aesthetically pleasing - just as in pictures of the models. However, the quality of finish leaves much to be desired. There is a time-frame in which the new homeowner is allowed to "point out" issues that need attention. The Pulte representatives are accessible through appointments and do inspect and view homeowners' issues, but also note that they "can't keep an eye on every contractor during the building process". "Repair" contractors are sent out to make corrections, hopefully to the homeowner's satisfaction, which should have been completed before closing. We hope to be satisfied that the lackluster finish does not attest to the integrity of the structure. ... More

The home came out ok, but all the little details such as painting, caulking and grouting were done very messy. I still have grout stuck in the middle of tiles that was never removed. I found that my guest tub was installed cracked and they tried to patch it up, this is unacceptable for a brand new home. Overall not a great experience for my first home.

I was impressed about their process. There process was very organized from the time the initial contract was signed. As soon as I gave the down payment, I was contacted by their mortgage company and the loan application was initiated. They were great in updating me, they informed me when they started building the house and the progress the whole time. Closing was also easy. We were satisfied of the quality of the house when we moved in.

We enjoyed the experience of buying our first Pulte home and liked the option to pick our selection choices.

Pulte team are very good to understand my concern raised by me and resolved all issued in timely manner. Special thanks Michael Chabra our construction manager and he is very good in his work and great person. I'll also recommend my family and friends to go for Pulte homes

Our experience with Pulte Homes was excellent from the first moment we stepped into a model home. This is our third home build in 17 years and first with Pulte Homes. It could not have gone any better than it did. Our sales consultant Tiffany was very informative and upfront about all the challenges building in today's market. She was very responsive to questions and at no point were we pressured into any decisions. Once construction began, our PI Manager Josh was very professional and kept us informed of every step along the way. I was particulary impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the contractors who built the home. It was small things that they went out of their way to do with some Non-Standard Options showed that they took pride in the work. Josh was very welcoming of our input and requests during the construcation phase which was a first for us. The mortgage application process, while being what it is, went smoothly and both Donna our Loan Processor and Kathy our Loan Consultant were very courteous and responsive to our questions. They processed requested documents very quickly and there was no duplication of efforts or missed documents. I would recommend building with Pulte Homes to anyone based upon our experience. ... More

We purchased the model home in Vegas -very disappointed. NOTHING was maintained in the house after we signed the contract. Yard outside let go, lots of things not working well in the house. New problems crop up every day

The Pulte team, especially Nick, was fantastic and easy to work with! Nick was very responsive to emails and addressed any questions that we had. We are so grateful.

Del did an excellent job to make sure that everything is set for us to move in. Overall, I am blessed to have Del as my building manager.

Our home buying experience was not the best, our loan officer was not much help with questions, our builder accidentally nicked a water line and created water damage all along our bottom main floor weeks before closing and did not disclose the information with us. They have not gone above and beyond to remedy the situation due to their lack of communication.

Our celebration day was a disaster, did not leave us with a great feeling!! Jeremy and Andrew did their best to make it right but still left a bad feeling in pit of my stomach

Very good communication about the status of the building process.

When I talked to others in the neighborhood, all were given a much lower lot price. People with much bigger lots were charged significantly lesser lot price. I feel I was taken for a ride.

The value is great! It would have been nice to know when things were happening to the outside. One morning we woke up to part of our driveway being ripped out without knowing what was happening. Also, it did take quite a while to get our landscaping and sod. That may be entirely supply chain related issues due to hyper demand. Obviously, that's understandable. Overall, highly satisfied.

Customer service is average, at best. Better home builders out there.
