My brother and I bought this townhouse in the middle of the pandemic sight unseen. The Pulte team was incredible! Right from the start Susan Kane our Pulte Realtor was there to answer all of our questions. She took pictures and video to show us what we were buying. Our construction manager Joed Jacquez was in touch with us every week with a phone call and pictures to show us the progress on our home. The Pulte design center made it easy to pick the finishes. Sandra Alvarez with Pulte Title made closing smooth and easy. After we moved here the warranty services reached out to us so that we have a direct contact there should we need them. Thanks Pulte! dealing with Pulte Mortage was a PAINFUL experience... would NEVER go through that again. We are extremely disappointed with quality of finish work... drywall and paint work shows little focus to delivering a quality product. Looks very rushed.

I first saw the model unit in February of 2021 and knew right away that this was the place for me & my dog, Pete. Being new construction it was exciting moving into a home that was new everything. We've settled in nicely, all the neighbors I've met are pleasant and we couldn't be happier. My only request would be the addition of a Dog Park as there's quite a few dogs living at the complex, it would be great to have more space for the dogs to move about & meet other dogs. It couldn't hurt to have this as a way of meeting other homeowners as well.

I had a bad experience around closing time as there seemed like there was no coordination or communication between the involved stakeholders. Closing got delayed and since i was moving from out of state that made my experience even worse overall.

Pulte sales department was great, they had answers for all our questions so we always knew what was the next step and how to be ready for it.

entire bricks, big rocks, and lots of gravel are left underneath the sod. the paint is the cheapest they can get. they are inflexible the exterior caulking looks like a 5 year old did it the concrete entrance way to the front door is an embarrassment have never bought a house with not one towel bar in it

The personal touch we experienced in every phase of the process exceeded my expectations. We were blessed to have skilled and experienced team members walk us through every touch point. Made the process so much easier and better for us.

Jake was very responsive to all our needs.He addressed all of our issues.We are new to the area and Sherri answered everyone of our questions about our new home,the country we live in and everything in between.Both Jake and Sherri went above and beyond are expectations.

I think my over all experience with home part is good but the main thing is the cost of optional items for even very small things. I think when some one is buying new home builder needs to spend default on few things like kitchen backsplash, side/back fences, bathroom soap holders, heated garage door, cabinet knobs, internet cable underground or fan plugin points. These are some basic default things for each home for which cost should be not charge to customer. This thing does not goes well with Pulte being so renowned builder you should consider these option by default in your basic unit. Last the title company, please change it or upgrade your staff. ... Overall experience was very good

I was given a very low grade refrigerator just so they could close and get their money. The frig door doesn’t stay closed, it’s very small, and doesn’t have an ice maker. We live in Florida and have to buy ice every two days. Ive talked to Pulte and their sales manager who doesn’t even call back or follow up. He’s been a total disappointment along with Whirlpool who blames Pulte then Pulte blames Whirlpool. The sad part is I can go out and buy the refrigerator I ordered and paid for but no one will step up and give me a refund to do that!! All I get is excuses and no solutions!!

You have to fight or beg for everything that went wrong

I signed the contract for our home in Nov 2020, before the madness of the housing market really took off. I also signed just as Pulte started doing lot bidding which was not a fun experience and something I'll be mindful of if I ever purchase a home again. Our sale consultant Peter was always very responsive, Leslie in the sales office was very helpful during the initial tour of the model homes. The build time came in at around 7 months, during the pandemic, which was faster than we thought it was going to be. We didn't get many pictures from our field manager during the build, but considering how many homes they are managing in AZ during 2020/2021, it was understandable. Our home during the final walkthrough was not completed. One wall had a hole in it, the master bathroom shower glass was not installed and the master bathroom door had to be torn out to fit the glass. The home wasn't cleaned, even a month in we are still cleaning up small paint splatters. Needless to say, the end product is good but the end result didn't leave us with the best impressions of Pulte. We had a 3 week check-in with our field manager, who walked around the home with me to talk about new items we've found and to talk about old items that haven't been resolved. I'm sure Pulte will eventually get around to taking care of them but I think we would have been ok with taking possession of the home a couple of weeks later if that meant the house was dialed in. Overall we did like Pulte's options compared to some of its competitors, it was easy to work with Pulte Mortgage on our VA loan, our sales consulate Peter answered our questions in a timely manner and our field manager Louise is one hardworking guy! ... Total lack of consideration for the home owner dragging out multiple repairs and no one cares…knowing what I know now I would have went a different route. I tried to get out of this before the lot was cleared but I was assured everything would workout perfect lol far cry from perfect or acceptable. Only thing WW has going on is the environment of the area outside of that forget it. I’m sorry exhausted from waiting inspecting and nothing happening and if they come to repair one thing they damage another it’s very sad. Warranty warranty is what I’m told you have a warranty I told them I didn’t buy a warranty I bought a home that’s suppose to have the same craftsmanship as the model??? No one wants to hear that only they’ll fix it. I looked at many many homes before buying new construction and I wish I have made a different choice after the fact. During my process I’ve had many contacts changed some communicate some don’t and your left to guess. No one talks to each other they have no idea who or when someone is at your home and the contractors have no idea why they are there unfortunately they speak no english so again nothing gets done. From the beginning no one seemed to know what they are doing or how to answer questions. Right before our closing date 10 months in they would several water leaks all over the house and mold so they had to ripe out the walls and treat for mold several times. We were told the mold was gone and we had a new closing date so we had a home inspection done only to find the attic was not treated and there was still mold in there. So I was fine with all of this but my issues is that their trades men worked in our house for almost 4 months around our upgrades and there are blemishes on everything. We paid 120,785 to literally upgrade everything ion our house and by the time we moved in our floors and counters had issue they wont fix. But that's not even my biggest issue, anywhere you walk in our kitchen or living room either our kitchen island or living room table rattle. They blame it on floating floors but your floors should not vibe everything around it when you walk. They have said they will fix it but this is yet to be seen. I think if you are going to preach quality you should take your time and build quality, not rush so you can more houses super fast to make the most money possible. ... More

Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

The process from start to finish was very manageable. My home is beautiful and it was nice to be able to design it. The builders team was amazing by the end of the process they felt like friends and continue to impress us even after closing.
