Pulte met all the build milestones even when everything was delayed or backlogged because of the pandemoc

Great homes, yet final product with workmanship remains unsatisfactory. Slow response times to address the many pending issues.

Started off really well. Toward closing Pulte sales got very short and non communicative. Pulte finance said that everything was good and then pulled out 3 wks before closing. Not very helpful

Overall buying experience was good. Slightly disappointed with quality of materials used.

While we love the house and the neighborhood, the process of getting here was terrible and we will never go through Pulte again. You have to stay on top of them on every little thing and not trust them to do what they say. Get everything in writing, check every option you pick for your home, follow up on the price of everything because they will get so much wrong and will try to overcharge every chance they get. Be aware that their mortgage options through Pulte are very invasive and will require more financial paperwork and hoops to jump through than a regular bank will, although the extra money off the price of the house can be a nice incentive. Be prepared to stay on top of your project manager while the house is being built as well to ensure work is being completed correctly. Our project manager made the process very stressful as he tried to get out of redoing work his team did incorrectly and when he was rated poorly on the Pulte survey, he sent us an angry text afterwards about his survey score even though it was a very negative experience with him and the survey results reflected that. All that said, we've had to use the Pulte warranty on a few things (because of our terrible project manager) and the warranty team has been very responsive and helpful. Project managers need to pay more attention to the contractors and check on the work the day is done or the day after to make sure it was done correctly

The sales support ( Jeff ) and my Feild manager Llyod was excellent support for all building process.

Be cautious before signing contract. You will be locked once signed and no way you can negotiate or request of changes. Zero flexibility on minor customizations to home or options. Quality control is not good and often buyers find most issues before closing.

Overall great experience. The contractor was very helpful through every stage.

There was a serious lack of creativity when it came to figuring out the siding delay. It was very frustrating! Not to mention that communication did not come from the top down. It’s important that customers know that companies care; not just the sales people.

Working with a trusted home builder like Pulte helped ease our mind during the relocation process from Texas to Arizona. We love our new home!

Pulte was did an amazing job!!!

We have many issues with our home including serious electrical issues. Lights are flickering and dimming in all rooms of the house. Pulte took 4 weeks to get the electrician back to our house and all they did was look in the breaker box and test a couple light switches. Then threw there hands up and said I don’t know. Our home also appraised below asking price $19,000. Here is the open list of issues that still need to be resolved: Screens in bedroom 2 & 3 bent. Sliding door track issues. Drywall bullnose between living kitchen area(sand and paint touch up). Wall between houses is damaged. Verify operation of irrigation system. Doesn’t seem to work. Insulation above pot light fix in kitchen needs to be replaced. There is none there. Flickering lights in house. Randomly happens. Sometimes with AC compressor turn on sometimes without. Loud click/clunk from AC when Turing on. Can not feel AC in fourth bedroom, no air flow. Some worker in the neighborhood used our front water spigot and washed concrete or paint and stained our rocks and wall. Tiles on roof lifting. ... More

For the most part the house buying experience was great. The options studio and sales offices were great, and always were responsive in answering our questions and taking care of business. When it came down to the near completion walkthroughs, and following to spec that was laid for the builders and workers, there was a quality issue. Issues were brought up and required several requests to get an answer on. Several times we went through the sales office to get info from our onsite contacts. There were outstanding issues that were never answered, and issues that still may be present in the house. Those will have to be resolved with the warranty company even though the onsite personnel said they would take care of the issues just after we moved our stuff in. I want to give the builder and whole process more stars because it is a great house, and deserves it, but they need to work on t heir quality checking, and responsiveness to customers pre completion and post completion to really earn them. ... Great value for the price.

The whole pulte process from sale to close was smooth and painless. We are busy, both working demanding jobs, we didn’t have time to go to open house after open house and fix up a home. Pulte made the process smooth and easy, and we got a turn key , exactly as we wanted house.

It was good and smooth

The quality of construction is not up to the mark, construction finishing is not satisfactory. Painting is not done as expected. Quality for components used is very low quality.

The builder is a very trustworthy person that does not cut any corners when building your future home. They use good quality supplies and completed the project on a timely matter.

Quality of construction is not that great. It looks like the team is in a hurry to get the project completed and move on to a new one. Response to issues is very slow and things promised to be taken care of have not been addressed.

quality materials, great staff. delayed/late items that were incomplete at closing are taking very longer to complete.

Not a great experience. There are too many issues with builder.
