Sales needs to spend more time with decisions

Very nice people, good experience.

The Team of individuals we worked with, Jamie, Alexandra and Ann-Mishoe went over and above to ensure that we were happy with everything!

I had three different build managers on my home and they all did a great job of communicating with me during the process.

Everyone one was friendly and helpful.

The homebuying experience wasn't bad as I expected it to be since we were buying a home durning the pandemic. The mortgage company was my least favorite team to work with.

Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

The joy of moving into our brand new "dream home" was short lived as we walked in to find pieces of insulation on the cooktop, dirty sinks and tub, dirty cabinets and windows. There was paint everywhere...on virtually every floor, outlet covers, towel bars, light sconces, etc. Caulking left a lot to be desired as well. Several doors rattle when closed and 1 door misses the strike plate entirely. The master bathroom plumbing backed up within the 1st couple of days (there was a spray paint cap in the drain line somewhere between the master bath and the clean-out). There were other issues as well such as gaps in molding and blue tape still stuck to issues that were never taken care of. Certainly, not a good first impression. Our punch list is over 170 items and still growing. Hopefully, all of the items will be taken care of and one day our "dream home" will truly be move-in ready. ... More

Our family loves our new home and am so happy that we are living in such a great home and community. The overall experience was great. If anything Pulte was very patient with us as we were having some delays with our lender and closing in time. The home is such a modern and amazing home with a great layout. Everything about our home is perfect with the exception of a few minor details. Seems like the floor boards are bit loose when you walk on them because it doesn't feel completely solid while walking on the wood floors. The stairs have nails coming out upwards and at times you will step on them and get poked by them. I wish there were a remedy for it but i was told that it was to keep the carpet on the actual steps. Lastly the sliding doors don't seem to lock smoothly. You sometimes have to shut them a certain way in order to have the door actually lock. Overall still a great home. ... More

Brian was so helpful with the whole buying process.

Many defects surfaced as soon as we took possession of the home and the home was being lived in.

Limited home design budget, overall quality is good (when you upgrade literally everything like we did), Finance wasn’t a good experience, period. They just never called us back nor picked up the phone. They messed up our contract. Home construction manger was very responsive. The warranty manager was very responsive at first, but slowed down a lot in response. The electrician that worked on our electrical issues after closing didn’t follow through. Carpenter was fast and did quality work.. Construction trash left in drain of one of the bath tubs, after the complainant it drained slow before closing. Size of house is nice, so is layout. Delivered home as per promised timelines. Any issues were addressed promptly. Good customer experience !

This was our second Pulte purchase and our original 29+ year old home stood the test of time due to quality workmanship.

I am very disappointed that I haven't received any assistance after my first survey was completed. There are many things that were never completed for my home. No one has reached back out to me. The person who is the customer care rep, is non responsive. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer. I'm not satisfied with the discrepancies of my brand new home.

Hope that the quality of painting experience would have been more professional!!!

Our project manager went above and beyond during the construction phase. This enabled my wife and I to have confidence in Pulte for an easy transition to our new home while learning about the area.

Too many stuff need rework and take more than two months to finish

Great experience. The team made it simple and easy for first time buyer like myself.

I really enjoy the house and so does my 92 year old mother. The floor plan is such that it is easy for her to get around with her walker. The construction is very sound and good. Still waiting for the completion of the back splash. We had a little mishap with back splash, but it should be settled soon.

The sales process was good. The construction process mostly trouble free. The financing process was a joke, totally awful. The settlement company was useless, archaic and time consuming processes. Responsiveness to issues after moving in has been awful.

Builder was great and attentive. A few issues took place after closing that needed addressed.

The overall experience was okay. Be extremely prepared to pay attention to all of the various details since you will have a short window to make updates and changes throughout the build process. The quality of the home is okay, but the attention and quality of the finishing details left a lot to be desired. We were not pleased with the drywall, paint and trim work. Overall, it looked very rushed to meet deadlines and the lack of quality shows.
