Pulte offered floor plan option we were looking for. A bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was required for my elderly parents who can't climb stairs. First floor sunroom was a good addition. Another bedroom on the second floor was offered with an attached bathroom for my daughters. Second floor owners bedroom with attached master bath and walk-in closets was huge.

We were very excited to buy a new home from Pulte, but unfortunatelly our experience has not been very pleasant. We had a defective range that leaked gas the first time we cooked. In fact, the range had been fixed for a different defect prior to our close. It has been a lenghty and exhausting process to finally get to the point where it will be replaced. We are waiting for it to arrive. There were multiple little issues with drywall, cabinets, paint, fireplace, chipped lighting fixtures etc. Most have been resolved, but it's quite disappointing to see these things were missed or considered "acceptable" through quality assurance inspections. Pulte kept me informed throughout the entire process. The timeline set out in the beginning was spot on. In the end I received a quality home just as I designed at a reasonable price.

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish working with Pulte to build our brand new home. Mike Egan helped us plan our home and Oscar and his team build our dream into a Reality! The mortgage team Sam and Beatriz were exceptional and we are so happy to be living in our dream house!!

Pulte Homes is fast, efficient, and professional!

The builder was great however once you get into your home and start dealing warranty they are not that good. I have had several issues since moving in. I haven’t been in my home 2 months and AC technician have already had to come out three times. I also put in warranty request and it takes over a week for reply and sometime I even have to resend an email to get reply. I have not been pleased with Pulte since I have closed. I hope the service gets better!

Wonderful experience from start to finish

Our sales rep and construction manager for our home from contract signing, during construction, and final walkthrough were very professsional, patient, and understanding of our eagerness were responsive and answered our questions. We love our now finished home, it is everything we wished it to be.

The overall experience was as expected and overall positive. One must also keep in mind that these homes are mass produced homes. I also want to caveat that i lived less then a mile from the site, so i was able to stop by and view the progress daily. So let me start; there were a 2 times when we wanted a minor change such as outlets moved 3ft in one direction or switch flipped so it would be on the outside wall vice the inside wall, each instance there was hesitation from the site manager, and cited some ridiculous reasons that i decided to do it myself when we moved in as they were simple modifications. it just seemed lazy, and would not have affected electrical inspections as the outlets remained 3ft apart as per code. Workmanship varied on the subcontractor used. Some took pride in their work while others you could tell were stretched thin and just got in did the bare minimum of the job and got out (these mostly appeared to be those whose work was not completely covered by the warranties) such as the landscape contractor. My sprinkler system was not installed properly and being that it was not part of the structure, not covered by the Pulte warranty and when I contacted the contractor, he and I quote "what do you want me to do about it." The discrepancies were pointed out during the final walk through, which took place 3 days prior to closing, once we closed the site manager treated us as out of site out of mind and i had to work through the warranty portal. which in some ways was better as i was contacted via email and had a paper trail. The overall experience is four stars as the process was as explained from the onset. we did receive periodic updates on the progress as indicated at the onset. Like i said my issues were mostly with the landscaping contractor and the feeling of being given an unfinished home by our site manager, who failed to follow up on several of the discrepancies pointed out during our final walk through. ... The financial side and Josh, the celebration walk worker have been great.

It was a great experience, professional people along the way from sales, finance and construction all coordinated with a single voice.

From office manager to field manager, we felt each one took an interest in our investment and our personal interests and concerns.

Interest and pride exhibited by the selling agent and the field manager. They were available to answer my questions.

All the people from Pulte we dealt with were fantastic. Our GC Jim, sales rep Andrea, mortgage rep Marcela and everyone else were great. Basic construction of the home was solid. Our own independent pre-drywall inspection was very good, however it was the finish work of paint, cabinetry and finish carpentry that was left short. Several broken cabinet doors, cheap flat paint with many sloppy errors, trim and door frames damaged and covered up. Other items were a damaged hood vent, electrical outlet not even hooked up, missing cabinet hardware for an entire bathroom and data cabling not terminated correctly to name just few. We have had homes built before and have been through the process. Many of these items should have been caught and fixed before move in. Sales team was great. Onsite Field team management great. The painting and fine tuning could have been better.

Everything went smoothly for us.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.

Many issues that we brought to Steve’s attention (field manager) during final walk through are not addressed even after moving to new home and it’s been 2 months. Field manager doesn’t pick the call from the time you get the keys and won’t handle issues in timely fashion. We had great experience with Toll Brothers home we bought back in 2017, Pulte has to catch up!!! Poor in responding to issues in timely manner. Have to wait a month atleast to get something working!!!

11 months to build. Was told 8-9 months. The quality of the workmanship is horrible. Closed a month ago and still have outstanding items inside and outside that have not been provided or fixed as promised
