We are very pleased with our home but still have some issues we hope to get resolved

Overpriced, way over to the appraisal report price, and not even a chance for negotiations

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

Pulte was very efficient and good to deal with

Our construction manager Jon was great. Didn’t have the best experience with our sales person Jamie though.

Considering the entire home was built, inspected and touched up during Covid and had minimal (almost no) delay, I was impressed. Really pleased with the final product and I’d recommend Pulte to other homebuyers.

Very good communication throughout the whole building process. Issues after inspections were attended fast. We are living in the house now for 1 month and everything is great so far.

There have been a few inconveniences with have a rent-a-John in front of our house, landscaping crew running over water meter and Delco having to come out to mend the issues.

Great experience. Looking forward to working again together in the future. Thank you for my new home

The sales consultant, Lisa, and construction manager, Charles, are awesome and worked hard to ensure my process was smoith. I had a horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage and wouldn't recommend using them (although the incentive makes that difficult). The mortgage process is why I didn't give 5 stars. Lisa, Charles and the rest of the team deliver consistent 5 star customer service.

After closing not much of support for issue

We had a great experience with Pulte. We got everything we wanted in a timely manner!

This was my first time building a home and what should have been a happy and exciting experience turned into a complete nightmare shortly after I started. My loan officer Tyler, was the most unprofessional, rude and condescending person I had ever worked with. However at the same time my loan processor Erin was amazing! She did everything she could to minimize my contact with Tyler. After close, it was one problem after another. Hvac system was installed invoice, a technician has been out to my home every week with no resolution to the problem. I have a shower that leaks daily because it was installed incorrectly. I have a window that won’t open. The paint is peeling, the concrete has separated/opened on the porch. The list goes on and on. The craftsmanship is deplorable! Above average, needs attention to detail

Our builder Shane was amazing. So was our sales associate Shaneen. Also Rick handled our homeowners insurance perfectly. Lastly the title company/division was very efficient and pleasant. Pulte mortgage on the other hand, was a complete disaster. Apparently it’s their underwriters (our contacts were pleasant and gave us the impression they were doing their best to deal with the evil underwriters)!

From start to finish, our experience was superb. Our sales rep Justin was incredible, and our field manager Lester was the best in the business. Post sale support with Anthony has been excellent. Overall, a truly great experience and highly recommended.

I had on issue that has not been resolve i had an rv gate install by pulte and the cable guys or who ever thats their cable box installation decided to install it righ were my rv access is at so i talk tp pulte personal but had had no luck getting my problem resolve

The customer service from this company is non-existent. From the top to the bottom they do not value their customer’s experience in the slightest. We had multiple issues with our foundation and basement during the building process caused by the field manager, and had to contact him first about it. Then we had to demand certain things take place to ensure they did not try to cut corners. Communication on progress or about issues was never initiated by Pulte and it takes a minimum of 2-3 attempts at contact before a short response that often doesn’t even address your concerns or answer your questions. Close to closing our inspector (not anyone at Pulte) discovered a leak in the basement wall. We had to fight tooth and nail for that to be fixed, and fixed properly. On our celebration walk, our house wasn’t close to finished, our railings were the wrong color, and there was a leak in the basement. The field manager “guaranteed” it would all be taken care of by our closing. On the day of closing for our final walk through, our house still wasn’t near ready. We could not believe they would try to close on a house in this condition. The final paint was not done, the railings were still the wrong color, it was filthy, there was still a leak in the basement, and the sump pump stopped working causing the basement to fill with water. The only one who ever apologized was the sales person. The field manager would not even come up from the basement and has dodged us since. We also dealt with the VP of Sales, who was completely rude and clearly does not value the customer after the way he spoke to and about us, before he even had all of the information.
