My experience has not been positive. The workers left behind lots of messes. They left black fingerprints everywhere. The plumbing was severely blocked. My toilets backed up into the tub, sink, etc. The plumbing had to be worked on twice. The tree in the front had to be replaced more than once. The garage paint is peeling since I moved in. The carpet has paint drops left by the workers in every room. The nails were sticking up and had to be fixed. Hoping For Better

This was our first new build and it hasn’t been the easiest experience. We have been in the house almost two months and we are still waiting for items to be fixed. For the price we paid for our home, I would have expected the house be to be perfect and the highest quality - something it has not been. I feel as if once the house was bought, we have been forgotten about. Our neighbors are complaining about many of the same items as we are. We had expected issues to be fixed prior to closing and the same items have yet to be completed. I hope that Pulte will in the end fix our issues soon.

The follow up on items that need to be fixed or corrected has not been satisfactory at all. Overall finishes has not been to Pulte standards. Have concerns about the grading of the property matching plot plan.

The closing got delayed for 4 months than the estimate on the purchase agreement, overall the experience is blow the average

The closing got delayed for 4 months than the estimate on the purchase agreement, the builder paid for the rates extension at closing, however, the mortgage team did not set up my unit deep information correctly, and the title team refused to make any changes, although they are under the Pulte group, their cooperation was terrible, no one took responsibility for such mistakes

Dealing with Pulte was one of the worst experiences of my life. We were so excited to get to build our "dream home" and pick everything from ground up. The beginning was fun and easy to deal with. As time went on that's where the undercutting began and Pulte essentially made any and all decisions based on their profitability. Moving into a Pulte Home was a step backward. Reliability and quality are improvable.

With Pulte, I never felt like a valued customer. The construction was several months delayed which made the home several ten thousand dollars more expensive. But, of course, they found reasons why everything was delayed. However, no one could explain why only my home was delayed and not the others on the same street. The quality of products such a engineered hardwood are awfully low. We had a few scratches and broken pieces on upgrade level 3. I have also found broken piece of hardwood glued together. I am not going to bore you with the minutia of my experience. We had over 35 items on our closeout punch list. I work in the construction field and the quality largely depends on the lottery of subcontractors you get for the house. At any point in time the Construction manager has up to 20 homes to keep track of. It felt like because we had committed to the house that you would not get the attention to get your home fixed. My experience with Pulte was less than pleasureable as a 1st time homebuyer. In the beginning my sales agent offered and sold me upgrades & options that were not available for my model. My Pulte sales agent changed and my new agent was rude and basically threatened to cancel my contract, after I questioned changes. They made multiple changes to my options and did provide me any new choices and basically "I have no choice but sign change order or he could just give me earnesr money back, and sell my home to someone else for more money." Overall, the experience was below average. Everything felt rushed, a lot of small details werent explained. When doing walk through, there were too many paint jobs not done, material not yet built and after closing found some main house items missed such as drainage systems. House took over a year to complete! Standard Ascend model, no basement or upstairs. We were rushed to get all our options picked. Contract signed 8/21 but foundation wasn’t laid until 4/22. Cheap quality with uneven walls, floors and other defects

Unsure if all builders are the same but Pulte does not share plans and designs and quality is lacking so, be ready for surprises and oopsies. The irrigation system zones are set up in a way that does not make sense, the sod was set on top of rocks, weed and construction debris. The yard is dramatically uneven. The floor tile is not flat and the wall tile on the backsplash and the showers is worse. I was extremely disappointed in the workmanship of the house, I question why there is clearly NOT a final checklist that someone reviews before a part of the house is ready. The good: The warranty team led by John and the last construction manager Mauricio (our construction manager changed 4 times) are good and responsible people. The bad: Almost everything else. Moved in and had to deal with issues within a month related to build quality that left our new home damaged. Pulte was trying to deflect responsibilities and made the whole experience very frustrating. I don't think I would trust them again and would not recommend them.

House is built. That's about it. Mail never registered address, internet utility missing and no observable progress to rectify the situation, generally good finishing on the house, but many obvious ones that stick out. Slow responses, still too many open and documented matters to address.

I thought the home materials were good quality. Not even a month after moving in the bathroom sink basin got a big Crack. Pulte is unable to fix it because it didn't happen during closing. I doubt I'll buy a Pulte home again. Everyone should beware and pay close attention to the finishes if choosing Pulte.

Stressful process

Pulte share all beautiful things when you make the purchase… but after you sign… begin all the lies about the problems in construction. Pulte don’t give real answer. All excuses. Bad workmanship and materials. We have open like 50 items to replace by warranty. Not small. We have like floor bathrooms, drywalls, paint. So stressful. Pulte it doens't care about all the issues in the community. We hace security problems because the gate is always for construction. And they don’t care.

I moved into my brand new home that was never cleaned after the construction team. I feel as though nothing but your company being paid is a priority and can honestly say I will never buy a Pulte home again. There was nothing enjoyable about this experience.
