The Pulte team was great to work with! From the sales representative to the financing team...everyone was super nice and helpful!

The purchase and building process was on point! Trying to get items that need repair/replaced has been a very slow process!

It took a while to get started but once we did the purchase part was fairly simple. We did have major concerns regarding our lot and the final look of it. Transparency was a huge issue. We were offended by someone from Pulte while trying to resolve the issue and ended up going to the city for help. Our sales contact was relocated after we bought and introduced us to her replacement. However, we had a single email from him and when we asked to meet he couldn't arrange a meeting as he too was moved! Our FM, Chris, was very easy to work with and cooperative. He helped us in every way he could throughout the build. He delivered a complete product as we expected at closing. We would certainly recommend him. AFTER closing we found a couple of things that were not right and not attributabke to our FM but rather to "PULTE design requirements". Our cafe light was not centered and we had to seal our own grout! We are senior citizens and did not expect to have to do this! We are very disappointed with the layout of the kitchen. It is a poor design and not what we expected or were shown by the design center. Because we have a corner lot, and paid an additional fee for it, we were told we would have some extra landscaping there but there is none. We don't really care about not having it but why were we told we would have it? Our mortgage contacts were excellent, helpful, always responsive and a pleasure to work with. We believe a buyer should walk the lot as it will be and it should not change without the buyer being made aware of it. Buyers should not be given a diagram of what their kitchen will look like and then, when it goes in, be told that the diagram really wasn't how it would look. As beautiful as our home is, (thanks to our FM) and given that we do have wonderful neighbors, it was a painful process to get through and we are not certain we would choose to buy again. Had to lock at a higher interest rate & was charged origination fees. Had a salesperson who took pics of progress since we were out of state. Helpful. Also called us bi-monthly to give us updates. Had a two month delay to close due to lack of builder supplies & appliances. Took 7 mos for a tiny home. A lousy lot...

Closing seemed very rushed.

Everything has been good and we are enjoying our new home. We have a few things that we need to have fixed. One item in our house that I feel is not very good quality is the stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It wasn’t cheap to upgrade and the quality is not good. Seems very thin and scratches easily. Seems more like a builder grade and not an upgrade.

Great buy the only thing is that they build the homes too quick that they miss a lot of things before the walk through. Slow to respond n to repair the issues.

Very professional and always available to answer any questions. Bill and Nicholas were awesome to work with.

The construction manager Nathan was really good in solving problems that need his attention. He was very approachable and explained things very nicely. But We are not happy with the quality of paint used (as it peels off just with a touch of hand).

Take a home inspector with you before closing

They build a great home.

This is the worst experkence ever in building a home. They advertose differently than they actually handle the building experience. Do not reccomend.

while we do like our new house there were and still are many frustrations. They still have not finished fixing what they said they were going to and we bought out house a month ago. (and i mean there is a laundry list of things). many of our neighbors have expressed the same frustration and are also still waiting for things to be fixed or finished properly on their houses. the building of the house and buying experience was overall pretty awful. throughout the building process we mentioned several issues very early on that were ignored and we were told by our Pulte real estate agent Sylvie to let them to their work because they "have a process and we need to allow them to do their job." 5 months later a good portion of the house still has flash painting on the ceiling. Our real estate agent Sylvie answered some of our questions we had throughout the process. however, either she lied to us about several issues and/or overall communication within the company is awful? It is not a good sign when one meets with the field manager about concerns of your almost completed house and he has heard nothing about the large issues we have been mentioning since feb/march. we met with her to discuss this and she became so defensive she left the room and never came back. that was in May and we havent heard a peep from her since. not even a congratulations on our new house. Whether she was happy with us or not, there was no excuse for the lack of professionalism we received from her the last month before closing. a tip for buyers: do not sign papers for your house until it is done to your satisfaction! once bought all needs including unfinished tasks are sent to the warranty department. Michelle in warranty has been great and done her best thus far to help us however contractors do not seem to respond to or care about fixing things because they are understaffed and pulte cares more about continuing to build new houses than finish the houses that have been paid for. i would not recommend Pulte ... We have been delighted with the whole process from beginning to end. We are thrilled with our new home.

Proud to say I own my very own Pulte home, here at Canyon Views! Enrique with sales, Mike & Shanna with mortgage and Mike with the construction team. These individuals truly have made this experience outstanding. The memories that will be made in our very first home will last us forever. Huge thank you again to everyone that made this possible within Pulte. First round of drinks are on us, cheers!

Contractor we worked with was amazing and kept us updated every step of the way. The whole team was very responsive and aware of what was going on. Great builder and team!

Make sure you have a good field manager, basically the General Contractor of the build, that has good communication skills. Ours, no longer with the company, only wanted to communicate through phone calls, didn't reply to emails, deflected responsibility, and gave false timelines. We had our "celebration walk" when the home still didn't have water, pass inspections, and receive certificate of occupancy. Told us the closing date had to be pushed out the day after he told us we were "good" to close.

My closing time was one hour late,due to communication with pulti closing staff.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.

We moved into the house about a month ago. Now we started finding furniture dents in carpet pad. Also, cabinet doors are misaligned.

Overall I love my house. The process was a disaster using PULTE’s mortgage company. But the builders were less than responsive. I sent a few emails but never got responses from the builders. The updates along the way from them were non existent. And the design center was the absolute worst. I went with bare minimums due to their lack of professionalism.
