This is our second Pulte home. This time, we purchased one of the models so lots of people had been in the house. Jeff, the sales rep, worked with us on pricing and timing of the purchase. Ryan, the construction manager, did the pre-closing walk-through with us and noted/took care of all the minor issues in a very professional manner.

I give Pulte 4 stars out of 5. I would say we have a good house and it was a good experience, but we weren't blown away. Pulte is a big corporation, so they are efficient but not relational. Plan to stick to the details of the contract. It may be a matter of managing expectations.

It was ok. Pretty painless. The after care seems to be doing ok. I'd probably buy from Pulte again. I'm not sure. Maybe.

Other than dealing with Pulte Mortgage, I had a very good experience buying my home.

Had an amazing experience purchasing our home. Everyone is very attentive from sales to design to the actual builders. We are so happy with our beautiful new home!

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic I am happy with the whole process from finance to the builders. I appreciated the open communication and weekly updates whatever questions and concerns I had they were addressed and corrected in a timely manner..

If you buy a Pulte home you will hear a lot of “ I am sorry”... and no action. For example, they painted the entire inside of the house the wrong color ...they were “sorry” after we pointed out the mistake. They installed the wrong garage door in March and we pointed the mistake out in March...The correct door was not ordered until June 3!! They are “sorry”....They were suppose to put brick around the front door but put siding....We pointed out the mistake...after arguing about it, they said “sorry” and corrected it....and the list goes on.!! They are sorry that they can’t get problems corrected; they are busy!!! WE are sorry that we bought a Pulte home!! ... More

From start to finish, this was a great experiencing building our new home. The Pulte team was great and very attentive to all of our questions.

The entire Pulte team made this buying experience seamless. Always quick to answer any questions and/or concerns, giving me updates with the progress all the way to closing. The sales team was exceptional and very professional at all times. The builders were always available even after I moved in to help with any issues, giving me the 5 ***** treatment. For instance, my builder gave me all the serial numbers on all the appliances making signing up with each vendor's warranty easier to enroll. Because of my buying experience, the quality of the home and the location of Gregg Ranch to Marble Falls and Austin, I now know 6 friends building a home in Gregg Ranch. None of Pulte sales or construction people knew when I would close. Offered my neighbor upgrades to compensate for delays but didn't offer me nothing. I was discriminated against. My home was vandalized after I signed. A day later notified Construction Manager Joed and sales Susan and NO took responsibility for the damages done to my home. They verbally/written told me the house was in there possession. So admittedly they knew they were at fault for damages they caused intentional. Pulte lacks in many areas from inspection of constructors workmanship to training employees sales and construction managers. I had to pay cash to the Construction Manager to clean up the vandalism. Joed yelled at me in front of my young child with the Warranty Manager and Construction Supervisor present like I did anything wrong but point out their negligence. Pulte has sloppy construction and contractors who do the minimum to get a house built than Im forced to work with one Warranty person to correct several issues with all different contractor who may not be well educated in correcting problems in one visit. For example my thermostat is not working properly and it takes 5 times for anyone to correct the issue by replacing a faulty thermostat. When asked to speak to a supervisor no one ever calls back but Im sure they all get paid for not responding. Pulte is definitely not worth wasting time and money in! ... More

All their staff we dealt with are professional If they said they would do it they delivered on their promise

Great builder but performing extra checks once things are complete could be an area for improvement.

We love our home & the actual building process was great. We had a great sales rep & field manager that were professional, informed, and super helpful throughout. Now that we've been in our home a little over a month, we've reported minor things that need fixed on several occasions and haven't been able to get much of a response. We notified our field manager, customer care coordinator, filed claims online and have still not gotten anything resolved & barely a response back. I know the market is crazy right now & tons of homes are being built so they're very busy, but I'm honestly shocked and a bit hurt by the blatant disregard. At this point, I'd say that overall Pulte is great up until closing. Once they have your money & everything's signed, it seems like they no longer care about how they treat you. I have no regrets about anything, am just a little disappointed. I expected more.. ... More

Sales team was very kind and helpful.

Through every step of the process, from the initial sales process through financial, building and closing we had the best customer experience we have ever had with a builder. The level of care and customer service was absolutely excellent. Even after the closing, we have experience the absolute best in customer care.

So far, quality of home is better than previous home from lower cost builder. However construction process was a nightmare.

Reliable, truthfulness, informative. no pains on material purchasing, delivered expected product. Outstanding from beginning to closure process.

EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH...BUT THE SOD COMPANY THEY USE ,,I REALLY DO NOT LIKE...ITS JUST OK,,THATS MY ONLY HANG UP...

Great build and quality materials! Worth every penny.
