Beautiful home, but moved in with multiple issues. Construction and cleaning crew did a poor job leaving paint spatters throughout the house on the outlets, carpet, windows, and tile floors. It took 2 months to get water heater to work properlt and two main walls downstairs are visibily bowed. Warranty officer is extremely responsive and has resolved issued quickly as trades are available, but shouldn't have to fix so many problems prior to us moving in...

Be sure to ask to see a house with the brick you choose (rather than select from pictures) because they wouldn’t take responsibility when the brick thye planned to put up was completely different from what we had selected, even though they hadn’t even started to put it up yet.

Bring T square to check Pillars and walls. Verify WIFI. Provide options to add a couple cabinets and move accessories to desired.

Not impressed with this home.

Overall nice home but they do not allow for ANY customization which is a significant disappointment considering how expensive these homes are. They have a decent selection of finishes, but upgrades are costly from base selection and even basic items are costly to upgrade. Overall feel of house is nice and would only change a few things like increase the size of the garage and adjust layout of the basement if the builder would allow. Absolutely avoid Pulte Mortgage at all costs.

There are a few minor and relatively low cost things that Pulte could do that would greatly increase the quality and experience of the home. The overall build quality is as expected though.

Very disappointed with the amount of issues that the home had since moving in, and the amount of time it is taking to get these issues addressed and resolved. My closing date was 11/15/19, and as of now (1/08/20)I still have approximately 20 items on my list that I continue emailing to your team on a weekly basis. Quite a few of these issues were pointed out prior to moving in, and did not get addressed at the time. Anderson has been proactive with trying to help to get issues resolved, however most of them should of been resolved prior to closing.

We are happy with our new home, but the build process wasn’t seamless. We are still fixing issues after move-in.

Overall house looks good and build quality is okay, but the upgrade options looks way cheaper than the price charged

Had some major issues prior to closing. Gave Pulte more then a month of heads up. Was told it will be taken care of. It of course was not done prior to closing. Now months after moving in still dealing with people coming in and out getting things done. Not talking about punch list, paint areas type of items. Major headache for something that could have been addressed prior to me moving in. Pulte is doing what they said they would but I am having to constantly remind and send emails to ensure that things get done. I am having to project manage basically and stay on top of things which should have been done prior to move in. I do not think I would build with Pulte again. Premium price for average to below average quality of finish. For sure do not get their options! Do it yourself through contractors after close and save yourself the extra headache and $$$. ... More

Overall, the home is great! The design studio was amazing and staff super friendly. Kerry was very helpful at answering our questions and making sure our home had the specific upgrades we wanted. However, we closed on the home from across the US and there were still many things wrong when we moved in. There were many issues flagged during the walk through that were supposed to be fixed, but were not. We are trying to put in warranty calls, but no one answers and the automated system doesn't allow for voicemails. Stepping on nails/carpet tacs in each doorway, severely cracked granite countertop, and a giant spot on the outside of the home that needs painted... no answers! Be sure to ask who is going to be your neighbor, if they will give you the info. I have people above me who have handicap needs and the noise level is at times very high. Either more insulation is needed between floors or should be covered in carpeting....

The amount that I paid for my home I would think that it would have been very close to perfect but there are many minor things wrong that add up in time getting them repaired. I haven't reached out to warranty yet to get them fixed, but I am sure hoping that they will make everything right. There were some pretty big hiccups along the way that I had to fight for them to fix and make right.

Should have 3 total walk throughs. Because when work isn’t done at 2nd walk through...and you are heading to closing, it puts you in a bind.

It’s taken quite a while to get my warranty issues resolved and it’s difficult to get return calls. I have requested 3 warranty issues be resolved in mid November and only one has been fixed.

Love how well built the house is structurally. The finish work is lacking however. Paint spots, overspray, rough baseboards etc... The final 2-3 weeks seemed rushed - and it shows.

The experience didn’t feel personal. For the amount we are paying for the house I expected better communication and follow up from Pulte’s end. I also expected better results from the vendors you used. It felt as if they didn’t care and our home wasn’t really a priority for them with how careless they were with some of their work. Pulte could do a better job with following up on your vendors worksmanship.

Overall building quality is fine. Minor issues but response from warranty could be a little better

I still don’t have a mailbox! I was told it would be about 3 weeks. It is now 2 months. They put up a temporary but the post office will not deliver. I have to go to the post office to get my mail. I called but still no resolve.

There was a lot of little issues where there was splash paint in the floor or tiles. It seemed to have been rushed out, hence not a thoughtful process.

Home was not cleaned as expected. Since we had to be out of the area until move in, we were not ready for the movers to bring things into the new home. Wall dust was everywhere and many areas had not received a final wipe down after walkthrough as directed.

My whole experience so far has been up to par but when i did have issues and submitted thise issue for inquiry on 11/18/19 they have yet to be addressed. I do have an appointment for resolution on 12/20/19.

When I did the walk through I did realize there was so many issue with the house. I moved in and immediately found several poor workmanship problems that had to be fixed. The good thing thing is Pulte has a good warranty team/program.

Major plumbing issues causing flooding within the first 2 weeks and washer stopped working after 1 month. We know of 2 other homeowners with plumbing issues upon closing. Employees are friendly but company policies and procedures prevent adequate more customer service.

Love the home....'however' in one day and at the same time I had 4 contractors here fixing things that should never have needed fixing. Replace the mirror in master because of defects, 'repairing' master marble sink (what, its supposed to be brand new?), fixing shoddy drywall, repair sliding glass door. Truly believe Pulte purchases '2nds' and uses them in new homes to cut costs. A number of items in my home that needed replaced, repaired should never have been in a new home. Have spent a lot of time with people in and out getting stuff fixed and then discovering more. You begin to feel like a chronic complainer.
