Be careful, get everything in writing! They will promise you everything but then not deliver as promised, unless its in writing !

Overall decent house, they cut corners where they can. Trades need to be watched lights not centered, toilet not centered. Tough to get them to respond to issues.

Fair at best. Typically, no response unless repeated messages sent over days. Also, the various workers did not take pride in their work. They just wanted to get the work done as fast as possible and not make an effort to do a good job.

issue missed in walkthrough and warranty service is rejected(very frustrating)

The sales experience, especially with Darla, was excellent—she was extremely helpful throughout the pre-sales process, and I have no complaints there. However, I was quite disappointed with the walkthrough process. There were clearly visible issues that were missed during the walkthrough. When we noticed one of them just three days after closing and submitted a warranty service request, it was rejected by the service manager, Nathan Lawrence. This has been very frustrating. Given the circumstances, I would like to escalate this matter to senior leadership at Pulte for further review.

Looks beautiful on the outside

Overall the house is great but there are many quality issues we have discovered. To start, the vanity lights in 2 of our bathrooms have fallen out. Our living room carpet is so thin, we can feel the nail strip underneath. The kids have had multiple injuries since they don’t typically wear socks or shoes in the house. Under our basement carpet floor, we can feel Little Rocks so it doesn’t seem like the floor was cleaned prior to laying the carpet. Our door locks have to be positioned a certain way in order to lock properly. And lastly, Some of the trim does not meet the floor.

Attempts to be a high quality builder and put customer concerns first but falls flat on the execution. Their website experience is a mess with multiple redundancies, the finance side of our purchase was a disaster with poor communications that impacted our closing date, and in terms of build quality- it is slightly above average. I am still waiting for warranty claims to be addressed after 3 months. They strive for excellence and have great staff that work hard but it falls flat.

Quick building process. TERRIBLE follow up on punch list.

Our salesperson was excellent to work with and a great communicator. The building side, not so much. Why? Because there is no follow up. What good is a warranty or punch list, if they are ignored after they are recorded? We still have missing items and quality problems. Over promised and under delivered.

Very rigid in choices. Would have liked to pay for options we presented. I.e. paint colors within Sherwin Williams paint brand which you use. Instead we had to pay after closing to have walls painted colors we chose from Sherman Williams. Also, not meeting ada requirements. I.e. shower stalls. The given one is very tiny. Will not allow for shower seat for handicap. For the $$$, very dissapointed. Would like more options. Also, wheelchairs do not fit through doorways, too tight of turns. Had to take doors off to maneuver! Pathways tight and tiny. Definitely not ada or senior complient. ...

We were excited to buy a home and thought we were going with a builder that stood by their product. There so many thing you are not able to see until you move into a house and the experience with the warranty group has been lack luster. So far the responses we have received start with "that is not under warranty" even though the installation was done wrong. I have submitted warranty requests and did not get a response until I went to the sales office. Brandon, the sales rep was not the best to work with. Information was left out, which led to issues during the building process and the close. Other than that, experience was good. The design center was a cool experience, didn't have everything we wanted with their options, but it worked out well and happy with the home.

The quality of construction much lower then expected. Pulte uses the cheap materials, the worst appliances such as refrigerator, dish washer, dryer. Subcontractors don't know how to connect it the right way. Most walls are not level, tapers do inside corners of the wall as round, joint tape is visible, painters pint with dirty rollers that all walls have dust under the pain, base bords painted over the dirt from the not swiped floors. Electricians can't install outlets in one level, all outlets above the counter top in different level up to 1" and 1/2. Carpenters installed all doors not ...

Overall, fairly happy with the build quality of the house. Were not happy at all with the level of cleanliness and finish when we moved in, and the process of getting them to come fix issues is like pulling teeth. We've had to do a lot of the work ourselves, which is unacceptable for a house at this price point. Wish we could give a better review, but Pulte leaves us with little choice.

The sales staff was great the rest of the process was awful I wish there was a do over financing process because I hate what I settled for to get the job done and underwriting were terrible. I was expecting that Pulte would give us a good quality build but it’s not up to my expectations. There are so many imperfections we could notice once we moved in . After rain there are so many leaks in our house and backyard was not graded properly , highly disappointed with Pulte and its quality . Should have gone with some other builder .

Not all available options were mentioned at the beginning, and I only became aware of the limitations with the selection options later, when opting out was no longer possible. Furthermore, I had a very negative experience when I tried to work with a broker, as I was denied that option without any way to opt out. Overall, the sales process was not as transparent as I had expected.

This is my 3rd and final Pulte home purchase. My first house in 2003 was amazing built. The quality was remarkable. My second house in 2019 was aweful quality. The cheapest possible to get buy. The 3rd and final was the worst yet. Anything to save .10 somewhere. Las Vegas has the worst quality of water due to hardness and they did not include a water loop which is very expensive to install later. Unacceptable. The upgrades were things that could easily be upgraded later and they put the cheapest items in that cannot be replaced or upgraded like a stainless steal ugly sink. Soft close ...
