Home was finished over a month late due to multiple avoidable delays, most of which occurred due to lack of time management and communication by the builder. Will never build with or recommend anyone to build with Pulte.

Wes Toombs and Dale were both wonderful- couldn’t haven done it without their help- thank you both for all the hard work and support!

I will never build with Pulte again or during a pandemic

The builder is forced to employ subs that are not the quality that we experienced with our prior Pulte Homes. Pulte appears to be pushing its subs to get things done quicker rather than better. Pulte appears to rely on its post settlement process of repairing and/or replacing items or workmanship that should have been done right in the first place. The process simply stated is that you tell us what is wrong and we will check it out and get it corrected as soon as we can (which is not necessarily quickly). We would have to give much thought before we would purchase another Pulte Home.

Great experience and responsiveness to issues.

I'd say Pulte is good but not great. It's like eating fast food. Some of it might taste good, but it's far from eating at a nice restaurant. It's just a matter of how many hairs you find in your food.

Honestly, we love the house, but it was the people that really made the experience what it was. Wayne Austin was our sales rep and we really enjoyed our time with him. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the houses, and we just loved talking to him to general. Smyth Redfern was in charge of the home building and he was super impressive. Spent lots of time with us and educated us on the house and kept us updated on the progress. Also, someone we genuinely enjoyed talking to. We love our new house and it was a great experience all around.

Working with Mauro (Field Manager) Nicholas (Sales Person) was great. Whenever I had concerns they both was there to assure me everything would work out.

Painting quality is low. I'm noticing a lot of imperfections in painting.

While the initial process was fantastic- we were soon shifted to another sales agent and a CM who was very unresponsive to our requests and issues at the beginning. I had to go above their heads multiple times to try and get things accomplished- This company will NOT share anyone above them with you- so you have to investigate yourself. While our home is beautiful, there are so many small things that really added up. We never really felt like anyone cared much for our concerns til I made a much bigger deal of them than I should have needed to. It is very disheartening to spend that kind of money on a home, only to be met with consistent "no's" unless I supremely pushed. The lack of attention to detail is glaring and can be seen in so many spots in our home. I get they arent custom, but that does not mean that you should take shortcuts to save a buck or a moment. Its obnoxious how many items we needed to clean up after them on, fix after market, and beg them not to do during the process. ... More

All models with small sandwiched furnace rooms beware of furnace noise issues.

Nice having a brand new home however, quality is not great. Unmatched paint issues, service issues, carelessness.

We were kept informed of the happening on weekly basis. We could see the home getting build

In the first week our house flooded because someone disconnected the drain in the wall by the laundry. We’ve had very little response or help to get the damage finished. From no show appointments to miscommunication. We still have sections of our house we can’t use.

So happy to be in my new home. It’s beautiful inside and out, and the community is an added bonus.

We have been living in our new home for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it. The whole process start to finish was very smooth. The model we chose is very modern, and great for families. The walk in pantry and oversized mudroom is great to have with small children. We also love the planning center incorporated into the layout. It makes a great office while our flex room is being used as a playroom. It will make a great homework station when the kids are older and the flex room becomes an office. Only thing I wish was different is we had more time to think about structural options. We got the list of options at the meeting to sign our contract, So we had about an hour to go through the list and decide what we wanted. We wanted to add in vaulted ceilings 2 days later and were told it was too late, Which is okay. I just wish we had a few days to really think about it. Over all we are incredibly happy with out pulte experience. Our sales consultant was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. The building crew was also great. Love the plan and the neighborhood, but beware - they were not great on correcting issues. We’ve built multiple times but this is the first time we’ve ever had a builder admit that something was constructed incorrectly and then ask us if we would rather correct it ourselves. About half of the issues they just never fixed, and getting an escalation contact was next to impossible.

It was a flawless experience from the beginning, we are super happy with the results

Quality is mediocre. The mailboxes are unbelievably too far from the home.

The upgrades are minimal for the price you pay. The Team clearly is interested in volume over quality. Have already had multiple service calls for tons of minor things. They have been resolved but just a hassle. Also have a major drainage issue on both sides of my property as well as both sides of my neighbors do as well. Common issue in the community however they are laying down drainage is terrible.

Contacting the office and emailing the person and not getting reply. On a almost 3 weeks long issue

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. These two general issues caused a large amount of distress in the home buying experience - making it a day to day nightmare. Within this, the quality of the home is fairly low budget. Upgraded toilets are cheap, not non-handle water savers, white rubber plumbing fixtures are used, a low volt transformer for your door bell that won’t even accommodate the Nest Bell, low budget cabinet where you’re forced to spend over $10k to even start to get soft close hinges, texture spray on the wall is awful, low quality doors for the rooms, terrible splitting framing around the doors, a garage header frame that was built over and inch off so the front of the house looks crooked and on and on. Pulte has employed field managers who just talk you into how to accept the warranty issue instead of insisting on repair (a warranty issue takes 30 days to repair). The field manager also wanted us to move in without our refrigerator that we upgraded through Pulte. In short, I would never buy another Pulte home in this market and equate its product to a budget builder where it charges handsomely for the home and increase upgrade prices every month. I can say, I had to threaten to take legal action because of all the issues and the response I was getting from both the sales tram and the field manager. One employee, the construction manager stepped in and toon action and has been a very good job addressing the layers layers of issues with this home. ... More
