Total lack of consideration for the home owner dragging out multiple repairs and no one cares…knowing what I know now I would have went a different route. I tried to get out of this before the lot was cleared but I was assured everything would workout perfect lol far cry from perfect or acceptable. Only thing WW has going on is the environment of the area outside of that forget it. I’m sorry exhausted from waiting inspecting and nothing happening and if they come to repair one thing they damage another it’s very sad. Warranty warranty is what I’m told you have a warranty I told them I didn’t buy a warranty I bought a home that’s suppose to have the same craftsmanship as the model??? No one wants to hear that only they’ll fix it. I looked at many many homes before buying new construction and I wish I have made a different choice after the fact. During my process I’ve had many contacts changed some communicate some don’t and your left to guess. No one talks to each other they have no idea who or when someone is at your home and the contractors have no idea why they are there unfortunately they speak no english so again nothing gets done. From the beginning no one seemed to know what they are doing or how to answer questions. Right before our closing date 10 months in they would several water leaks all over the house and mold so they had to ripe out the walls and treat for mold several times. We were told the mold was gone and we had a new closing date so we had a home inspection done only to find the attic was not treated and there was still mold in there. So I was fine with all of this but my issues is that their trades men worked in our house for almost 4 months around our upgrades and there are blemishes on everything. We paid 120,785 to literally upgrade everything ion our house and by the time we moved in our floors and counters had issue they wont fix. But that's not even my biggest issue, anywhere you walk in our kitchen or living room either our kitchen island or living room table rattle. They blame it on floating floors but your floors should not vibe everything around it when you walk. They have said they will fix it but this is yet to be seen. I think if you are going to preach quality you should take your time and build quality, not rush so you can more houses super fast to make the most money possible. ... More

Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

The process from start to finish was very manageable. My home is beautiful and it was nice to be able to design it. The builders team was amazing by the end of the process they felt like friends and continue to impress us even after closing.

Great experience working with all the different teams at Pulte from sales, design, build teams through customer support. Being 1100 miles away during the build was tough but the Pulte team helped ease the anxiety and kept us up to date as we progressed.

A lot of promises are made throughout the process and the end result eventually meets expectations but there are a lot of shortfalls and required followup to get there.

We highly recommend Pulte and our neighborhood. Our field and sales manager were wonderful, provided timely updates on the home process and any items we brought to their attention. We love our home and are very thankful for their hardwork!

It’s wonderful to be in a brand new home. Unfortunately, that gets ruined when you spend the first couple months constantly finding all of the poor workmanship that wasn’t caught during your brief final inspections. Walls out of square, sloppy craftsmanship all over the place, broken doors, drawers, and cabinets. Very slow response to get anything taken care of. If you’re thinking of building a new home in the Indianapolis area, go with anyone other than Pulte. You’ll be happy you did.

Terrible, worst home we have ever built, terrible quality, over promise under deliver, just awful!

Excellent customer service and quality builds!

We have been informed of weekly progress, updates and what is the coming up. What we have seen is the material used is great quality, the workman ship is Ok. There are small issues we informed and Denver has been great to work through to get them fixed in timely manner.

Every thing went good. I would recommend my friends to go with Pulte homes.

The team working on our home was great!!! They were super responsive with any questions we had. They really took the time to get to know us. We were excited about building and customizing our home. The team took it to the next level by getting to know us and really working to make our home ours.

Overall I’m pleased with the new home but certain things should have been done prior to closing. Certain paint did not match in some spots. Still waiting on the stainless steel refrigerator and it’s been almost 2 months.

Yes we are happy
