Still long way to go for the quality improvement and responsiveness. Strong impression that your goal is just to get an approval signature without listening to the customers' issues afterwards. Pulte still lacks of providing reliable home quality to the customer satisfaction with making the reasonable profits instead of ripping off the customers.

My gave my overall buying experience a 2 star it might have been lower based on the actual house but my loan processor Ray did a good job and others I spoke with in the office including management and title were very helpful . Our builder did communicate well up until we had issues that we still need to be fixed on the final walk through. We we able to purchase a spec home, we were able to see it from the framing stage and on. The framing seemed completed with quality. However once drywall went on and the end stages of the house started coming together is where I had to monitor the house closely. There is absolutely no pride in anyone’s work anymore. Thank god I was able to walk the home on a daily basis. Garrage door broke just next day , kitchen trolleys broken within the week , dry walls gets impact even for small punch , plugs not working , customer care do not pick up phone , emails dont getvresponses and ask photo for every complaint. Builder team and construction manager were very impressive with their responsiveness. Sales person was extremely pushy and arrogant, always thinking highly of himself. Pultes construction quality is subpar, there is a lot of rattle and shaky parts in this house. Regret going with this builder, mistakes were made.

I moved few months ago and I have had several issues with the quality of workmanship and customer service of Pulte. They are nice houses from outside but after moving in you will realize the quality of their work is horrible. We had work through with the builder who promised to fix the issues found. I loved the design and quality of the model home. However, what I received was quite the opposite. The construction team appeared to focus only on cost and timing. The quality of workmanship was less than poor both external and internal. Issues that were identified at the walkthrough were not corrected. The internal painting is horrific. We had a bad experience with Pulte. We have walked into Pulte Sales office with specific requirements (lots with flatter backyard) and was routed to the available lots saying the requirements are met with those lots. The lots were considerably flatter when we signed the contract. To my surprise, just a week before closing they made it so steep that all we have is less than 25% usable backyard. We feel like we have been deceived and cheated. We invest our hard earned money to get this outcome. It is not just me, there are several others who have this issue. I would not recommend Pulte.

Very poor quality of workmanship overall - few examples include very bad cutting of the roof for pipes out, drywall finish around windows, baseboard footer, staircase railing, sod foundation, appliances not fixing firm in its place and many more. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process with Pulte. The home was built in poor condition. I had to submit many warranty claims. They are responsive but considering i have only been in my house a month its horrible. At closing i was given keys that didn't work. I couldn't sleep in my room for the first week due to issues that weren't taken care of. Overall if you decide to go with Pulte please inspect and follow through. If i had to do it again i would not purchase with Pulte.

Our neighborhood has experienced so many issues. The only thing I can say good is location - close to everything. Everything else has truly been a nightmare. I don’t know if I’ve met a neighbor who had a good building experience. It seems they hire workers who don’t care about the work they do and then they have no quality controls in place to make sure work is being done correctly. And these are expensive houses! I would never build with Pulte again after my experience.
