We always had to initiate communication to find out what was going on. Our house took 2 months longer than expected, but at no point we’re we reached out to to be made aware of this extension our original estimate just came and went. When we did our celebration and pointed out items that needed fixed Steven said he would be “living at our house the next couple of days to get things done.” I’m sure he didn’t do that as many of the items were not completed. We had to close with items not installed and had to wait several days for them to be installed. Then they weren’t installed correctly.

Make sure you double check all your sales options from the very beginning. Mistakes can be made and you have to live with them. Our construction manager was awesome and easy to work with. We had a contractor come into the house shortly after it was built to do some work for us and he commented on numerous things that were done very well in the house, which made us feel really good about the purchase as he didn’t have to say that. When you go to Pick your colors and materials for the house it is a three hour session, get as much information upfront as possible from the sales people so you know what you’re looking at before you get there. You’ll spend too much time searching through things you could’ve looked at prior to getting there. Pulte could have a better set up if they put things on their website and allowed you to click through them. All in all we feel the house is an excellent home and our experience was a decent one. There were bumps and sales people could have been better, but our Construction manager was awesome and we love the house. In the end, I think that is all that matters. ... More

Mediocre quality and follow through from construction team! Pulte should do a better job upfront instead of sending subcontractors to constantly correct their mistakes.

Well built house, great value. Great warranty service from Ed and Luisa. Great help from Melissa. We were disappointed with the painting, slightly with the drywall and electrical boxes. Warranty service techs have been outstanding. Our independent inspector said it was one of the best built houses he has seen.

As a first time homebuyer, very satusfied with the entire buying, construction and closing process. Cindy and Cynthia from sales team were excellent. Great experience with customer service team including the Customer Server Manager Norman.

Everything has been going well with our new house, couple of issues but Pulte was quick to respond and take care of it.

When you do your walk through make sure you pay attention to everything.

The Sales Team and the Construction Team were great to work with and very supportive throughout the process. They were responsive to concerns and addressed them. They have continued to be supportive even after closing.

I have been in my new home for 3 months and have yet to be fully settled in the house. My floors were not to standards and what is worst the “replacement” has been just as bad; now I am waiting to get my floor redone again. My wife and I have noticed the workmanship was not as good in other areas but the main thing that stood out was the bad tile work. The responsiveness has not been up to par when asking for something to get fixed.

We did not have a great experience in buying this home as from the beginning we had issues with the Field Manager(not mentioning the name as requested).There has been times where we have pointed out many issues and it has been resolved after a lot of emails ( and arguments always happened not thru email but face to face) specially in the yard grading , water accumulation in front of the house in Caul-de -sac where mosquitos are breeding and not safe for the neighborhood(when we approached the customer care they mentioned that accumulation of water is because of Dandi bags .No dandi bag is there atall as all grass has been laid ,still there is water accumulation converted to slime), the AC vent does not cool the master bedroom. Apart from this anytime we bring issues to the Field Manager, instead of handling the situation he tells in front of other contractors working in the site that "we are putting words in the contactors mouth", he is "running out of explanation" etc etc. He talks in a very bad way and also regarding the grading issues in the backyard he said that even if we get it inspected from 3rd party contractor he will do nothing about it . Many of our friends have moved to Pulte because we always had great word but with personal experience we will never recommend it to anyone. Great updates with pictures - The entire building process was very easy as a customer!

Sales experience started off good however mistakes are made on Pulte’s sales staff part. The way it was handled it was unfortunately very displeasing and unprofessional. There so cold “IN-house” Pulte Mortgage team was very condescending, Contradictory & Arrogant in their delivery of messages, Almost as though you are wasting their time or bothering them! The only bright light was the builder who tried to do his best in his Construction crew making structural mistakes however eventually most issues, got handled.

During closing, we found quite a few issues: floor edges broken and pop up, stain on the quartz top of pantry, two windows are broken, lawn is not done yet. Now there has been one and half month after closing, some issues has not be solved yet. The floor has been installed again but there are still several pieces having issues, broken windows are still there..

We closed escrow on 5/10 and have not yet moved in (today is 7/11). In the 8 weeks of availability for the walk thru items to be completed, they are not. This is not an impressive way to build trust with customers. We are less than impressed.

Make sure that the house is completely done before you sign off, regardless of promises. We are still waiting for fixes to be completed.

Outstanding quality of building materials and attention to detail. First rate experieence all the way

For a track home builder the quality was good. The field rep was good at making sure issues were identified and fixed. The finish carpentry was good, and the home seems very well insulated and air tight. On hot days we can just open the windows at night and then close them in the day and the house stays comfortable. No major issues and we are very happy with the house, I'm not sure you can better value for the price we paid. My wife loves the kitchen, good options we're available and the finish product was well done.

Steven has been great about taking care of any issues we've had with our home. I inspect homes all day in my line of work and Steven has been great about paying close attention to detail and scheduling corrections / repairs as needed. All the "issues" we've had are minor, in my opinion. I know he oversees a significant amount of homes and so it has been great to see him be quick to respond. This has been the 2nd house we've built, 1st with Pulte, and my wife and I have been pleased to have them build us our beautiful home.

If you like communication, you won’t get it. Sub contractors take no pride their work. If it’s good enough that’s all that matters. Paid a lot of money to have the house interior painted. It’s the worst paint I’ve ever seen. I can never get a response to issues from anyone about issues that need handled for warranty or repairs…starting to get angry at this point.
