Typical issues have risen since purchasing but the final walkthrough was horrible. Pulte Construction Manager was at first very responsive to things, generally; but, 3 months after purchase, Crickets/non responsive. Still finding defects! Kitchen cabinets are cheap builder grade (wish I inspected these before buying! Whomever designed this kitchen should stop drinking on the job or get more rest; home builder Pulte should be ashamed of this build! Cabinet's are some thin cheap S! If you are buying a house from Pulte finance it thru another mortgage company. We have always gone with rocket mortgage but decided to give them a try worst decision I ever made. They never communicated with each other and they had 5 months to get their crap together on the day of the signing of the house. They told us they had an issue with our paper work and we were told that it was a possibility that we were not going to get the house. The process started off well but went downhill starting with the mortgage process. Had things missing inside. Air conditioner had issues. They seem to care a lot in the selling process, but after built and in home it is not as great.

We experienced numerous issues, and the response time was very slow. Some of the problems remain unresolved. They provided many excuses, but honestly, most of them seemed unreasonable. You need to be assertive with your requests. I believe the main office is unaware of what is happening at the local sites, as it is a large company operating nationwide. I doubt the people at headquarters understand the situation here.

Good sales folks | good house | but poor workmanship

I moved into my Pulte home about two months ago. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there have been several issues that I believe are worth mentioning: 1. Leaking shower – It took nearly two months to get this addressed, though it was eventually fixed. 2. Material quality – Some of the finishes feel quite cheap. For instance, the shower rods and towel bars keep coming loose. They’ve been fixed, but the poor installation quality makes this a recurring problem. 3. We did everything remotely. From the design choices to the final walk through. We didn't see the house until after close. We are very disappointed with the placement of internet/cable connection and the electrical outlet placement in both the living room and bedroom. The internet/cable connection and the electrical isn't next to each other in either room. Very very disappointed. I believe the project manager should have noticed that and had it corrected

The sales rep, mortgage lender were all very nice. The problems came after. The contractor did not fix everything he said he would. He then ghosted us. We had to file warranty claims and of course they couldn’t all come at the same time so I had to take multiple days off from work and one time a worker stepped through our ceiling causing another thing that needed to be fixed. I finally just gave up. The counter tops chipped (in like three different spots) in the first two months. We were told the counter tops were very durable but obviously not. Lot Issues

The home itself has been decent, other than the exposed nail heads in my shingles and missing flashing. The lot is absolutely terrible. The lot floods with each rain and is a sponge for days afterwards. When landscaping we found sliding, nails, screws, and a huge amount of rocks under the sod. I expressed my lot concerns with Pulte multiple times and it was dismissed as a non issue. I will continue to collect documentation for future disputes under the “Right to Repair Act” if action isn’t taken from Pulte regarding the lot.

Fair at best. Typically, no response unless repeated messages sent over days. Also, the various workers did not take pride in their work. They just wanted to get the work done as fast as possible and not make an effort to do a good job.

The sales experience, especially with Darla, was excellent—she was extremely helpful throughout the pre-sales process, and I have no complaints there. However, I was quite disappointed with the walkthrough process. There were clearly visible issues that were missed during the walkthrough. When we noticed one of them just three days after closing and submitted a warranty service request, it was rejected by the service manager, Nathan Lawrence. This has been very frustrating. Given the circumstances, I would like to escalate this matter to senior leadership at Pulte for further review.

Looks beautiful on the outside

Overall the house is great but there are many quality issues we have discovered. To start, the vanity lights in 2 of our bathrooms have fallen out. Our living room carpet is so thin, we can feel the nail strip underneath. The kids have had multiple injuries since they don’t typically wear socks or shoes in the house. Under our basement carpet floor, we can feel Little Rocks so it doesn’t seem like the floor was cleaned prior to laying the carpet. Our door locks have to be positioned a certain way in order to lock properly. And lastly, Some of the trim does not meet the floor.

Attempts to be a high quality builder and put customer concerns first but falls flat on the execution. Their website experience is a mess with multiple redundancies, the finance side of our purchase was a disaster with poor communications that impacted our closing date, and in terms of build quality- it is slightly above average. I am still waiting for warranty claims to be addressed after 3 months. They strive for excellence and have great staff that work hard but it falls flat.
