An experience that was scheduled to be a pleasant one turn out to be simply terrible.

Hunter’s Run is a great place to live. Pulte Homes works with the entirety of the Pulte Group organization to bring a great experience to those wishing to live there. My wife and I love our home, and know Pulte is still here for us to help us navigate our new home.

The sales process went well; however, there should be better explanation of options and what exactly each option includes (or doesn't). The model home included some features that were not marked as options but were not included in my home's plan. For example, I purchased the optional spindles for the stairway, only to find out later, than only half the stairs would have spindles, although the complete stairway in the model had them. The home itself is beautiful, and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, follow-up deteriorated rapidly after closing. I understand there are labor and supply issues, but two months after closing some move-in punch list items remain unaddressed. And now I'm being told some things that were wrong at move-in now are "not warranted." For example, the landscapers planted a dead bush, which now is my problem. There are chips in the driveway that are "not warranted." I have not received the correct stove and a damaged microwave hasn't been replaced. I know there are appliance shortages, but I have received no information at all re an eta on these items. I think Pulte's outstanding reputation is slipping, probably due to some factors beyond their control. Don't get me wrong, overall the home is great and most workmanship is excellent. Overall quality of material is cheap. Sub contractors do very minimal to pass. Paint overspray on new LVP floor. Scuffs on new LVP floor. Paint on outlet covers. Hard chunks of plaster under carpeting. Finish on garage floor poor quality. New home we has to spend a month cleaning due to above issues. I can see the joint lines on my ceiling. Pulte Mortgage...worst experience EVER and we have built 6 new homes over the years. JOB site supervisors...EXCELLENT, great to work with!!!!

Very helpful, honest, and all around great people seem to work for Pulte. Our sales person Carlos was in constant communication and was on top of even the smallest request, our field manager Dean is still very helpful and happy to chat when we see him around the neighborhood. These guys definitely seem to know their stuff and won’t hesitate to answer a seemingly dumb question or even lend a hand trying to bring an oversized package into the house/garage. I wish i could give no stars but the review has to be submitted and so gave that one. The cheapest quality of home for the price paid and staff makes sure to give you enough pressure from the time dealing with sales agent to closing and beyond. Never again, can find such dreadful experience.

People at Pulte are friendly and respond to us promptly. Quality of work is good. Good company.

Wondering if they are doing quality control, kitchen cabinets have a lot of dents, tears and almost no door handle are straight! Cabinets installed in the wrong direction, holes made on the bottom of the cabinet and when reported, poorly patched it and made new holes thinking this is acceptable! Mirror in bathrooms looks used and have chips! Wood stairs have visible nails everywhere and some coming out and cutting your feet! Spindles are not properly fixed, promising date for completion, nobody shows up or call and then no follow up are made, and answer to messages or emails look optional, I don’t have all day so I’ll stop here!!!! ... I'm very happy with my home. I got exactly what I asked for. Good communication during the construction. Pulte keeps you informed all the way through the construction process. I used Pulte's associate companies for Mortgage, Insurance and Title... same kind of service, the whole process was seamless. Thanks!

I was amazed with the speed at which the builder completed the home, even with all the COVID and supply chain delays. Furthermore, there was no sacrifice to the quality of the work.

We moved into our Pulte house in late March, and there have been a ton of issues with our house. See list: -Roof in our office leaked due to defective shingles which led to trim damage. -Painting was rushed as whole walls/rooms need to be repainted. Our house is currently stickered as we wait for the painters to come back. The painters have been scheduled four times over the past two weeks and have not shown up. -Windows in the master bedroom/third floor do not lock. -Cabinets with splits were identified during final walk through, and we are still waiting on replacements. -Toilet in upstairs bathroom leaked which caused damage to our floor. Issues that were encountered but resolved: -Main floor had a ton of scratches due to contractors when we moved in. -Water leaking through our stove hood when it rained. -Gas leaking through the pipe under our stove. -Our driveway had a drain in the middle of it which scratched the bottom of my car and was a major inconvenience. We signed contract in the summer of 2020 in the middle of COVID. We could not fly down for the design meetings and to see progress. I am from a family of home builders. When I say Pulte has been absolutely tremendous, this speaks volumes. My brothers and Father are large time developers in the Northeast. They have been rated #1 Custom Home Builders many times. Pulte provides the support and ability to add options to make your home almost custom. When you see other builders and compare Pulte, they stand out far ahead of many other builders. The entire process went smooth and was done ahead of schedule. Everyone was responsive to any questions I had and any issue that arose. I would recommend Pulte to any potential buyer.

The build quality of the home had many deficiencies like drywall finishes, nails in carpet, sliding windows very difficult to open and had missing clips, components not installed for smart home options etc. There were a lot of rework needed for my home which the responsive time to schedule the various vendors to address the deficiencies was long and drawn out. Overall my experience moving into my new home was not great.

Start to end, it’s been great!!

The builder is committed to quality and making sure you love your home.

Nice, end product, but follow-up to fix build issues, not so much.

Both Dale and Dylan Pulte’s Superintendents were great. Quality of work for the price was average or below. Had a house built previously for $100,000 more, and quality was 1,000% better.

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I really didn't know what to expect with our home building process. Our Pulte team was amazing and was in touch with us every week with detailed updates on what was being done to our house that week. Our house was delivered on schedule and I can still reach out to our Pulte team when there is anything we have questions about. Definitely recommend!

Sales should be more informative as to what is available per home. Landscaping is terrible. Got dead sod and the only response was “don’t worry it will come back”. Going on two months and sod is still dead. Very disappointed in landscape.

We can't thank Jimmy and Spencer enough for everything they have done for us! They were easily available when we needed them. Took care of any little issues quickly and professionally! They made this experience for us, thank you guys!

Pulte did a great job. The sales pro (Jolynn) and construction manager (Arron) did a great job continually following up with us as we built the house remotely during COVID. After moving in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed (all minor), and they handled quickly and professionally. Ongoing construction is always neat and clean and not a hinderance at all to those of us who have already moved in. Well done!!
