Above average, needs attention to detail

Our builder Shane was amazing. So was our sales associate Shaneen. Also Rick handled our homeowners insurance perfectly. Lastly the title company/division was very efficient and pleasant. Pulte mortgage on the other hand, was a complete disaster. Apparently it’s their underwriters (our contacts were pleasant and gave us the impression they were doing their best to deal with the evil underwriters)!

From start to finish, our experience was superb. Our sales rep Justin was incredible, and our field manager Lester was the best in the business. Post sale support with Anthony has been excellent. Overall, a truly great experience and highly recommended.

I had on issue that has not been resolve i had an rv gate install by pulte and the cable guys or who ever thats their cable box installation decided to install it righ were my rv access is at so i talk tp pulte personal but had had no luck getting my problem resolve

The customer service from this company is non-existent. From the top to the bottom they do not value their customer’s experience in the slightest. We had multiple issues with our foundation and basement during the building process caused by the field manager, and had to contact him first about it. Then we had to demand certain things take place to ensure they did not try to cut corners. Communication on progress or about issues was never initiated by Pulte and it takes a minimum of 2-3 attempts at contact before a short response that often doesn’t even address your concerns or answer your questions. Close to closing our inspector (not anyone at Pulte) discovered a leak in the basement wall. We had to fight tooth and nail for that to be fixed, and fixed properly. On our celebration walk, our house wasn’t close to finished, our railings were the wrong color, and there was a leak in the basement. The field manager “guaranteed” it would all be taken care of by our closing. On the day of closing for our final walk through, our house still wasn’t near ready. We could not believe they would try to close on a house in this condition. The final paint was not done, the railings were still the wrong color, it was filthy, there was still a leak in the basement, and the sump pump stopped working causing the basement to fill with water. The only one who ever apologized was the sales person. The field manager would not even come up from the basement and has dodged us since. We also dealt with the VP of Sales, who was completely rude and clearly does not value the customer after the way he spoke to and about us, before he even had all of the information. Nice community and good value

Sophia, our sales consultant, made our buying experience so wonderful. She worked with us, tirelessly providing answers throughout the entire process, even after the close.

The Pulte team was great to work with! From the sales representative to the financing team...everyone was super nice and helpful!

The purchase and building process was on point! Trying to get items that need repair/replaced has been a very slow process!

It took a while to get started but once we did the purchase part was fairly simple. We did have major concerns regarding our lot and the final look of it. Transparency was a huge issue. We were offended by someone from Pulte while trying to resolve the issue and ended up going to the city for help. Our sales contact was relocated after we bought and introduced us to her replacement. However, we had a single email from him and when we asked to meet he couldn't arrange a meeting as he too was moved! Our FM, Chris, was very easy to work with and cooperative. He helped us in every way he could throughout the build. He delivered a complete product as we expected at closing. We would certainly recommend him. AFTER closing we found a couple of things that were not right and not attributabke to our FM but rather to "PULTE design requirements". Our cafe light was not centered and we had to seal our own grout! We are senior citizens and did not expect to have to do this! We are very disappointed with the layout of the kitchen. It is a poor design and not what we expected or were shown by the design center. Because we have a corner lot, and paid an additional fee for it, we were told we would have some extra landscaping there but there is none. We don't really care about not having it but why were we told we would have it? Our mortgage contacts were excellent, helpful, always responsive and a pleasure to work with. We believe a buyer should walk the lot as it will be and it should not change without the buyer being made aware of it. Buyers should not be given a diagram of what their kitchen will look like and then, when it goes in, be told that the diagram really wasn't how it would look. As beautiful as our home is, (thanks to our FM) and given that we do have wonderful neighbors, it was a painful process to get through and we are not certain we would choose to buy again. Had to lock at a higher interest rate & was charged origination fees. Had a salesperson who took pics of progress since we were out of state. Helpful. Also called us bi-monthly to give us updates. Had a two month delay to close due to lack of builder supplies & appliances. Took 7 mos for a tiny home. A lousy lot...

Exception customer service all along the way. Sales Rep to construction engineer. Top Notch. Very Happy.

Closing seemed very rushed.

Everything has been good and we are enjoying our new home. We have a few things that we need to have fixed. One item in our house that I feel is not very good quality is the stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It wasn’t cheap to upgrade and the quality is not good. Seems very thin and scratches easily. Seems more like a builder grade and not an upgrade.

Great buy the only thing is that they build the homes too quick that they miss a lot of things before the walk through. Slow to respond n to repair the issues.

Very professional and always available to answer any questions. Bill and Nicholas were awesome to work with.

The construction manager Nathan was really good in solving problems that need his attention. He was very approachable and explained things very nicely. But We are not happy with the quality of paint used (as it peels off just with a touch of hand).

Take a home inspector with you before closing

They build a great home.

This is the worst experkence ever in building a home. They advertose differently than they actually handle the building experience. Do not reccomend.

while we do like our new house there were and still are many frustrations. They still have not finished fixing what they said they were going to and we bought out house a month ago. (and i mean there is a laundry list of things). many of our neighbors have expressed the same frustration and are also still waiting for things to be fixed or finished properly on their houses. the building of the house and buying experience was overall pretty awful. throughout the building process we mentioned several issues very early on that were ignored and we were told by our Pulte real estate agent Sylvie to let them to their work because they "have a process and we need to allow them to do their job." 5 months later a good portion of the house still has flash painting on the ceiling. Our real estate agent Sylvie answered some of our questions we had throughout the process. however, either she lied to us about several issues and/or overall communication within the company is awful? It is not a good sign when one meets with the field manager about concerns of your almost completed house and he has heard nothing about the large issues we have been mentioning since feb/march. we met with her to discuss this and she became so defensive she left the room and never came back. that was in May and we havent heard a peep from her since. not even a congratulations on our new house. Whether she was happy with us or not, there was no excuse for the lack of professionalism we received from her the last month before closing. a tip for buyers: do not sign papers for your house until it is done to your satisfaction! once bought all needs including unfinished tasks are sent to the warranty department. Michelle in warranty has been great and done her best thus far to help us however contractors do not seem to respond to or care about fixing things because they are understaffed and pulte cares more about continuing to build new houses than finish the houses that have been paid for. i would not recommend Pulte ...
