My wife and I really enjoyed the design and build process, our sales representative and project manager were thorough and transparent. Just wish the final product would have been as perfect as the rest of the process. We have been in our house 2 months and so far we have had minor water intrusion in our basement, our AC went out, we are having minor electrical issues, and there are multiple cracks in our basement walls. To make matters worse, we have come to expect less than caring, some might say passive aggressive responses after emailing customer service with these issues.

My review is of pure disappointment! I have been in my home almost 60 days and I have yet to use my master shower. Hot and cold water lines were crossed and here we are today, August 20th and I still do not have a working master shower. Too upset to say anymore.

They did a decent job overall. They rushed some things, including the fireplace which ended up having a gas leak due to improper install while my family was home. They also weren’t flexible on moving the closing date by a month when I requested due to COVID.

I bought a home with other builder and my experience with them was much better than Pulte. We moved in recently into this new Pulte home and there were several things need to be fixed even after closing. I called and texted several times the supervisor, but their response was very poor. Its been a month since we moved in, still they did not fix the things yet. I am still waiting and frustrated. So make sure that everything was done before closing. 1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. I was not satisfied with the build quality as well as poor results of how issues being handled. Not a trustworthy builder personally feel.

So many issues with pretty much everything, flooring, paint, boot bench, electric problems, missing hardware in bathrooms etc.. The Project manager was doing his best and was Extremely helpful. Nonetheless, this house, the way it is build is not worse what we paid for it. It’s a shame

The quality of our home is not what we expected to be getting for a $300K+ home. All of the work was hired out and was done very quickly. The walls are not straight and the caulk work is horrendous around the house. When brought to the project managers attention we were told that the work that was done meets "pulte standards" so nothing would be done to fix it. The house overall is beautiful but the detail aspect of the home is very poor.

Made settlement 12/19/19. Walked into a filthy bug infested house and had to use master key because ours wasn’t delivered yet. Subcontractors rarely show or call for scheduled appointments. They don’t take responsibility for their work but quick to blame others. i.e.leaking window still not fixed. Warranty manager NIC is a saint without him nothing would get done post settlement. Nobody other than Nic takes responsibility and respects the homeowners. General consensus of our neighbors is similar to the above. We love our new home, however the buying/building process was unbearable. Our Sales Associate, Blair, was condescending and somewhat rude during the entire process. She rushed us through our choices and didn't offer many that were available. There was never a time where we felt she truly cared or understood our wants and needs. First, the good. The main employees you deal with are great people. They really are. But the line is pretty much drawn there because their hands are tied to corporate policy that’s not conducive to a quality product. Answers to questions and problems are “the labor force is terrible”, are not acceptable and should never be when buying a half million dollar home. Several subcontractors just flat out do not care about the quality of their work. I’m not sure why but it’s really none of the consumers concern. The end result though is a poor product. Need better training and supervision of the sub contractors

All of the Pulte folks tried their best. And actually the sub contractors were friendly and responsive, and fun to talk to. The trouble is when they finished their respective job there was little or no responsibility placed on them to leave the job completed in a workmanship like manner which includes leaving the job site clean and hazard free. I thought that there was little or no accountability placed on the sub contractors unless I complained. Then, perhaps, my concerns would be heard. I would be afraid to not do my own supervision.

I was shocked at the condition of my wood floors when closing. There should have been some type of covering on them.. The mud was horrible and it took me 3 cleaning to get it all up. There was paint on the floor and also on some of the dark wood. There were screws under the cabinets that had to be pulled out and holes were made. the calk on the fire place is a disgrace. The front door had a large gap and cold air was coming through, the garage entrance to the house would not even close unless I through my whole body weight against the door.

The worksites are not clean and cannot believe that areas that I am finding glue and messy painting and we paid extra for site finishing and not sure we received what we paid for. I have nails sticking out of doors and dents in utility doors along with chips and cracks in our granite countertops.
