Buyer beware prior to close. Workmanship is cheap and they say they will fix it before close and they don’t. They say submit work request and nobody responds back. I was give Michael Suich number and you can’t leave a voicemail and he doesn’t return emails. Not satisfied at all. Buy anywhere else but a pulte home. I never had issues when I bought my house with Mattamy.

I received the house out of necessity, terrible finishes, and worse guarantees very poor quality in the finishes did not deliver the things agreed in the contract very bad experience in general. 2 months after receiving I am still waiting for them to come and fix many things in the house.

Our overall build process was honestly a nightmare. We had such high hopes knowing friends who have built with Pulte and were so happy, but our experience was quite different. If we weren't on top of things every step of the way, not really sure how the outcome would be. The quality was not there. Time frames were not met. There seemed to be no organization to when and how things were done creating chaos and rework that was redundant. Just a month and the floors and separating, floors creaking, lame response from the construction manager when asked about any issues. The backsplash is totally unprofessional. Just splashed some grout and tiles. Looks super ugly. Cabinet doors falling apart. Noisy exhausts. Overall not at all impressed with the quality of the build. All that the construction manager was interested is in the post closing survey.

Let’s see, where to begin…. First of all, it took 1 year and 2 months to build our new home. 2nd: they promised an incentive bonus to consider using Pulte Mortgage. Then, the initial interest rate offer was 7.75%. We went with another lender for 5.25%. Then, the wood for our home sat in the rain for months and then got mold. Then, we dealt with a leaking roof for a month. Then, a leaking wall while the drywall went in. They had to repaint our walls and baseboards twice. We were delayed by 3 months for closing. Builder needs training in communication

We are 45 days post closing with still a lot of tickets in progress. With the rate of turnover at Pulte it makes it hard to get our stuff completed and communication is horrible. It's been a lot of talk.

By far one of the worst experiences of home building we've ever dealt with. We've been in our home for just shy of 8 weeks & we currently have 40 work order tickets submitted for issues in our home. The quality is beyond poor !! And next week, movers are coming to remove everything from our 2nd floor due to subfloor issues which we report MONTHS before closing. The experience has sucked every ounce of joy from us. We will never recommend Pulte. We just want all of our issues resolved so we can live in a home we are paying a fortune for. The house has many issues. We contacted the builder, but no response. We brought the couple of houses from other builders. They were somehow good to bearable. The Pulte is the worst and not following through the issues. I am very dissatisfied. I will never recommend Pulte to get the dream house.

Very disappointed of Pulty

The experience could have been better, with multiple delays, very very very poor communication from sales associates and construction managers. When we finally got into our house, we noticed multiple things wrong with it. Some of the cabinets were broken when we moved in. We were promised they would get fixed soon after moving in. However, we have lived in our home for over a month and still need an eta of when they will get fixed. Very disappointed with the process and professionalism with every step of the way.

We purchased a home and were very excited about the process and checking on the progress of a new constructionhome. Overall stay away from Pulte in Davis Ranch. The are slow to respond to warranty because of layoffs and the workmanship is awful so you will have a LOT of warranty requests. Two days before the house was fully purchased my inspector found the roof shingles were out of alignment. They waited until the day of purchase to fix the issue. We had blue taped items to touch up before purchase (paint, calking, cabinet/drawer alignment, etc.) and many of the items they just took the blue tape off and did nothing. Ensuring all systems work fine before closing

Some items are half complete, Pulte to ensure all items are working fine before handing over, For eg, Irrigation systems are not working fine in almost all houses closed, Lot of heater/AC issues. Paid upgrades are not done in some cases.

I did not have the best experience with Pulte, after signing the contract in May of 2021, with them saying we should be in by March of 2022. We did not move in until December of 2022. Waiting over 19 months for a home build in a very volatile market was not how it was supposed to be. Interest rates soared since we signed, the market slowed. Did Pulte care? Not one bit, did we get honest answers about what the delays were? Due to lack of communication between our construction manager and the closing department, our closing date was pushed back twice (both time super last minute). The quality of the house is super lacking in the workmanship and quality. This is the 4th new home we've had built and the 2nd home was a Pulte home and the experience could not have been any better but unfortunately this past experience was by far the worst home buying experience that we've encountered. From the initial contract signing right through to the final walk-through and even now with the post closing punch-list items there have been consistent issues, lack of communication and responsiveness. I would certainly not recommend Pulte as a result.

We had a terrible buying experience. Starting from the sales consultant Jodee, it was always chaotic and the team slacked in responding quickly and accurately to our questions. It was almost that we were managing the project. They moved our deadlines quite a few times and delayed our appliances by over three weeks. And, the punch out items were incomplete but they still forced us to close on the house to meet their monthly sales quotas.

Constantly failed inspections. Estimated closing date blown.Exorbitant cost. ASHAMED TO SAY WE PAID 40% MORE THAN OUR PRE-COVID NEIGHBORS. We were really disappointed in Pulte Homes. There were so many instances of poor craftsmanship and so many instances of work not being completed, such as both front and back doors not painted right, sloppy caulking, sloppy finish work on driveway, etc. It goes on and on. And absolutely no clean up. Obviously, there was a big rush to close on the house with disregard to the finishing touches. We WOULD NOT recommend Pulte homes

While I understand the house needs to settle and some of that will result in cosmetic changes, these things shouldn’t be happening after less that two weeks after settlement. I'm unsure how Pulte even got the approval to open another subdivision in Zionsville. Issues with organization/communication--and more importantly not owning up to basic responsibilities and failures. Our Home was initially promised to be delivered Q2 of 2022 but finally got closed in Nov 2022. While we understand there could be delays in construction, there was hardly any communication from Pulte on the delay. We had to ask them a status every month and only then we would get a status from the construction manager. They were unapologetic for the delay as though it’s not their problem at all.
