I had initially worked with a hardworking Pulte team from the start to closing. They were very attentive and did what they could to get me to through my closing. Then closing happened and the quality of service began to taper off. The warranty team and the lack of customer attentiveness and professionalism specifically from my customer care manager has completely tainted my experience from great to terrible. Buying is Easy-Finished Product does not Meet Standard

We have purchased four tract homes in the past 25 years. This purchase and closing process went well but the finished product is not what we expected or were assured We were unable to have the house inspected by an independent inspector prior to closing for several reasons. In any event, our post-closing inspection revealed issues of sloppy quality control. We have an extensive punch list. We are disappointed and would not buy a Pulte home again (this is our second). We will not recommend Pulte to others.

We have had nothing but issues since the initial walk through of our home before the actual closing. We still ave items on our punch list still not completed after a month from the closing date. We have had dates for repairs which were cancelled. our oven did not work. The electrician came and discovered it was never hooked up to the electric pane box behind the microwave. We were in the market for our forever home and our realtor suggested Pulte Homes. We had certain wish list items and found a model home to fit the bill. A Pulte sales agent pushed us toward a quick move-in to save money with the incentives the builder was offering. We toured the model home to compare what we would be getting from our quick move-in and felt like we had a good idea of what we were getting. The quality of pulte has gone significantly since the covid . It's been 26 days since we moved and we are already seeing the commode water drain peeling of from the wall. Also the windows are of very low quality. They cut corners to save money and make profits with cheap quality materials. Tankless water is making loud noises.

Pulte really didnt care if I bought the house or had concerns I wanted addressed/changed. They threathened to cancel my sales agreements if I didnt like the way things were dictated. There attiutude was take it or leave it and they were not very accomodating and didnt seem willing to negotiate....

Our sales rep was absolutely wonderful so we were very disappointed when there were numerous issues with the home that the warranty team did not address in a prompt matter. We sent multiple emails without any response for several days and it took many more days to get just a few minor things resolved. The other things that need to be corrected still have not been addressed and we will have been in the home for almost 2 months now. We would never choose Pulte again as they seem to stop caring once you close.

I am very upset at what happened at closing. Up to this point had a great experience with everyone that we had encountered. WE did the walkthrough and labeled A LOT of things with blue tape. Supervisor asked us not to take the survey until he had a chance to fix the things that were tagged. Went to sign paperwork and came back to check on the status of the repairs. From our construction manager revealing pertinent details regarding a defect AFTER handing over the keys to the trades destroying our yard and using our utilities after we moved in, I cannot say that this has been a positive experience. We absolutely love our home but it feels like a façade. The things we marked during the final blue tape inspection were not completed when we moved in. The blue tape was just removed with no repairs. When we had some of the things repaired, the guys repairing them said it was incomplete. The custom shower was installed incorrectly with the water flowing away from the drain, and after a few months it has yet to be repaired. For what we paid…we are shocked at how many problems we have. A punch list is expected, but you’re only as good as your subs. And they are terrible. House was filthy upon moving in…walls/pillars visibly not straight…many windows had scrape marks on the trims…paint all over our wood floors which also had quite a few dings (and this was a very expensive upgrade)…pocket doors scraping the jambs (both of which have visible damage)…many broken roof tiles, etc. The list is too long, and many of these things should have been caught by our super (who we like very much) if he had only spent a few ...

The buying process was fast and despite hurdles I received good communication. Since moving in I haven't received follow up with the warranty department at all. Even if there is a delay in processing warranty claims having someone respond would be great.

Not happy at all with the person that did our walk thru both times. He’s no longer on the job site and that’s great news. There are a ton of things he was supposed to address and didn’t. It feels so horrible to spend so much on a house and to see so many imperfections. I don’t understand how my house from 2005 doesn’t have close to the defects this home by Pulte has in 2023. It doesn’t make sense.
