Bad Bad and more Bad. I will not be recommending to friends and family. Very cheaply built and all staff have a used car salesman mentality. Been in my home 2 months and I am still trying to get things that were not good before closing.

Overall a great build experience and a good, quality product. Cons: 1) not flexible with customization; 2) for our community, the higher priced homes get the same standard items as the lower priced homes.

The house is well built. Many big closets. The two Pantries in the Kitchen are great. We have over a moth, found no major problems. The two small things were corrected very fast. We do miss the built in Shower seat in our old house.

Pulte refused to address the noisy air return unit that it installed in the primary living room, shifting the responsibility and costs for addressing the issue to me. Too bad for Pulte's reputation.

I didn't realize that when you buy a spec home, you are not allowed to change the color of the paint on walls from their designers choices! Very frustrating. The house was even painted inside yet and they absolutely refused to change the color from the designers choice to just regular white.!!

Our home buying closing was remote from the State of Washington. The actual closing went smoothly. The issues we have addressed have not been responded to our satisfaction. We have gutters that totally leak and overflow when it rains. The toilet in our master bedroom does not operate properly. Molding in the master bedroom shower is missing. The garage door is not properly installed and constantly rattles from the wind. There is tape on the patio door that needs to be removed. First, they force you to use their mortgage company and then they sell your mortgage before the first payment is due to a company you never heard of. Second, they sell craftsmanship. We have made 12 work orders on a brand new house. From no remote to a fireplace to stairs that are stained 2 different colors. Third, it takes weeks for them to get back to you and another 2 weeks for it to repaired. Fourth, we had 3 different contractors building the house in 10 months. Who left, who got fired. The.Pulte team was great to work with from the onset of our purchase, design center team & working with the construction manager while home was being built. The one suggestion I would have is that Pulte should make an option or include with the home a side constructed place for the garbage & recycling bins since in the community they don’t want the bins left outside where they can be seen, which is ok by me but leaving them in the garage is unacceptable & disgusting since garbage is picked up once a week. Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.

Sloppy construction everywhere: crooked walls, doors that don’t close, bad trim, messy painting, and caulking that looks like a joke. Add dead sod, flooding, broken sprinklers, and a warranty team that disappears — and that’s life in a Pulte home. Buyer beware.
