We have been living in our new home for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it. The whole process start to finish was very smooth. The model we chose is very modern, and great for families. The walk in pantry and oversized mudroom is great to have with small children. We also love the planning center incorporated into the layout. It makes a great office while our flex room is being used as a playroom. It will make a great homework station when the kids are older and the flex room becomes an office. Only thing I wish was different is we had more time to think about structural options. We got the list of options at the meeting to sign our contract, So we had about an hour to go through the list and decide what we wanted. We wanted to add in vaulted ceilings 2 days later and were told it was too late, Which is okay. I just wish we had a few days to really think about it. Over all we are incredibly happy with out pulte experience. Our sales consultant was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. The building crew was also great. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Even after closing they are still very responsive with anything we need! We are very happy with our decision to build with Pulte ... More

Love the plan and the neighborhood, but beware - they were not great on correcting issues. We’ve built multiple times but this is the first time we’ve ever had a builder admit that something was constructed incorrectly and then ask us if we would rather correct it ourselves. About half of the issues they just never fixed, and getting an escalation contact was next to impossible.

It was a flawless experience from the beginning, we are super happy with the results

Quality is mediocre. The mailboxes are unbelievably too far from the home.

The upgrades are minimal for the price you pay. The Team clearly is interested in volume over quality. Have already had multiple service calls for tons of minor things. They have been resolved but just a hassle. Also have a major drainage issue on both sides of my property as well as both sides of my neighbors do as well. Common issue in the community however they are laying down drainage is terrible.

Contacting the office and emailing the person and not getting reply. On a almost 3 weeks long issue

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. These two general issues caused a large amount of distress in the home buying experience - making it a day to day nightmare. Within this, the quality of the home is fairly low budget. Upgraded toilets are cheap, not non-handle water savers, white rubber plumbing fixtures are used, a low volt transformer for your door bell that won’t even accommodate the Nest Bell, low budget cabinet where you’re forced to spend over $10k to even start to get soft close hinges, texture spray on the wall is awful, low quality doors for the rooms, terrible splitting framing around the doors, a garage header frame that was built over and inch off so the front of the house looks crooked and on and on. Pulte has employed field managers who just talk you into how to accept the warranty issue instead of insisting on repair (a warranty issue takes 30 days to repair). The field manager also wanted us to move in without our refrigerator that we upgraded through Pulte. In short, I would never buy another Pulte home in this market and equate its product to a budget builder where it charges handsomely for the home and increase upgrade prices every month. I can say, I had to threaten to take legal action because of all the issues and the response I was getting from both the sales tram and the field manager. It was our first time building a home and it was an incredibly seamless process. There was great communication throughout and every issue we brought up was taken care of promptly. Our project manager answered all of our questions and was thorough in explaining the features of the home. He even followed up with an answer to a question after we had closed on the home. A very positive experience for us as first-time builders.

I am super happy with Pulte Homes and their mortgage company. The overall home buying and building process was smooth, quality oriented, and excellent customer service focused. We have a beautiful home that our whole family is very happy with. The community boasts amenity such as a swimming pool and school is nearby!

This is the second home I purchased from Pulte , the first home everything went smoothly everything was in place and it was well built . The design center was informative and helped picking and choosing design products . The new purchase was a little different , the home seems to be well built, but we have a problem the design center . When picking finishes and appliances there was a problem . When picking the appliances , we were not informed by the design sales person that the refrigerator that we had pick did not fit in the opening . The refrigerator should have been cabinet height but the standard refrigerator protrudes from the cabinets by 8” .I am hoping that John Mc Murray the problem adjuster can correct this issue. ... Pulte sales team is top notch and design center is well organized and easy to pick out things. The design and some of the craftsmanship is well done. The finish needs some work. Spackling, Nail pops, lines in ceiling, spaces in flooring Give the home an unfinished look. I’ve had a difficult time scheduling to fix some of these items. As a professional I expect E-mails at least be answered within 48 to 72 hours. You get a generalized email (automated) but nothing of a dressing concerns or scheduling to fix concerns.My best advice would be is to not close until everything in your house is fixed and to your liking. Do not believe that they will come out within the first 30 days and fix any items that need to be corrected. We are over the 30 days and I’m still waiting for a scheduling date. I also felt rushed the day of closing because they were still working on my home and expecting me to close same day. ... More

From the start everyone was very professional and courteous. Not to mention knowledgeable about every aspect of the home build. They guided me every step of the way. If I ever build another home Wich I doubt. Because we love this home so much. It will definitely be a home built by Pulte.

Any issues found after closing are not considered important. You are not able to talk to a real person.

We had major delays and the communication related to the delays and schedule were always a issue.

I had issues with my new townhouse. Air conditioner did not work. Washer water was turned off. Refrigerator water did not work. It took weeks for someone to figure out there was air in the line. There are a ton cosmetic issues. For example, who paints on the wall switches? All the hardware has been painted around. Even the bathroom towel racks. They should have been installed after painting. There are random holes in my siding, because the hand rails were installed crooked and then were moved and holes not filled in. This is just a few issues.

Sales manager Matthew helped exceptionally during and long after with whole buying process, always responsiv 24/7. The same goes for Field manager Ryan long after settlement. settlement

The field manager worked so closely with me to ensure I knew what was happening, addressed concerns promptly, etc. Excellent communication. Also, I was so extremely expressed with all the crews that worked here. The were ambitious, conscientious, and had excellent attitudes, often working on weekends as well. Weather did not stop them - during brutal cold they continued to frame and roof my house, as well as landscape etc. during 90 degree weather.
