Overall excellent builders, however as we all Understand home is one of the life’s biggest investments, a little more care and promptness towards buyer and their choices would further add cherry on the cake.

It was great, love the house!

I am satisfied with most Pulte has done. The after part needs some help. We have had some plumbing issues that are not emergency’s. Reached out to Pulte to see about getting repairs now so the issue does not get worse. It has been 2 weeks and have not heard back. Not sure if their customer service team is backed up. Either way they need to do better here.

Great customer experience and responsiveness

Builders lack of interest or responsiveness to resolving issues after home is handed over materials used in home thats are cheap quality for high price paid such as wall paint etc .

Very nice home floor plans & options/interior selections, great structural framing, but poor finish work: you can see drywall seams, dings/gouges in door trim, poor paint coverage on trim (can see nail holes). Won’t do it right the first time, but can do it under warranty after you move in (maybe?)!

While the individuals (with a couple of notable exceptions) that we dealt with during the home build process were excellent, we experienced multiple delays in closing (four different close dates were scheduled). Even upon closing there were still several issues that needed to be taken care of and we still have a couple outstanding now. While overall the experience kind of what I expected, we were disappointed in the length of time taken to complete the home (over eight months) and the fact that when it closed there were still issues to iron out.

Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend the Pulte home buying process. Enjoying watching my neighbors homes going up around me too.

Pulte team, including mortgage, closing and construction staff communicated through the entire process. I was going through significant health issues and they all worked to keep me aware of what was going on and the timeline. During a difficult construction process and timetable they got us in on schedule. Thank you.

Great build and quality homes.

We loved how well the Construction Manager Blake Barnes and Salesperson Yvonne Yocum kept us in the loop and were responsive to questions. Both were amazing!

It is my opinion that they are more focused on quantity over quality. The b/s they tell you up front about working with you on your build and they are focused on quality and craftsmanship and will work with you is just that b/s! Once you move in the service department is not quick to get your house fixed in a timely manor. I had a poor build and service experience as most of my neighbors had.

Not enough workers or quality of workers. Rushed to close even though stuff was not finished. Terrible workmanship for the price paid. Misleading. Would not recommend.

Beautiful homes. Unfortunately the buying process and customer service after move in is horrible.

Good experience from start to finish

Our Field Manager was very responsive & answered all of our questions. Our Warranty manager, has been exceptional in answering questions & being clear & concise about the warranty terms.

I did not get what was promised to me by pulte.

Everyone we have dealt with including our salesperson, project managers and our customer care agent have been excellent to work with.

We chose pulte because of their reputation, But not very happy with the quality of the house.

One man cannot take care of the requests at this complex along with 2 or 3 of your other condo complexes. It’s not humanly possible. The main concern of Pulte is build, sell and make money. You have no interest in all the people who have already bought a place. There are a lot of really nice people living here. Many are very disappointed in Pulte. When you call or email you are immediately told to go online to take care of your request. There is no personalization. They are all robots. Also, the law firm you hired for the closing were very unprofessional. We had to stand in a hallway signing many papers on a counter probably 12” x24”. We were 3 people standing not more then maybe 8” apart. This is the way they were handling COVID precautions! ... More

What stood out for me would have to be the great communication between buyer and home building representatives, awell as the outstanding help of the sales consultants. As a first time homebuyer, things can get pretty overwhelming and stress levels will get high at times, several as a matter of fact on the mortgage side. But with the help of these two teams, I was able to feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be receiving a high quality home. The home builders always kept me up to date with progress of the homes construction, while the sales consultants helped me by answering my questions and reassuring me that I was making the best choices. At the end of it all, I can truly say that I am a proud Pulte Home Owner!!!!!! ... More
