I am disappointed with my experience with Pulte, specifically the project managers for construction and the lack of follow through when bringing concerns to their attention.

Pulte made me feel welcomed, valued and respected.

We had a good experience during the Model home visit and purchase at the Sales office. The experience was similarly good at the Design Center where we could choose options and upgrades though we would have liked more options. During the Build process, we could see the site was professionally managed and the Field manager kept us in the loop on the progress of the build. At critical stages in the build process, the Field manager arranged site visits for us and communicated to us clearly not only about critical dates, but also about the equipment and utilities along with instructions about maintenance. At move-in we were promptly put in touch with the post move-in Customer Support Rep to address any concerns or issues that may arise after move-in. Bill was great to work with

The building process was terrific. The quality of the home very good. The overall experience with the builder also very high. The only negative to report was all the sales incentives that really had little value. i.e. $8000 closing allowance if Pulte Mortgage was used. The rate quoted was substantially higher, points higher, and fees more than ate up any benefit from the 8K allowance. Not a good experience here.

It was our first experience buying a home , so we decided to buy a new one , because all the time we were involved in the building process, being in place during the process or they send you photos showing you how the house is taking shape with the days , so during that time we were informed by the builder manager of each step during the week , such you can approve or disapprove a work well or bad done , Talking about the price , it is much more than fair believe me , and the mortgage process was very easy and kind the mortgage Dept was is eager to help you in any doubt to make it easier for you , The best interest rates . With the reputation of Pulte we expected a much better experience. Throughout the build process there was minimal communication and when there was, the information was not correct or trustworthy. Our home was delayed several times due to "Covid" when really the builder had issues they were not upfront about. Our home was broken into the day before closing, which delayed us 3 more days. Pulte has no security onsite or care that this happened (we were not the first home with this issue in the neighborhood nor will we be the last I'm sure). After move-in, our experience with the warranty department was abysmal. Our dishwasher, furnace, and dryer vent all had issues and did not work. These all took over a month to remedy. The dryer vent was installed with a screen (code violation) which could have easily caused a lint fire! Overall we are just disappointed that a home in this price range turned out the way it did. ... We are happy with our home.

I have heard from realtor's that Pulte Homes are one of the only new home builders to trust. They appear to be correct because the quality of the home is exceptional. I just wish they would use better quality outlets, door handles, etc. They seem to cheap out on these small items to save a few bucks. Other than that we are satisfied.

Field Manager has a problem with keeping appointments he made for warranty maintenance. Defective blinds STILL have not been fully corrected, Exhaust fan in bathroom replaced-upstairs bathroom exhaust starting to go out. Bathtub faucet needs to be replaced,, going on 60 days and nothing. Finish/surface of concrete driveway and walk way is flawed. Brown stains & dark spots. Advised RDU Warranty was told it was not their problem.

From the sales consultant (Mike Egan) to our construction manager (Oscar Escobar) we felt like we were treated like VIPS! We’ve since learned by talking to neighbors that they treat EVERYONE THIS WAY! Both were complete professionals and advised when we had design/ choice questions. They’re both experts in their respective fields and are the best of the best. The DREAM TEAM!

quality wise there is lot to improvise for the price of the home or you can ask 10-15% more of the price so that customer gets quality product.

Great salesman and sales experience. Not so great response on issues.

Home is well-built, fairly priced and the client experience has been great. Pulte is a well-oiled machine offering beautiful homes, great financing incentives and great service.

There is no consistency in the quality of workmanship in the contractors that are hired in each of the homes built.

Buying a Pulte home is a process that does not end at closing.

Dont use there closing people

Overall the house is decent but for the price they charge, the quality is just not there. Numerous issues that builder tried to explain away. Also, builders response time is horrible still waiting on items to be fixed from two months ago.

Pulte Homeservices are great, I mean the quality of the home are excellent and if you are lucky enough you will be working with Joe, he is the best part of the whole entire house experience. He was there when we need him and answered any questions about any concerns that we might have, he really made our experience easier and worthy!!! If I had to build another home I wish that we had the same luck of working with someone like him, someone that makes every effort to make sure that we were satisfied and happy!!! Thanks Joe!!!

Nick is the project manager. He is amazing. The experience has been great despite come construction challenges. Those challenges are made up by open conversations and honesty.

Overall positive experience and responsive personnel from start to finish.

Siding and window boards falling off outside, cracks and tape coming off walls, left over gobs of plaster on stair lights, cracks on stair moldings, appliences all off balance, broken or bent, window moldings out of place, cheap caulking shrinking and cracking, shelf pins missing on cabinet shelves, no sink sprayer or stopper/strainer, gaps in kitchen floor, dirt and rocks all over parking lot, missing weather seal on entrance door, gutter water guides flying all over the place, landscaping full of weeds and unmaintained and I'm sure there is more I can't think of right now.
