Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5. It is VERY obvious that Pulte did not appropriately oversee the workers who built my home. So many massive issues in all of the finish trades. I wanted to move into my home with peace of mind and now I’m stuck in an endless cycle of fighting with tradesmen over their terrible craftsmanship. Absolutely horrible. I used the think Pulte stood for build quality. I no longer have this association with their name.

I purchased my home remotely and visited for the scheduled inspections. In between visits updates from the crew were few and far between. Many times I had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response. Now that I live on the property, the warranty service is even worse. I have had issues with my condo since closing day that have still yet to be resolved two months later. The team doesn't believe me when I report issues and doesn't schedule the teams to fix it until they stop by which can sometimes take weeks. I appreciated the step by step process by construction and leading up to closing, but then once I closed it was all different. My dishwasher was installed wrong and caused major water damage. This resulted in my hardwoods being removed and replaced during my first week (the very next day I closed). I couldn’t properly move in and access my kitchen for days. This is my second Pulte Home in 17 years. Unfortunately, this new home did not meet our expectations in quality workmanship. From the sparse front landscaping to drywall repairs and tile mess-ups it has been frustrating. Due to the company rushing the closing before the houses are done is an experience that all homeowners are faced with in this community! Pulte rushed delivering our home; therefore, quality suffered significantly. Workmanship was very poor overall; the lack of oversight of the contractors is evident everywhere. The warranty department has been very responsive in fixing issues, but with much inconvenience to us since we already moved-in. The fixes are also very poor as far as workmanship goes. This is the third new house I have owned and by far the worst quality and moving-in experience. Previous builders were D.R. Horton and Lennar.

The quality and workmanship was not what I expected from a Pulte Home. A month after closing and we are still addressing issues found during the final walkthrough. Actually, one of the issues was with the gas connection to the stove which caused it to burn. Very dangerous!

Pulte will tell you that they struggle to get good contractors due to a nearly 3 year old pandemic. In my opinion I would have rather my house take an extra 6 months to build and have the quality you used to see in a Pulte home. Walls are bowed, trim work is sub par, things are out of plum... there are so many small things that it turns into a big thing. Their base price just keeps going up but the quality keeps declining. You will get an incomplete home at closing. I suggest hire a home inspector to inspect your home. We had alot of issues, and expect not to get the issues fixed right away. I know we are living in a crazy market but don't advertise high quality when the house is far from it.

If we only knew what we hear all night long in the walls before we purchased our retirement home, we would have bought somewhere else. It wakes us up in the middle of every night and when we sent an email to Pulte about our concern, we were told that it this type of issue that comes along with purchasing a first floor corner unit. Many things were clearly rushed and it shows. From paint and texture to incorrectly installed cabinetry to crooked pillars, and everything in between. Trying to get someone to fix the issues is nearly impossible and if someone does show up and it's more than a one day job then forget about them coming back to finish any time soon.

The craftsmanship and work on the home truly is poor.. We closed when the house was not 100% finished and they did nothing about it. Day after we closed and tried to move in, had 5 people in our home who just let themselves in. Been in the house over a month and work still isn't finished, lights falling from the ceilings, cracks in walls everywhere, bathrooms are an absolute mess, just terrible.

Our first Pulte home purchased in 2014, was an impeccable experience with John S. and Gina M. I wish I could say the same for this purchase. Working with Kristie G. we needed to correct her clerical errors. Matt, the sales associate and project manager, Tim, (for the most part) were exceptional to work with. The contractors, not so, and should be held responsible for their poor, sloppy workmanship.
