Our home building experience was exceptional! All Pulte personnel was extremely helpful and professional. I believe that they genuinely care about their customers.

Having been a builder's agent for most of my real estate career, I can appreciate the cohesive effort that the Pulte team provides; from the knowledgeable onsite sales team, to the helpful Pulte mortgage staff, through the smooth closing, everything was done with an eye to staying on track to complete the home in a timely manner. The quality control that Pulte provides is second to none and the after closing follow-through has been terrific!

Alan Suddeth is who I dealt mostly with. He’s kind, personable, and quick to respond. He will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Every step of the process with Pulte was great! We had an excellent sales manager that answered all of our questions and felt like a go-to guide throughout the process, better than any other builder we talked with. The construction team was also wonderful! Our construction manager was very trustworthy and knowledgeable and made us feel like our home was in good hands at all stages of the build.

Had a great experience building with Pulte

There was no “guess work” involved in our House Building experience. The Builders like Frank at Lakeview Persevere, kept us informed every step of the way and after the home was completed, Frank would check up on my family to ensure we were enjoying our new home! Thank you Pulty Builders!

It was an easy process, from the building to the mortgage everyone was responsive and helpful.

Pulte home has done a good Job every step of the way during the entire building process. Theve kept me informed on timelines, deliverable up to closing. The staff was excellent from The Sales Agent (Maryann) and the construction Supervisor(Chris). Very good Job

The local process with Pulte (sales rep and building manager) was amazing. The Pulte Mortgage side in Colorado was terrible. They will make promises then stop communicating with you when you need them the most.

Basic construction very good, however, attention to detail and finish work needs attention.

Brian the field manager was awesome. He made sure the issue we did have was taken care of promptly and properly. He made our entire build process seem less. This guy is definitely a great asset to your company.

The entire team delivered on what they said they would. Mike and Jason have gone out of the way to address any issues or concerns making this home building process enjoyable.

Our experience thus far with Pulte has been great. From our interactions with our sales person and then our building manager, they both always took the time to answer our questions. We are very happy with our purchase.

Kitchen cabinets quality is poor many flaw's in them

Although our salesman was new with Pulte he was fantastic!! He always made himself available and he is the sole reason my husband and I stuck it out with Pulte when things became rocky. Our first construction site manager refuse to ever meet with us then out of the blue he quit. The second site manager was 100% better and communicated with us weekly. There was a 60-day delay in the construction of our house. Delays happen with construction; however Pulte did an extremely poor job at communicating these delays. When there is a lack of communication, problems will surely arise! All delays were discovered solely because we were proactive in requesting updates. Pulte provided us feedback regarding the delays: 1). The first site manager quite and he did not do some of the things he was supposed to do. Well the customer is not responsible for the actions of Pulte’s employees. 2). Pulte’s second reason for the delay was their construction worker were getting sick from COVID-19. I completely understood Pulte’s second reason for the delays. Where Pulte failed was in the communication department. Had we not inquired about not seeing any movement at the house site, we would have been in the dark. Supposedly, the delays had an effect on multiple houses been built. If this was a mass problem Pulte should have communicated these issues in writing (email/letter). When we would visit the construction worksite we often found beer cans throughout the house and yard (yes, we have pictures). We were extremely concerned and provided a Pulte representative the pictures and mention this matter in a survey. No one from Pulte contacted us regarding this matter. We found a water bottle find with urine placed in one of our tubs and yes we reported it and have pictures. Just as we reported food wrappers throughout the house site (in and out) to include yogurt, some type of meat bone, and fountain drinks. Then one day we notice what appeared to be raccoon footprints and once again I took photos. We did hire an independent home inspector, especially after a couple driving by in the neighborhood yelled out “Make sure you get a home inspector.” I have never experienced anything from neighbors before. We decided to go with Pulte’s financing due to their incentives. The young lady who served as a loan manager for my loan was very pleasant. I noticed she was asking for paperwork that was originally generated from Pulte. What I discovered is Pulte business processes need to be improved!! An example is a request for a receipt. We made a payment to the Pulte’s sales office using our debt card however Pulte’s financial department request a copy of the receipt from us the customer when Pulte already had a copy of the receipt on file. This is at no fault of my loan manger as she was just following Pulte’s processes. There should be a benefit to doing everything related to your house with one company. As with any new house defects will be discovered and we are slowly discovering them. We discovered one major defects (front door lock not working) and multiple minor defect. It took roughly 30-days for our front door to be replaced (completed yesterday). We are waiting the other items we discovered to be fixed and some replaced. Overall we are 85% satisfied with the house itself, which is a direct result of the second construction site manager we had. ... More
