My house had A LOT OF. Unfinished/ lose / scratch / parts the first day one of the towel hanger on the master bathroom come part and I was noticeable that the screws was loose and several other issues I highly doubt I will NOT purchase another home from Pulty .

WHEN THEY DO THINGS LIKE FRAME A WALL IN THE WRONG PLACE, YOU WILL BE TOLD IT IS "BUILT ACCORDING TO THE PLAN", EVEN THOUGH THE PLAN CLEARLY SHOWS IT IS NOT BUILT TO PLAN.

The entire process was scattered and unorganized with multiple people not communicating throughout the process which led to ultimately miscalculations and several times being misinformed and ultimately leading to myself and my family being homeless due to errors on their behalf for several days due to the time frame of me receiving Keys being pushed back due to again errors on their behalf. Pulte Mortgage was horrible to work with, Trish was the most miserable condescending person I have ever had to deal with. The Builder side of Pulte was great and the salesman Jeff was great to work with also and the construction manager Michael was very helpful and took care of any issues we had. We will recommend Pulte as a builder but do not use their mortgage company side at all.

I am very pleased with the final product. However the journey was very unpleasant. My construction manager Dustin was a positive point in the building process. The sales experience was an absolute disappointment. Several bait and switch situations. A verbal agreement/understanding does not benefit you at all. My experience with this company was terrible, Tifanie was not doing her job, when it came to responding to emails. The company it self doesn't answer phone put will respond in email right after you call. I am still having issue with my address trying to get my gas turned in my name since June 2025, they have address all wrong no one responded. Great House on the Inside. Builder Misled Buyers About Landscaping

When I signed my Purchase Agreement for my townhouse, I signed a document that stated Included Features and listed under Exterior it stated that I would receive a “Fully Sodded, Irrigated, Landscaped Yard.” Instead when they installed landscaping half of the front yard contained mulch with plants and the other half and the boulevard was filled in with rocks. Horrible experience buying this house. Mortgage and Insurance were absolutely horrible. I think the mortgage part is a complete scam. They took my 20% down payment and sold my mortgage before my first payment. Insurance is still sending me cancellation letter after issuing and canceling my I insurance before I even closed on my home.

I had a horrible experience with both Victoria in the sales office as well as Monica at Pulte mortgage. Victoria was rude and unhelpful and frequently used terms like “breach of contract” as a bully tactic. Monica at Pulte mortgage was often confused and had conflicting information, often calling me when she was trying to call another customer. Even at closing, she incorrectly told me my closing was on hold even though it had been given the clear to close because she had the wrong information. There are many issues with this home buying experience. First, before we went under contract we were told that the neighborhood would be only homes and that there were not going to be any townhomes built in the neighborhood. We were also told that the area beside the mail boxes was reserved for the construction of a pool with a play area and a splash pad for the children in the neighborhood. I moved in March and my house still dealing with plumbing issues.

The issue is with your subcontractors. The warranty people are great, the lady who sold the house and the project manager were excellent. but your plumbing people since we moved, are having issues. one of the bills I received from the plumbing was rude. I knew I had to pay it because that problem was not his fault at that time, but the bill stated that "he wasted his time finding a leak) ( 3 hours ). then after that other issues appeared that are plumbing. but today is May 6 and we still dealing with them.

I have bought 3 new homes in the last 15 years and by far this was the worse experience ever. Promises were made to have me rate high but then weren’t even attempted to be kept. A signed contract by Pulte and I was redone removing all incentives less than a week before buying the house (huge red flag). The microwave was broken, made a load sound when turned on, was replaced by a used microwave which is missing parts. Very expensive home, quality of structural is good, but experience leaves a lot to be desired.

The mortgage that we have to use in order to receive the incentives, is terrible at best. These house get built so fast they lack details, all the house are the same, the walls are not sanded well, and paints is patchy. During the sales process, one of my biggest concerns was the train tracks behind the home that I eventually purchased. When I inquired about this, the lead sales rep and the other sales associates told me that it's a utility line and that trains seldomly passed by. Overall not a pleasant buying experience. Lack of communication and transparency. Sales and Mortgage teams are completely disconnected. No point in going with Pulte Mortgage if there is no proper ownership and communication. Delays in construction timelines not communicated until we ask for it. Very poor sales experience. Lost all happiness of moving to new homes with hard sales process. I would expect better transparency, flexibility and talk to customer to create positive experience in the current market conditions.

Project planning was not good Roofing trusses sat in sand and soil for 4 months before pouring the foundation of home. Construction crew still installed them and had to remove them. Construction crew ordered doors with no roof on the home, clean up crew did not remove paint and texture overspray from wall switches.......... call me for more details.
